一种非土木型多功能墙
行业背景与问题提出:目前建筑的墙一般都是土木结构,暖通、给排水都在墙外明装,本方案目标是采用其他建筑材料,把暖通,给排水融入墙体,让房间清洁美观并节约一些建筑材料和设备和投资。
技术领域:建筑构配件。
发明内容:本方案内容包括墙体内表面兼容暖通散热器,采用太阳能空调热水器无吸光生热涂层结构;墙体外表面兼容太阳能热水器,采用太阳能空调热水器图案型吸光生热涂层结构;墙体中间安装房间的暖通、给排水管路、设施,无管道部分兼做储物柜;窗户内外表面皆采用太阳能空调热水器无吸光生热涂层结构,移动式安装。

系统功能实施:
本方案功能是这样实现的,给水(包括雨水、自来水和地热水、集中供热水等),自动进入恒常压自动给水箱7,经下水管、阀门①进入墙体内表面-暖通散热器12内部,把携带的冷量(热量)散发出去,实现室内温度调节功能,从顶部流出,打开阀门⑨和墙体内外表面间的阀门③,经下水管流入墙体外表面-太阳能热水器11内部,吸收吸光生热涂层传来的太阳光热能,给水加热,从上部流出,进入热水箱13,向下流出热水箱,再进入墙体外表面,自动往复循环给水加热,同时阻挡室外温度传入室内,热水箱上部阀门⑧向用户提供热水,同时打开⑧b、⑧a提供饮用热水;冬季集中供热时,上述流程,关闭墙体内外表面间的阀门③,打开墙体外表面下部通向集中供热回水管阀门④,打开阀门⑧a、⑧c、⑧b,关闭⑧;没有集中供热的,打开阀门①、⑦、②,关闭⑧、③,打开阀门⑧a、⑧c、⑧b,让热水箱供应热水、采暖;春秋季节根据需要,可以关闭恒常压自动给水箱通向墙体内表面的阀门①、⑨和⑦,打开通向墙体外表面阀门②、③,暂停墙体内表面运转,同时打开墙体内表面排水阀⑤,把墙体内表面中的水放掉;雨水停止利用时,打开雨水管通向机井的回灌阀门⑥,把雨雪水回灌地下储存起来。
效益分析:1、墙、装饰功能,与原土木墙相比重量轻,管道暗装,清洁美观,投资相当。
2、墙体内表面散热器功能,代替分体空调室内机、风机盘管、散热器,节约投资数百~上千元。
3、墙体外表面太阳能热水器功能,供应热水、节约投资数千元。
4、墙体内外表面相结合,空调功能、效果优于空调器、舒适环保、远离空调病,省电节能,运行费用大幅降低。
