In this embodiment, when the control unit 70 receives the soap supplement detection signal sent by the lower liquid level detection unit 532, the control unit 70 drives the light emitting element 652 to emit light, such as red light, so that the red light passes through the soap filling tube 63 to form a red soap supplement light display area on the table top 20. On the contrary, when the control unit 70 receives the soap filling completion detection signal sent by the upper liquid level detection unit 531, the control unit 70 drives the light emitting component 652 to emit light of another color, for example, blue light, so that the blue light passes through the soap filling tube 63 to form a blue soap supplement light display area on the table top 20, thereby being capable of utilizing the display of different colors through the soap supplement light display area to distinguish whether the soap filling in the soap filling tank 50 is needed to be supplemented or not.
In addition, in the present embodiment, the control unit 70 is further connected to a communication unit 80, the communication unit 80 is used for connecting with an external electronic device 90, and the communication unit 80 and the external electronic device 90 perform signal transmission with each other based on a communication protocol. In other words, when the control unit 70 is connected to the upper liquid level detecting unit 531 and the lower liquid level detecting unit 532, the control unit 70 receives the detection signal from the liquid level detecting unit 53, and the detection signal can be transmitted to the external electronic device 90 through the communication unit 80, and the external electronic device 90 can be a multimedia receiving device, a mobile phone, etc. to perform the soap supplement operation after the detection signal is immediately obtained through the external electronic device 90.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, when the automatic soap lye replenishing system 10 of the present invention is installed on the table top 20, mainly after the soap supply body 30 senses the hand of the human body by using the sensing area 32, the sensing signal is generated and transmitted to the control box 43, and when the control box 43 receives the sensing signal, the soap supply machine 42 is driven to supply the soap lye from the soap lye tank 41 to the soap outlet 31 through the soap outlet pipe 44, so as to supply the proper soap lye to the hand. However, when the volume of the soap solution in one of the soap solution tanks 41 is decreased, the soap solution in the soap solution filling tank 50 is replenished into the soap solution tank 41 with the decreased volume through the soap replenishment pipe 51, so as to replenish the soap solution to the soap solution tank 41. It should be noted that, in the present invention, the height of the soap liquid filling tank 50 is higher than the heights of the plurality of soap liquid tanks 41, and the heights of the plurality of soap liquid tanks 41 are not higher than the height of the lower liquid level detection unit 532 in the soap liquid filling tank 50, that is, the liquid level in the soap liquid filling tank 50 is higher than the liquid level in the plurality of soap liquid tanks 41, so that a liquid level difference is generated between the soap liquid filling tank 50 and the liquid levels of the soap liquid in the plurality of soap liquid tanks 41, and the soap liquid filling tank 50 can simultaneously and automatically replenish the soap liquid in the soap liquid tanks 41 of the plurality of soap supply assemblies 40 by using the liquid level difference, so that when the liquid level of the soap liquid in the soap liquid filling tank 50 drops due to the filling into the soap liquid tanks 41, the interior of the soap liquid tank 41 can be kept in a full state. In addition, when the soap solution in the soap solution filling tank 50 is lower than the lower liquid level detection unit 532, the lower liquid level detection unit 532 will send out the soap solution supplement detection signal, so that the control unit 70 can drive the light emitting component 652 to emit light after receiving the soap solution supplement detection signal, and form the soap solution supplement light display area on the table top 20, so as to utilize the soap solution supplement light display area on the table top 20 to remind the soap solution filling tank 50 of soap supplement operation. When the soap refilling tank 50 is to be refilled with soap, the cover 64 is removed from the table top 20, so that the soap can be directly refilled into the soap refilling tank 50 through the soap flowing portion 632 of the soap refilling pipe 63 on the table top 20, and when the soap reaches a predetermined level in the soap refilling tank 50, the soap will trigger the upper level detecting unit 531, and the upper level detecting unit 531 sends a soap refilling completion detection signal, so as to drive the light emitting component 652 through the control unit 70, so that the table top 20 uses different light rays to remind the soap refilling tank 50 of reaching a high level state, and the soap refilling tank 50 does not need to be refilled with soap.
In addition, since the exhaust valve 54 is disposed at the end of the soap supply pipe 51, when soap solution passes through the table top 20 for soap supply, during pouring of the soap solution into the soap solution filling pipe 63, an external gas is likely to enter the soap solution filling tank 50, so that the gas remains in the soap solution filling tank 50, and therefore the gas flows when the soap solution flows in the soap supply pipe 51, so that the gas in the soap supply pipe 51 can be exhausted through the exhaust valve 54, and the gas is prevented from being accumulated in the soap supply pipe 51.
Compared with the prior art, the liquid level detection unit 53 in the soap liquid filling tank 50 is higher than the soap liquid tank 41, so that a liquid level difference is formed between the soap liquid filling tank 50 and the soap liquid in each soap liquid tank 41, and the soap liquid is automatically filled into each soap liquid tank 41 from the soap liquid filling tank 50 by using the liquid level difference, so that the prior art that a plurality of sets of pumps are matched for operation is avoided, the cost can be effectively reduced, and the complexity of maintenance in the future can be reduced. And the soap solution can be directly supplemented to the soap solution filling tank 50 on the table board 20 without detaching the soap solution filling tank 50, so that the soap supplementing efficiency can be improved. When the soap solution is fed from the table top 20 through the soap solution filling port 52 and the gas enters the soap feeding pipe 51, the gas can be discharged through the vent valve 54, so as to prevent the gas from remaining in the soap feeding pipe 51. Meanwhile, the present invention can directly confirm whether soap supplement is needed or not by using the soap liquid supplement light display area on the table top 20.
While the foregoing is directed to embodiments of the present invention, other and further embodiments of the invention may be devised without departing from the basic scope thereof, and the scope thereof is determined by the claims that follow.
