背景技术
膜性肾小球肾炎大多起病缓慢，一般无前驱上呼吸道感染史。少数患者呈无症状性蛋白尿，多数患者有大量蛋白尿，表现为肾病综合征。MN潜伏期一般为几周至几个月，其间,肾小球上皮下沉积物逐步形成，但尿蛋白排泄量增多尚未达到足以形成临床症状、引起患者注意的程度。80%的患者以水肿为首发症状，20%因蛋白尿就诊。特发性膜性肾病,尿蛋白排出量通常为5～10克/天，亦可高达20克/天，多为非选择性蛋白尿。早期肾功能多正常，起病数周至数月因肾小球滤过下降、间质病变等因素可逐渐出现肾功能不全及尿毒症，合并肾静脉血栓。
在水肿肾病综合征时，宜休息改善肾血流。必要时适当静脉输入白蛋白，以提高胶体渗透压，提高循环血容量，增进利尿作用，以缓解症状。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足，提供一种新的治疗膜性肾小球肾炎的中药，以纯天然的中草药为原料，标本兼治，疗效确切、无毒副作用，不易复发。
本发明所要解决的技术问题是通过以下的技术方案来实现的。一种治疗膜性肾小球肾炎的中药，是由中草药淮通、太白鹿角、苦壶卢子、芒根、酒瓶花、石韦根、一把篾、猪蓼子草、蜀葵子、鲫鱼、蒙自赤杨、九头草、泡掌筒、红花锦鸡儿、土木贼、楤木叶、冠果草、大麦、粉霜组成。
单剂药量为淮通15 g、太白鹿角5 g、苦壶卢子12 g、芒根15 g、酒瓶花5 g、石韦根15 g、一把篾12 g、猪蓼子草8 g、蜀葵子10 g、鲫鱼200 g、蒙自赤杨12 g、九头草8 g、泡掌筒12 g、红花锦鸡儿10 g、土木贼12 g、楤木叶10 g、冠果草8 g、大麦15 g、粉霜3g。
配制及服用方法：水煎服，每日一剂，分早晚两次饭后服用，7 天为一疗程。
各中药的药理作用
淮通：清热除湿、排脓止痛，主治湿热小便不利、尿血、阴道滴虫、湿疹、荨麻疹、风湿关节痛；太白鹿角：通淋利尿、消肿解毒、止血生肌，主治膀胱炎、小便不利、目疾、鼻衄、吐血、黄水疮；苦壶卢子：治水肿、小便不通、鼻塞、鼻息、龋齿、聤耳；芒根：治咳嗽、白带、小便不利，主治呕吐、小便闭、风寒气痛及跌打损伤；酒瓶花：清热、利尿，主治小儿惊风、肾炎；石韦根：通淋、消胀、除劳热、止血，主治淋病、胸膈气胀、虚劳蒸热、吐血、创伤出血；一把篾：清热利尿、散瘀活血、祛风湿，主治膀胱炎、尿道炎、风湿骨痛、跌打损伤、蛇咬伤、疮疖肿毒；猪蓼子草：治疮肿、解热毒、消肿、散瘀、破血，主治无名肿毒、阴疽、瘰疬及月瘕病；蜀葵子：利水通淋、滑肠，主治水肿、淋病、便秘、疮疥；鲫鱼：健脾利湿，主治脾胃虚弱、纳少无力、痢疾、便血、水肿、淋病、痈肿、溃疡；蒙自赤杨：利水，主治水肿、清热解毒、舒筋络、祛风湿，主治细菌性痢疾、腹泻、风湿骨痛、跌打骨折；九头草：破血、清热、利尿，主治小便不利、淋漓涩痛、血尿、经闭不通；泡掌筒：利湿、活血、消炎，主治膀胱炎、水肿、支气管哮喘、风湿、痔疮、食积腹胀、外伤出血、骨折；红花锦鸡儿：健脾强胃、活血催乳、利尿通经，主治虚损劳热、阴虚喘咳、淋浊白带；土木贼：利湿清热、明目，主治目赤胀痛、翳膜胬肉、急性黄疸型肝炎、淋病；楤木叶：治腹泻、痢疾、水肿；冠果草：清热利尿、冶肺炎咳嗽、痢疾、捣敷治痈肿初起；大麦：和胃、宽肠、利水，主治食滞泄泻、小便淋痛、水肿、汤火伤；粉霜：攻毒、利水、通便，主治牙疳、梅毒恶疮、水肿、臌胀、大小便闭。
与现有技术相比，本发明以纯天然的中草药为原料，标本兼治，疗效确切、无毒副作用，不易复发。
