Description

Pants-type absorbent article
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a pants-type absorbent article such as a disposable diaper.
Background
As a pants-type absorbent article, there is known a pants-type disposable diaper including an absorbent main body having an absorbent body and an outer fitting disposed on a non-skin-facing surface side of the absorbent main body to fix the absorbent main body, in which both side portions of a stomach-side portion disposed on a stomach-side of a wearer and both side portions of a back-side portion disposed on a back-side of the wearer are joined to form a pair of side seals, a waist opening, and a pair of leg openings when the diaper is worn.
In the pants-type disposable diaper, it is preferable that the diaper for adults, the training diaper for infants, and the like be capable of being pulled up after both legs are inserted through the leg openings, and worn by oneself while being kept standing, from the viewpoint of improving Quality of life (QOL) in the case of the diaper for adults, and from the viewpoint of being likely to be excessive to ordinary underwear in the case of the diaper for infants.
However, conventional pants-type absorbent articles are not easy to wear because they require the body to be greatly inclined or the feet to be caught near the entrance of the leg openings in order to pass the feet through the leg openings while keeping the legs standing.
Patent document 1 describes a self-wearing diaper capable of being held in a standing state, in which a waist portion disposed on the waist of a wearer can be detachably connected to a crotch portion on either the abdominal side or the back side of the wearer.

Detailed Description
The diaper described in patent document 1 requires an operation of connecting the waist portion and the crotch portion, and the operation of wearing the diaper requires much labor and time.
The present invention relates to a pants-type absorbent article which can eliminate the above-described drawbacks of the conventional art.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on preferred embodiments thereof with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, a pants-type disposable diaper 1 (hereinafter, also referred to as a diaper 1) according to an embodiment of the present invention is a pants-type disposable diaper for adults.
The diaper 1 has a longitudinal direction X corresponding to the front-back direction of the wearer and a transverse direction Y orthogonal to the longitudinal direction X, and as shown in fig. 2 and 3, has: an absorbent body 10 including an absorbent body 4 and having three-dimensional gathers 8 on both side portions in a longitudinal direction X; and an outer fitting 11 positioned on the non-skin-facing surface side of the absorbent body 10 and fixing the absorbent body 10.
As shown in fig. 2, the diaper 1 has a stomach-side portion a disposed on the stomach side of the wearer when worn, a back-side portion B disposed on the back side, and a crotch portion C located therebetween.
The outer package 11 forms the outer surface of the diaper 1, and has a shape in which the longitudinal center portion is tapered in an unfolded and extended state (see fig. 2). The exterior device 11 is formed with a pair of side seals S, S, a waist opening 5, and a pair of leg openings 6, 6 in the diaper 1 by joining the side portions a1, a1 of the abdomen portion a and the side portions B1, B1 of the back portion B to each other. In a pants-type absorbent article such as a diaper 1, a longitudinal direction X is a direction from a stomach-side portion a to a back-side portion B through a crotch portion C, and a lateral direction Y is a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction X.
The absorbent main body 10 and the absorbent body 4 of the diaper 1 each have a longitudinal shape which is long in the same direction as the longitudinal direction X of the diaper 1.
Further, the diaper 1 has a shape that is bilaterally symmetric with respect to a longitudinal center line CL extending in the longitudinal direction X. Therefore, the explanation of the bilaterally symmetric part will be given taking the right side as an example, but the same applies to the left side.
The absorbent body 10 has a liquid-permeable front sheet 2, a liquid-impermeable back sheet 3, and a liquid-retentive absorbent member 4 interposed between the two sheets 2, 3. The liquid impermeability includes water repellency and liquid impermeability. Various materials conventionally used for such articles can be used for the front sheet 2, the back sheet 3, and the absorbent body 4 without particular limitation. For example, various nonwoven fabrics, perforated films, and the like can be used as the front sheet 2, and a resin film, a laminate of a resin film and a nonwoven fabric, and the like can be used as the back sheet 3. The back sheet 3 may or may not have moisture permeability. As the absorbent body 4, an absorbent core including an aggregate of absorbent fibers such as pulp fibers, or a structure in which an absorbent core holding a super absorbent polymer therein is covered with a water permeable wrapping sheet such as nonwoven fabric or tissue paper, or the like, can be used.
The absorbent body 10 has a three-dimensional gather 8, and one side edge portion side of the three-dimensional gather 8 is fixed to a component of the absorbent body 10 and can rise with the fixed end as a rising base end 8b and the other side edge portion side as a leading end 8 a. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the three-dimensional gathers 8 are formed on both side portions in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 10, respectively, along the longitudinal direction X. The three-dimensional gather 8 includes a three-dimensional gather forming sheet 81 and an elastic member 82 fixed to the sheet 81 in an extended state. The sheet 81 for forming three-dimensional gathers has a fixed region 81b fixed to a component of the absorbent main body 10 such as the front sheet 2 or the back sheet 3 in the crotch portion C, and a free region 81a not fixed to a component of the absorbent main body 10, and the elastic member 82 fixed in an extended state between the free region 81a and the free region 81a forms the three-dimensional gathers 8. The three-dimensional gather 8 has a leading end 8a and a raised base end 8b, and the leading end 8a and the raised base end 8b each extend in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 10. In the sheet 81 for forming three-dimensional wrinkles, the boundary between the fixed region 81b and the free region 81a is the rising base end 8b of the three-dimensional wrinkles 8, and the end of the three-dimensional wrinkles 8 opposite to the rising base end 8b in the lateral direction is the leading end 8a of the three-dimensional wrinkles 8, so that the free region 81a can rise.
In the sheet 81 for forming three-dimensional gathers according to the present embodiment, the portion outside the standing base end 8b of the three-dimensional gather 8 in the transverse direction Y is rolled down from the skin-facing surface side to the non-skin-facing surface side of the absorbent body 4. The three-dimensional gather forming sheet 81 has a portion joined to at least one of the backsheet 3 and the outer fitting 11 on the non-skin-facing surface side of the absorbent body 4, and a portion fixed to the topsheet 2 on the skin-facing surface side of the absorbent body 4, and forms the three-dimensional gather 8 in which the free region 81a is partially separated from the topsheet 2 and rises up in the crotch portion C and in a part of each of the stomach portion a and the back portion B. On the other hand, at both ends of the absorbent main body 10 in the longitudinal direction, which are positioned in the front side portion a and the back side portion B, of the three-dimensional gather forming sheet 81, a portion 8e on the lateral center side of the absorbent main body 10 is also laid over the front sheet 2 and joined to the front sheet 2, compared with a portion positioned on an extension line of the standing base end 8B of the three-dimensional gather 8.
The outer package 11 for each of the front and back side sections a, B has a structure in which outer layer sheets 12A, 12B and inner layer sheets 13A, 13B are laminated, the outer layer sheets 12A, 12B include stretchable sheets, and the inner layer sheets 13A, 13B are closer to the skin-facing surface side than the outer layer sheets 12A, 12B and include non-stretchable sheets. On the other hand, the outer package 11 of the crotch portion C has a structure in which an outer sheet 12C and an inner sheet 13C are laminated, the outer sheet 12C includes a non-extensible sheet, and the inner sheet 13C is closer to the skin-facing surface side than the outer sheet 12C and includes a non-extensible sheet. The outer layer sheet 12A, the outer layer sheet 12C and the outer layer sheet 12B are made of different sheets, but the outer layer sheet 12A and the outer layer sheet 12C, and the outer layer sheet 12B and the outer layer sheet 12C adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction of the diaper 1 are joined in a state where the end portions in the longitudinal direction X overlap each other. On the other hand, the inner layer sheet 13A, the inner layer sheet 13C, and the inner layer sheet 13B include one continuous sheet. The stretchable sheet forming the outer sheet 12A, 12B has stretchability at least in the transverse direction Y of the diaper 1, and is joined to the outer sheet 12C, the inner sheet 13A, and the inner sheet 13B in a state of being stretched in the transverse direction Y. The end fixing sheets 14A and 14B are disposed on the inner sheet 13A of the front side portion a and the inner sheet 13B of the back side portion B so as to cover both longitudinal ends of the absorbent body 10. The end portions of the end fixing sheets 14A and 14B opposite to the crotch portion C are joined to the opposite surfaces over the entire area of the diaper 1 in the transverse direction Y, and the portions covering the longitudinal end portions of the absorbent main body 10 are joined to the skin-facing surface of the absorbent main body 10. This prevents the legs and the like from catching both ends of the absorbent main body 10 when the diaper 1 is worn.
Here, the stretchable sheet means the following sheet: the maximum elongation in at least the same direction as the transverse direction Y is 100% or more, and after elongation to 100% elongation in the same direction as the transverse direction Y, the elongation recovery at shrinkage (elongation recovery at 100% elongation) is at least 70% or more. The non-extensible sheet is a sheet (a sheet having a length of 1.1 times) having a maximum elongation of 10% or less in at least the same direction as the transverse direction Y. The maximum elongation and the elongation recovery are measured in the following manner.
< method for measuring recovery from elongation >
A sample piece in the form of a short strip having a length of 50mm and a width of 25mm was cut out from the piece to be measured, and the initial distance D between chucks was measured using a commercially available tensile tester (for example, TENSILON RTG-1310 manufactured by ORIENTEC corporation)0The sample piece was stretched at a stretching speed of 300mm/min to a length D at 100% elongation set to 40mm2(D2=D0X 2), and thereafter recovery was started at the same speed as the stretching speed, and the length of the sample piece when the tensile load first became 0 was taken as the length D1 after recovery from elongation. The elongation at 100% elongation was calculated from the following equationThe recovery rate.
Elongation recovery (%) at 100% elongation of [ (D)2﹣D1)/(D2﹣D0)]×100
When the elongation recovery or maximum elongation in the same direction as the transverse direction Y of the diaper is measured, a sample piece in which the length in the direction corresponding to the transverse direction Y of the diaper is 50mm and the length in the direction corresponding to the longitudinal direction X of the diaper is 25mm is used, and when the elongation recovery or maximum elongation in the same direction as the longitudinal direction X of the diaper is measured, a sample piece in which the length in the direction corresponding to the longitudinal direction X of the diaper is 50mm and the length in the direction corresponding to the transverse direction Y of the diaper is 25mm is used.
< method for measuring maximum elongation >
A sample piece having the same dimensions as those of the sample piece used in the above-described method for measuring the elongation recovery rate was elongated under the same conditions, and the elongation at the time of fracture was set as the maximum elongation.
As the stretch sheet, various known structures can be used, and for example, a stretch sheet described in japanese patent laid-open No. 2008-179128, a stretch sheet described in japanese patent laid-open No. 2007-1722066, a stretch nonwoven fabric produced by the method for producing a stretch nonwoven fabric described in japanese patent laid-open No. 2007-22066, patent laid-open No. 3054930, and the like can be used.
As shown in fig. 4, in the diaper 1 of the present embodiment, in a natural flat state, an angle θ formed by a first virtual straight line L1 connecting the lower end Sd of the side seal S and the front end 8a of the three-dimensional gather 8 and a second virtual straight line L2 passing through the front end 8a of the three-dimensional gather 8 and extending in the transverse direction Y of the pant-type absorbent article 1 is 40 ° or more and 60 ° or less, and the front end 8a of the three-dimensional gather 8 is located on the central side (longitudinal center line CL side) in the transverse direction of the pant-type absorbent article 1 than the upright base end 8b of the three-dimensional gather 8. When the side seal S has a certain length (width) in the transverse direction Y, the first virtual straight line L1 is a line connecting the lower end Sd (the corner on the absorbent main body 10 side) near the transverse center of the diaper 1 and the front end 8a of the three-dimensional gather 8.
In the diaper 1 of the present embodiment, the angle θ formed as described above is 40 ° or more, so that the legs can be easily inserted through the leg opening 6 only by putting down the legs directly downward, and the legs can be prevented from catching near the lower end of the side seal S.
Further, by setting the angle θ to 60 ° or less, when the wearer wears the wearer himself/herself while keeping standing, the foot can easily pass through the leg opening 6, and there is no need to take an uncomfortable posture such as a large inclination of the body in order to wear the wearer. Further, the front end 8a of the three-dimensional gather 8 is positioned closer to the lateral center side of the diaper 1 than the raised base end 8b, and the three-dimensional gather 8 is inclined toward the lateral center side, whereby the three-dimensional gather 8 is less likely to be present on the lead wire of the leg opening 6 through which the foot passes, and it is possible to prevent the foot or toe from being caught by the three-dimensional gather 8 and making it difficult to wear the diaper.
In order to make it easier for the wearer to pass the foot through the leg opening 6 while wearing the wearer himself/herself while keeping standing, the angle θ is more preferably 44 ° or more, still more preferably 46 ° or more, yet more preferably 58 ° or less, still more preferably 56 ° or less, yet more preferably 44 ° or more and 58 ° or less, still more preferably 46 ° or more and 56 ° or less.
The natural flat state refers to a state in which the pant-type absorbent article is naturally contracted by laying the pant-type absorbent article on a horizontal plane so that the back side portion B faces downward and the stomach side portion a faces upward, and the angle θ formed between the front ends of the three-dimensional gathers and the standing base end is examined as follows.
That is, an acrylic resin plate was placed on a pants-type absorbent article placed on a horizontal plane so that the back side portion B side was downward and the stomach side portion a side was upward, and a weight was placed thereon so as to apply a load of 4.5kPa, and the article was left to stand for 12 hours. After being left standing for 12 hours, the squashed pants-type absorbent article was photographed from directly above, and the positions of the lower end Sd of the side seal, the front end 8a of the three-dimensional gather 8, and the standing base end 8b of the three-dimensional gather 8 in the pants-type absorbent article in this state were examined and the positions thereof were described in the image. Then, from this image, an angle θ formed by a straight line L1 and a straight line L2 is measured, the straight line L1 links the lower end Sd of the side seal and the front end 8a of the three-dimensional gather 8, the straight line L2 passes through the front end 8a of the three-dimensional gather 8 and extends in the lateral direction Y of the pants-type absorbent article 1, and the positional relationship between the front end 8a of the three-dimensional gather and the upright base end 8b is examined.
The position of the front end 8a of the three-dimensional gather is a position of a portion which is located on the lowermost side in the vertical direction [ the vertical direction in fig. 4 ] of the pants-type absorbent article in a natural flat state in the longitudinal direction of the front end 8a of the three-dimensional gather 8, and usually corresponds to a folded-back position (that is, an intermediate position in the longitudinal direction X of the pants-type absorbent article) when the pants-type absorbent article is assembled from an unfolded state in many cases. The position of the raised base end 8b of the three-dimensional gather is the same position as the position of the raised base end 8b of the three-dimensional gather in the longitudinal direction X when the pant-type absorbent article is in the unfolded and extended state. Further, prior to placing the acrylic resin plate, the following adjustment was performed in advance: after the side seal portion was slightly pulled left and right by hand, the back and abdomen portions were flattened while being overlapped with each other by releasing the hand.
In the pant-type absorbent article in the natural flat state, the distance L3 (see fig. 4) between the front end 8a of the three-dimensional gather and the standing base end 8b of the three-dimensional gather 8 is preferably 10% or more, more preferably 12% or more and 30% or less of the lower end width L4 of the crotch portion C. The lower end width L4 is preferably 80mm or more, more preferably 100mm or more, and is preferably 250mm or less, more preferably 210mm or less.
The three-dimensional gathers 8 preferably extend continuously from the raised base end 8b to the leading end 8a (the free region 81a of the three-dimensional gather forming sheet) toward the lateral center of the pant-type absorbent article.
In the pant-type absorbent article in the naturally flat state, the distance L5 (see fig. 4) between the lower end Sd of the side seal and the front end 8a of the three-dimensional gather is preferably 50% or more and 250% or less, and more preferably 100% or more and 200% or less of the lower end width L4 of the crotch portion C. The distance L5 is preferably 80mm or more, more preferably 100mm or more, and is preferably 200mm or less, more preferably 180mm or less.
In the diaper 1 of the present embodiment, the maximum extension length L6 (see fig. 5) between the pair of side seals S, S in the waist opening 5 is 3 times or more the lower end width L4 of the crotch portion in the natural flat state. When the maximum extension length L6 is set to be 3 times or more the lower end width L4 of the crotch portion, the waist opening 5 can be greatly enlarged with respect to the lower end width L4 of the crotch portion when the diaper 1 is worn, and it is easy to pass a foot through the leg opening 6 while visually confirming the leg opening 6, and it is easier for the wearer to wear the diaper 1 by himself/herself. From the viewpoint of more reliably exhibiting this effect, the maximum extension length L6 is preferably 3 times or more, more preferably 3 times or more and 5 times or less, and still more preferably 3.3 times or more and 4.5 times or less the lower end width L4 of the crotch portion.
The maximum extension length L6 was measured by the following method.
[ method for measuring maximum elongation ]
The distance between the side seals at the time when the tensile load became 0.1N/cm when the distance between the side seals was extended at a speed of 300 mm/sec was set to the maximum extension length L6 by sandwiching a range of 2cm from the upper end of each of the left and right side seals between chucks of a tensile tester (manufactured by Orientech corporation, trade name "RTA-100").
In the diaper 1 of the present embodiment, in the naturally flat state, the distance L7 (see fig. 4) in the transverse direction Y of the pant-type absorbent article between the lower end Sd of the side seal and the side end Cs of the crotch portion is 0.2 times or more the lower end width L4 of the crotch portion. When the distance L7 is set to be 0.2 times or more the lower end width L4 of the crotch portion and the width of the leg opening 6 is increased when the diaper 1 is worn, it is easy to pass a foot through the leg opening 6 while visually confirming the leg opening 6, and when the foot is passed through the leg opening 6, the foot or toe is less likely to catch around the leg opening 6. From this viewpoint, the distance L7 is preferably 0.2 times or more, more preferably 0.3 times or more and 2 times or less, and still more preferably 0.5 times or more and 1.5 times or less the lower end width L4 of the crotch portion.
The distance L7 is measured by writing the position of the side end Cs of the crotch portion C in addition to the position of the lower end Sd of the side seal in an image obtained by measuring the angle θ, and measuring the distance between Sd and Cs in the transverse direction of the pants-type absorbent article (see fig. 4).
The outer cover 11 of the diaper 1 of the present embodiment includes a waist elastic member 51, and the waist elastic member 51 is used to impart stretchability to the opening peripheral edge portion of the waist opening 5. The waist elastic members 51 are fixed in an extended state between the outer layer sheet 12A and the inner layer sheet 13A of the abdomen portion a and between the outer layer sheet 12B and the inner layer sheet 13B of the back portion B.
The outer cover 11 of the diaper 1 of the present embodiment includes leg elastic members 61 for imparting stretchability to the opening peripheral edge portions of the leg openings 6. More specifically, the leg elastic members 61 include a first leg elastic member 61a disposed from the stomach-side portion a to the crotch portion C, and a second leg elastic member 61B disposed from the back-side portion B to the crotch portion C. The first leg elastic member 61a and the second leg elastic member 61b each have: an outer end portion located at the side seal portion S; an intermediate portion disposed along the peripheral edge of the leg opening 6; and an inner extension portion that extends away from the peripheral edge portion of the leg opening portion 6 toward the lateral center side (the longitudinal center line CL side) of the absorbent main body 10.
The first leg elastic member 61a and the second leg elastic member 61b are spaced apart from each other over the entire region in the transverse direction of the crotch portion C. The first leg elastic members 61a and the second leg elastic members 61b are spaced apart from each other, so that the leg openings 6 can be prevented from being greatly contracted while ensuring stretchability at the peripheral portions of the leg openings 6, and it becomes easier to pass the feet through the leg openings 6 when the diaper 1 is worn. From the viewpoint of ensuring good fit around the legs and improving ease of foot insertion, the shortest distance L8 (see fig. 2) in the diaper longitudinal direction between the first leg elastic members 61a and the second leg elastic members 61b is preferably 15% to 50% of the entire length L (see fig. 2) in the diaper 1 in the longitudinal direction, and more preferably 20% to 45%.
As shown in fig. 2, in the diaper 1 of the present embodiment, in the region C1, elastic members extending in the longitudinal direction X are not arranged except for the elastic members 82 arranged in the three-dimensional gathers, and the region C1 is located between the arrangement region of the first leg elastic members 61a in which the first leg elastic members 61a are arranged and the arrangement region of the second leg elastic members 61b in which the second leg elastic members 61b are arranged.
That is, in the region C1, the elastic members extending in the longitudinal direction X are not disposed in the exterior element 11, and further, in the region C1, the elastic members extending in the longitudinal direction X are not disposed in the absorbent main body 10 in addition to the elastic members 82 disposed in the three-dimensional gathers.
In view of preventing the leg openings 6 from being greatly contracted and making it easier to pass the legs through the leg openings 6 when the diaper 1 is worn, it is preferable that the elastic members extending in the longitudinal direction X are not arranged in the outer package 11 of the region C1, and in the region C1, it is preferable that the elastic members extending in the longitudinal direction X are not arranged in the entire pants-type absorbent article including the outer package 11 and the absorbent main body 10, except for the elastic members 82 arranged in the three-dimensional gathers.
As the waist elastic member 51 and the leg elastic members 61a and 61b, various elastic members conventionally used in disposable diapers can be used, and examples thereof include synthetic rubbers such as styrene-butadiene, isoprene, and chloroprene rubber, natural rubbers, EVA, stretchable polyolefins, and polyurethanes. As the form of the elastic member, a form of a filament (rubber thread or the like), a form of a string (rubber tape or the like), a form of a multifilament type, or the like, having a cross section of a rectangular shape, a square shape, a circular shape, an elliptical shape, a polygonal shape, or the like, can be preferably used.
The present invention has been described above based on preferred embodiments thereof, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments and can be modified as appropriate.
For example, the outer package 11 may be formed by a single outer sheet that is continuous over the stomach-side portion a, the crotch portion C, and the back-side portion B. The outer sheet 12C of the crotch portion C may be made of a stretchable sheet. Furthermore, the outer fitting 11 may also consist of only one non-extensible sheet. Instead of the end fixing sheets 14A and 14B that are separate from the outer layer sheets 12A and 12B and the inner layer sheets 13A and 13B, a sheet continuous from one or both of the outer layer sheets 12A and 12B and the inner layer sheets 13A and 13B may be folded back at the peripheral edge of the waist opening, and the folded-back portion may be used as the end fixing sheet. One or both of the end fixing sheets 14A and 14B may be omitted.
The outer package 11 may be formed of only the non-extensible sheet as a whole of the outer layer sheet and the inner layer sheet, or may be formed of only the stretchable sheet as a whole of the outer layer sheet and the inner layer sheet.

[ examples ]
The present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to examples. However, the scope of the present invention is not limited in any way by this example.
[ examples 1 and 2]
Pants-type disposable diapers for adults having the structures shown in fig. 1 to 3 and the dimensions of the respective parts shown in fig. 2, 4, and 5 were made to the dimensions shown in table 1.
[ comparative examples 1 to 5]
A commercially available pants-type disposable diaper for adults was prepared. The dimensions of the respective portions shown in fig. 2, 4 and 5 were measured and are shown in table 1. In addition, regarding the position of the front end of the three-dimensional gather, a case where the front end of the three-dimensional gather is located closer to the center side in the lateral direction of the pants-type disposable diaper than the standing base end of the three-dimensional gather is referred to as "+", and a case where the front end of the three-dimensional gather is located on the outer side in the lateral direction is referred to as "-". The pants-type disposable diaper of comparative example 5 had no three-dimensional gathers.
[ evaluation ]
The pants-type disposable diapers of examples 1 and 2 and comparative examples 1 to 5 were evaluated for ease of wearing (ease of foot insertion and ease of pulling up to the knees) when the wearer wore himself while standing by measuring the center of gravity swing trajectory length of the subject while the wearer was passing the feet through the pants-type disposable diaper and performing the pulling up operation by using a center of gravity swing gauge.
< method for evaluating ease of wearing >
Each of 15 subjects was subjected to a wearing motion described below with respect to each diaper on a center of gravity oscillation meter, and the center of gravity oscillation of the subject during the wearing motion was measured to calculate the center of gravity oscillation trajectory length during the wearing motion. The wearing subjects were 15 healthy elderly persons aged 60 to 70 years old. The order of wearing the diapers was random and each subject did not know which diaper to wear.
[ wearing action ]
(1) In a state of standing on the gravity rocking meter, both sides of the diaper are held by hands to unfold the diaper. Then, the legs are put into the pair of leg openings (through which the legs pass) of the diaper in the unfolded state one by one. The feet can be left and right.
(2) After putting both feet into the diaper, the diaper is held in a standing state by holding both sides of the diaper with hands, and pulled up to the knee position (pulling-up operation is performed).
(3) After the diaper was pulled up to the knee position, the diaper was left standing in a right-side-up posture for 10 seconds with the hands released.
The average of the gravity center swing trajectory lengths of 15 subjects for each diaper is shown in table 1. The gravity center oscillation gauge is a foot pressure detecting device that detects the vertical force of the sole pressure by a transducer, outputs oscillation of the foot pressure center as a change in an electric signal, and checks the balance function. Specifically, the system Gravicorder G-5500(Anima, Inc.) was used as a gravity-center rocker.
The gravity center swing trajectory length is an index indicating how easily the diaper is worn (how easily the foot passes through and how easily the diaper is pulled up to the knee). That is, the shorter the center of gravity swing trajectory length, the more stable the center of gravity of the body, and the easier it is to pull the foot up to the knee through the diaper. Further, the longer the center of gravity swing trajectory length, the more unstable the center of gravity of the body, and the more difficult it is to carry out the operation of pulling the foot up to the knee through the diaper.
θ, L, L3 to L8 in Table 1 are as follows.
θ: an angle formed by the first imaginary straight line L1 and the second imaginary straight line L2
L: the diaper 1 has the longitudinal full length
L3: distance between rising base end 8b and leading end 8a of three-dimensional fold 8
L4: lower end width of crotch part C
L5: the distance between the lower end Sd of the side seal and the front end 8a of the three-dimensional fold
L6: maximum extension of the distance between the side seals
L7: a distance in the transverse direction Y of the pants-type absorbent article between the lower end Sd of the side seal and the side end Cs of the crotch in a naturally flat state
L8: the shortest distance in the diaper longitudinal direction between the first leg elastic member 61a and the second leg elastic member 61b
Figure GDA0001911343620000161
As shown in table 1, it can be seen that: the diapers of examples 1 and 2 of the present invention had a center of gravity swing trajectory length of 130cm or less, and were easy to wear by oneself while keeping standing, because the center of gravity swing trajectory length was shorter than the diapers of comparative examples 1 to 5 (center of gravity swing trajectory length exceeded 130 cm). The gravity center rocking path length is preferably 130cm or less, more preferably 125cm or less.
[ industrial applicability ]
The pants-type absorbent article of the present invention is easily self-worn while remaining standing.
