技术领域
本发明属于电缆领域,具体涉及一种耐磨电缆线。
背景技术
电线电缆绝缘及护套用塑料俗称电缆料,其中包括了橡胶、塑料、尼龙等多种品种。电缆料生产企业是以电缆生产企业为用户,只要有电线电缆需求就有电缆料的市场。电线电缆产品中除钢芯铝绞线、电磁线等裸线产品外几乎都需要绝缘层口。
电缆保护套是电缆的最外层,电缆护套材料不仅需要有优良的物理性能,如拉伸强度、断裂伸长率等,同时还需要拥有良好的耐高温性能。目前大部分电缆保护套耐热性差,热膨胀率大,易燃烧;尺寸稳定性差,容易变形;多数电缆保护套耐低温性差,低温下变脆,容易老化;电缆保护套不同性能决定了其在生活在工业中的用途,随着技术的进步,对电缆保护套改性一直没有停止过研究。为了不断提高电缆保护套成品的性能,使得电缆保护套满足不同的工作环境,对电缆保护套进行有针对性的改性就显得尤为必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐磨电缆线。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:
一种耐磨电缆线,包括导体,所述的导体从内到外依次套接有绝缘层、屏蔽层、中被层、防水层、防火耐高温层和外护套;
所述的外护套包括下述质量分组分:凹凸棒土45-52份、纳米刚玉粉15-18份、滑石粉10-13份、硅酸盐化合物颗粒15-18份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯7-10份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物5-8份、硬脂酸丁酯6-10份、环己烷多碳酸酯9-15份、烃基丁二酸8-13份、高密度聚丙烯10-12份、乙烯基羧酸酯4-9份、偶联剂8-10份、增塑剂7-11份、耐磨改性剂9-16份。
所述绝缘层和所述屏蔽层之间填充有纤维纱。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明生产工艺简单,采用的原料成本低,节能性好,通过硅酸盐化合物颗粒和纳米刚玉粉,能够增加电缆保护套的耐磨性和硬度;通过添加耐磨改性剂,可以有效的改善各填料在电缆保护套中的分散性,提高了成品电缆保护套的稳定性,本发明的电缆保护套具有良好的耐磨性,特别适合作为电缆线技术领域,使用寿命长。
具体实施方式
为了使本技术领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合最佳实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
一种耐磨电缆线,包括导体,所述的导体从内到外依次套接有绝缘层、屏蔽层、中被层、防水层、防火耐高温层和外护套;
其中,所述的外护套包括下述质量分组分:凹凸棒土45-52份、纳米刚玉粉15-18份、滑石粉10-13份、硅酸盐化合物颗粒15-18份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯7-10份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物5-8份、硬脂酸丁酯6-10份、环己烷多碳酸酯9-15份、烃基丁二酸8-13份、高密度聚丙烯10-12份、乙烯基羧酸酯4-9份、偶联剂8-10份、增塑剂7-11份、耐磨改性剂9-16份。所述绝缘层和所述屏蔽层之间填充有纤维纱。
制备方法采用下述步骤:
1)将凹凸棒土、纳米刚玉粉、滑石粉、硅酸盐化合物颗粒混合均匀后放入高速搅拌器中,再按称取所述重量份数的偶联剂,进行活化处理,搅拌转速在1000-2000r/min,搅拌时间5-12min,搅拌温度在120-150℃;译
2)邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、硬脂酸丁酯、环己烷多碳酸酯、烃基丁二酸、高密度聚丙烯、乙烯基羧酸酯,搅拌均匀,超声震荡8-10min,得到混合液;译
3)将步骤2)得到的混合液加入步骤(1)得到的搅拌器中,在加入增塑剂和耐磨改性剂加热至70-80℃,混合30-40min,送入双螺杆挤出机,熔融挤出,冷却,真空干燥,粉碎成60-80目的颗粒,即得。
