Abstract

本发明公开了一种层绞式双极直流供电海底光缆,其内部结构相同,外部铠装层则采用芳纶编织铠装和钢丝铠装两种结构。其内部缆芯结构包括一根光单元和两根电单元,三单元进行绞合,绞合缝隙间填满填充材料。外部结构:其中一根缆芯绕包阻水带,阻水带外包覆有芳纶编织层,芳纶编织层外挤制外护套;另一根缆芯绕包阻水带,阻水带外包覆有钢丝绞合铠装层,铠装层外挤制外护套。本发明提供的海底光缆通过两根直流电导体和一根光单元的组合,可实现光电信息的传输,单根海缆即可解决电流回路的问题,降低了海缆工程建设成本、敷设施工成本和维修的成本,同时也为节省海洋路由做出了巨大贡献。

技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域,尤其是海底光缆,具体涉及一种层绞式双极直流供电海底光缆。
背景技术
随着海洋强国战略的大力推进,海底光缆越来越广泛应用于各种岛屿与海岸及观测网信息传输。为了更好的构建海底网络系统,目前常见技术是需要使用两根海底光缆才能实现正负极电能传输,极大的增加了制造成本。双极直流供电海底光缆结构简单,长距离电能传输经济成本低。因此开发双极直流供电海底光缆是今后海洋网络线路发展的新方向,能大大降低海缆建设施工敷设成本。
发明内容
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明提供一种层绞式双极直流供电海底光缆,其特征在于:其缆芯包括两根电单元和一根光单元,所述电单元用于传输电能,所述电单元包括:铜导体,所述铜导体外部挤制绝缘护套;所述光单元用于传输光信号;所述光单元包括:不锈钢光单元,所述不锈钢光单元外绞合一层内铠钢丝,所述内铠钢丝外挤制一层光单元护套;所述两根电单元和一根光单元进行三芯绞合成型,所述电单元和光单元绞合缝隙间填满填充材料,所述电单元和光单元外绕包一层包带,所述包带外侧设有铠装层,铠装层为芳纶编织铠装层或钢丝铠装层,所述铠装层外侧挤制外护套。
进一步的,电单元为直流电阻为1Ω的铜导体,有效减小长途输电的电能损耗。
进一步的,绝缘护套外设有聚乙烯绝缘层,保证良好的绝缘性能。
进一步的,光单元包括不锈钢光单元、内铠钢丝及光单元护套。不锈钢光单元为含有光纤及阻水纤膏不锈钢管,最大芯数可达96芯,内铠钢丝为镀锌钢丝,光单元护套为聚乙烯护套。
进一步的,填充材料为填充条或填充绳,使海缆缆芯圆整。
进一步的,包带为阻水带,起到纵向阻水的作用。
进一步的,芳纶编织铠装层为9480杜邦芳纶编织,能有效增强海缆的抗拉强度,并且能保持海缆的柔软性。
进一步的,钢丝铠装层为镀锌钢丝铠装,能有效增强海缆的机械强度。
进一步的,外护套为聚乙烯外护套,具备很好的耐海水腐蚀和保护缆芯性能。
本发明通过两根电单元和一根光单元的组合即可实现光电信息的传输,单根海底光缆即可解决电流回路的问题,大大降低海底光缆建设敷设施工成本。双极直流供电海底光缆结构简单,长距离电能传输经济成本低,同时也为节省海洋路由做出了巨大贡献,是今后海洋网络线路发展的新方向,为水下网络线路建设提供了新的方向。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步的说明,但本发明的保护范围不限于此。
实施例1
如图1所示,一种层绞式双极直流供电海底光缆,其铠装层采用芳纶编织铠装层8,缆芯结构包括两根电单元和一根光单元,所述电单元用于传输电能,所述电单元包括:铜导体1,所述铜导体1外部挤制绝缘护套2形成电单元。所述光单元用于传输光信号;所述光单元包括:不锈钢光单元5,所述不锈钢光单元5外绞合一层内铠钢丝6,所述内铠钢丝6外挤制一层光单元护套7。
所述两根电单元和一根光单元进行三芯绞合成型,绞合过程中在光单元和电单元缝隙中填入填充材料3,绞合后对整体用包带4绕包,绕包后用芳纶编织铠装层8包覆,然后在芳纶编织铠装层8外挤制聚乙烯外护套9。
实施例2
如图2所示,一种层绞式双极直流供电海底光缆,其铠装层采用钢丝铠装层10,缆芯结构包括两根电单元和一根光单元,所述电单元用于传输电能,所述电单元包括:铜导体1,所述铜导体1外部挤制绝缘护套2形成电单元。所述光单元用于传输光信号;所述光单元包括:不锈钢光单元5,所述不锈钢光单元外绞合一层内铠钢丝6,所述内铠钢丝6外挤制一层光单元护套7形成光单元。
所述两根电单元和一根光单元进行三芯绞合成型,绞合过程中在光单元和电单元缝隙中填入填充材料3,所述电单元和光单元外绕包一层包带4,所述包带外侧有钢丝铠装层10,所述钢丝铠装层10外侧挤制聚乙烯外护套9。
本发明通过一根海底光缆实现线路之间的回路传输,大大降低海底光缆建设敷设施工成本。双极直流供电海底光缆结构简单,长距离电能传输经济成本低,是今后海洋网络线路发展的新方向,为水下网络线路建设提供了新的方向。

Claims (9)

1.一种层绞式双极直流供电海底光缆,其特征在于:其缆芯包括:两根电单元和一根光单元;所述电单元用于传输电能,所述电单元包括:铜导体,所述铜导体外部挤制绝缘护套;所述光单元用于传输光信号,所述光单元包括:不锈钢光单元,所述不锈钢光单元外绞合一层内铠钢丝,所述内铠钢丝外挤制一层光单元护套;
所述两根电单元和一根光单元进行三芯绞合成型,所述电单元和光单元绞合缝隙间填满填充材料,所述电单元和光单元外绕包一层包带,所述包带外侧设有铠装层,铠装层为芳纶编织铠装层或钢丝铠装层,所述铠装层外侧挤制外护套。
2.按照权利要求1所述的一种层绞式双极直流供电海底光缆,其特征在于:所述电单元为直流电阻为1Ω的铜导体。
3.按照权利要求1所述的一种层绞式双极直流供电海底光缆,其特征在于:所述绝缘护套外设聚乙烯绝缘层。
4.按照权利要求1所述的一种层绞式双极直流供电海底光缆,其特征在于:所述光单元中,不锈钢光单元为含有光纤及阻水纤膏不锈钢管,最大芯数为96芯,所述内铠钢丝为镀锌钢丝,所述光单元护套为聚乙烯护套。
5.按照权利要求1所述的一种层绞式双极直流供电海底光缆,其特征在于:所述填充材料为填充条或填充绳。
6.按照权利要求1所述的一种层绞式双极直流供电海底光缆,其特征在于:所述包带为阻水带。
7.按照权利要求1所述的一种层绞式双极直流供电海底光缆,其特征在于:所述芳纶编织铠装层为杜邦芳纶编织。
8.按照权利要求1所述的一种层绞式双极直流供电海底光缆,其特征在于:所述钢丝铠装层为镀锌钢丝。
9.按照权利要求1所述的一种层绞式双极直流供电海底光缆,其特征在于:所述外护套为聚乙烯外护套。
