本发明公开了一种细雾化空气净化喷雾装置,包括底座、净化水箱、喷雾器、空气净化器和旋转式细雾喷嘴,净化水箱内部分隔设置有空气净化腔体和喷雾工作腔体,空气净化腔体呈圆锥台形,空气净化腔体的小径端端面中心部开设有小径孔,净化水箱底端开设有空气净化器安装孔和喷雾器安装孔,净化水箱盖体上设有旋转式细雾喷嘴和注液口,旋转式细雾喷嘴包括旋拧接头、半球形喷雾腔体和喷雾管,底座内部设置有电源盒、主控盒和进风腔体,空气净化器包括空气净化筒、引风扇、除臭滤网组件、紫外线LED灯源组件和不锈钢蚀刻孔隙板组。其具有空气过滤杀菌、除臭功能,能够实现细雾化喷雾,提高雾化液滴在空气中飘逸时间。

技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化技术领域,特别涉及一种细雾化空气净化喷雾装置。
背景技术
随着工业经济的迅猛发展,工业社会下对环境的破坏也日益严重。伴随人们生活条件的改善,人们对室内空气环境的质量也有了较高的要求,购买室内空气净化装置来净化室内空气成为了一种消费趋势。空气净化装置是用来净化空气,普通的空气净化装置往往采用过滤网吸附除尘的空气净化方式,比如,采用HEPA滤网,HEPA滤网属于高效过滤网,但是种类多,实际的净化效果也不尽相同。也有采用多重滤网结构,增加活性炭层吸收空气中异味,然而,活性炭吸附有害物质作用明显,除异味的效果略显不足。还有一些种类的空气净化装置带有加湿功能,但是,雾霾天气、大量的汽车尾气等等严重危害着人们的身体健康,工业社会带来的环境污染使得人们日益关注日常呼吸的空气质量,空气净化效果的好坏仍然是区分空气净化装置质量的主要指标。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,所要解决的技术问题是提供一种细雾化空气净化喷雾装置,其具有良好的空气过滤杀菌、除臭除异味功能,向室内喷雾加湿的同时,能够实现细雾化喷雾,提高雾化液滴在空气中飘逸时间,增加室内的净化范围,有益于提高空气净化效果。
本发明是通过以下技术方案使上述技术问题得以解决。
一种细雾化空气净化喷雾装置,包括底座、净化水箱、喷雾器、空气净化器和旋转式细雾喷嘴,所述净化水箱安装在所述底座上方,所述净化水箱包括箱体和封闭在所述箱体上端的盖体,所述箱体内部分隔设置有空气净化腔体和喷雾工作腔体,所述喷雾工作腔体用于注入净水或纳米二氧化钛分散液,所述空气净化腔体呈圆锥台形,所述空气净化腔体的小径端端面中心部开设有小径孔,所述空气净化腔体的小径端高于所述喷雾工作腔体内的液面高度,所述箱体底端开设有与所述空气净化腔体的大径端相连通且用于安装所述空气净化器的空气净化器安装孔和与所述喷雾工作腔体相连通且用于安装所述喷雾器的喷雾器安装孔,所述盖体上设有与所述小径孔相配合的所述旋转式细雾喷嘴和与所述喷雾工作腔体相配合的注液口,所述旋转式细雾喷嘴包括旋拧接头、半球形喷雾腔体和喷雾管,所述旋拧接头可旋转的连接在所述盖体上,所述旋拧接头上对接设置有所述半球形喷雾腔体,所述半球形喷雾腔体的一侧倾斜设置有所述喷雾管,所述底座内部设置有电源盒、主控盒和与所述空气净化器相配合的进风腔体,所述底座的侧壁上开设有与所述进风腔体相连通的进风孔,所述空气净化器包括空气净化筒、引风扇、除臭滤网组件、紫外线LED灯源组件和不锈钢蚀刻孔隙板组,所述空气净化筒由上段的小径圆筒体、中段的过渡圆锥筒体和下段的大径圆筒体对接而成,所述小径圆筒体的内径小于所述大径圆筒体的内径,所述大径圆筒体内部设置有所述引风扇和所述除臭滤网组件,所述小径圆筒体内部设置有所述紫外线LED灯源组件和所述不锈钢蚀刻孔隙板组,所述不锈钢蚀刻孔隙板组由若干真空蒸镀有二氧化钛薄膜的不锈钢蚀刻孔隙板构成,所述不锈钢蚀刻孔隙板上设有贯通的不规则蚀刻孔隙。
作为优选,所述不锈钢蚀刻孔隙板的厚度为0.2mm至0.45mm。
作为优选,所述紫外线LED灯源组件包括灯座、紫外线LED灯和聚光罩,所述紫外线LED灯塑封在所述聚光罩内并安装在所述灯座上。

作为优选,所述静电除尘过滤网为不锈钢材质,所述静电除尘过滤网表面设有石墨烯镀层。
本发明的有益效果:
1.通过喷雾器雾化喷雾工作腔体内的净水或纳米二氧化钛分散液形成自然飘逸的液雾,引风扇的送风经空气净化器的过滤、除臭及杀菌后,穿过小径孔,风压减少同时风速加快,在半球形喷雾腔体内形成局部低压,从而产生对液雾的吸附作用,导致液雾朝向半球形喷雾腔体内移动,在风力作用下液雾在半球形喷雾腔体内形成涡流,液雾雾滴在与半球形喷雾腔体内壁接触过程中液雾液滴变小形成细雾,经喷雾管喷出,有利于在更宽阔的室内空间进行扩散飘逸,大大提高室内空气的加湿及净化效果;
2.除臭滤网组件中的前置除尘过滤网过滤空气中大颗粒粉尘,除臭过滤网有效除臭,使空气清新,活性炭过滤网吸附空气中甲醛等有害物质,静电除尘过滤网通过石墨烯镀层的静电吸附力吸附空气中的带电灰尘及微小颗粒,进一步提高空气净化效果。除臭过滤网为筛网目数不同的上下双层玻璃纤维滤网通过丙烯酸粘合剂粘接固定而成,因此结构强度好,透气通风,风压损失小,除臭过滤网表面设有通过浸透硫酸铜固化液形成的固化层,具有优异的除臭性能,比如,硫酸铜固化液采用硫酸铜15%、磷酸15%、碳酸钾8%和余量水进行混合配制,涂覆后在150度左右的温度下干燥固化,能够有效的消除氨气、三甲胺、硫化氢、甲硫醇等,除臭效果更好;
3.空气流通的空气净化筒采用小径圆筒体、过渡圆锥筒体和大径圆筒体对接而成,由此产生文丘里效应,经引风扇引入的空气经除臭滤网组件时气压增大流速降低,大大促进了空气过滤除臭效果。通过紫外线LED灯源组件发射的紫外线穿过不锈钢蚀刻孔隙板组照射杀菌的同时,也产生光催化作用,不锈钢蚀刻孔隙板上的不规则蚀刻孔隙与传统的不锈钢网孔板上蒸镀二氧化钛薄膜相比,大大增加了光催化接触面积,增加了光散射和折射作用,提高了光催化效果,强化了降解除臭效果,消灭净化水箱中各种细菌、微生物滋生,杀菌高效,不产生二次污染,向室内喷雾加湿的同时,为室内提供了清新净化的空气;
4.在喷雾工作腔体内注入纳米二氧化钛分散液经雾化喷雾过程中,纳米二氧化钛粒子在太阳光紫外线的光照作用下产生光触媒作用,杀菌除臭,为室内提供清新净化空气。

如图1至图5所示,本发明实施例的一种细雾化空气净化喷雾装置,包括底座1、净化水箱2、喷雾器3、空气净化器4和旋转式细雾喷嘴5,所述净化水箱2安装在所述底座1上方,所述底座1下端设置有减震垫,所述底座1内部设置有电源盒、主控盒和与所述空气净化器4相配合的进风腔体,所述底座1的侧壁上开设有与所述进风腔体相连通的进风孔19,所述电源盒内安装蓄电池、干电池或电源适配器。
所述净化水箱2包括箱体6和封闭在所述箱体6上端的盖体7,所述箱体6内部分隔设置有空气净化腔体8和喷雾工作腔体9,具体的说,所述空气净化腔体8的外壁与所述箱体6内壁之间形成的腔体构成所述喷雾工作腔体9。所述喷雾工作腔体9用于注入净水或纳米二氧化钛分散液。所述空气净化腔体8呈圆锥台形,所述空气净化腔体8的小径端端面中心部开设有小径孔12,所述空气净化腔体8的小径端高于所述喷雾工作腔体9内的液面高度。所述箱体6底端开设有与所述空气净化腔体8的大径端相连通且用于安装所述空气净化器4的空气净化器安装孔10和与所述喷雾工作腔体9相连通且用于安装所述喷雾器3的喷雾器安装孔11。所述盖体7上设有与所述小径孔12相配合的所述旋转式细雾喷嘴5和与所述喷雾工作腔体9相配合的注液口13。

1.一种细雾化空气净化喷雾装置,其特征是:包括底座、净化水箱、喷雾器、空气净化器和旋转式细雾喷嘴,所述净化水箱安装在所述底座上方,所述净化水箱包括箱体和封闭在所述箱体上端的盖体,所述箱体内部分隔设置有空气净化腔体和喷雾工作腔体,所述喷雾工作腔体用于注入净水或纳米二氧化钛分散液,所述空气净化腔体呈圆锥台形,所述空气净化腔体的外壁与所述箱体内壁之间形成的腔体构成所述喷雾工作腔体,所述空气净化腔体的小径端端面中心部开设有小径孔,所述空气净化腔体的小径端高于所述喷雾工作腔体内的液面高度,所述箱体底端开设有与所述空气净化腔体的大径端相连通且用于安装所述空气净化器的空气净化器安装孔和与所述喷雾工作腔体相连通且用于安装所述喷雾器的喷雾器安装孔,所述盖体上设有与所述小径孔相配合的所述旋转式细雾喷嘴和与所述喷雾工作腔体相配合的注液口,所述旋转式细雾喷嘴包括旋拧接头、半球形喷雾腔体和喷雾管,所述旋拧接头可旋转的连接在所述盖体上,所述旋拧接头上对接设置有所述半球形喷雾腔体,所述半球形喷雾腔体的一侧倾斜设置有所述喷雾管,所述底座内部设置有电源盒、主控盒和与所述空气净化器相配合的进风腔体,所述底座的侧壁上开设有与所述进风腔体相连通的进风孔,所述空气净化器包括空气净化筒、引风扇、除臭滤网组件、紫外线LED灯源组件和不锈钢蚀刻孔隙板组,所述空气净化筒由上段的小径圆筒体、中段的过渡圆锥筒体和下段的大径圆筒体对接而成,所述小径圆筒体的内径小于所述大径圆筒体的内径,所述大径圆筒体内部设置有所述引风扇和所述除臭滤网组件,所述小径圆筒体内部设置有所述紫外线LED灯源组件和所述不锈钢蚀刻孔隙板组,所述不锈钢蚀刻孔隙板组由若干真空蒸镀有二氧化钛薄膜的不锈钢蚀刻孔隙板构成,所述不锈钢蚀刻孔隙板上设有贯通的不规则蚀刻孔隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的细雾化空气净化喷雾装置,其特征是:所述不锈钢蚀刻孔隙板的厚度为0.2mm至0.45mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的细雾化空气净化喷雾装置,其特征是:所述紫外线LED灯源组件包括灯座、紫外线LED灯和聚光罩,所述紫外线LED灯塑封在所述聚光罩内并安装在所述灯座上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的细雾化空气净化喷雾装置,其特征是:所述旋拧接头与所述盖体为螺纹连接结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的细雾化空气净化喷雾装置,其特征是:所述喷雾管与水平方向呈45度倾角和所述半球形喷雾腔体连通固定在一起。
6.根据权利要求1所述的细雾化空气净化喷雾装置,其特征是:所述电源盒内安装蓄电池、干电池或电源适配器。
7.根据权利要求1所述的细雾化空气净化喷雾装置,其特征是:所述除臭滤网组件包括滤网支撑框体及嵌装在所述滤网支撑框体内的多层滤网组件,所述多层滤网组件依次包括前置除尘过滤网、除臭过滤网、活性炭过滤网和静电除尘过滤网。
8.根据权利要求7所述的细雾化空气净化喷雾装置,其特征是:所述除臭过滤网为筛网目数不同的上下双层玻璃纤维滤网通过丙烯酸粘合剂粘接固定而成,所述除臭过滤网表面设有通过浸透硫酸铜固化液形成的固化层。
9.根据权利要求7所述的细雾化空气净化喷雾装置,其特征是:所述静电除尘过滤网为不锈钢材质,所述静电除尘过滤网表面设有石墨烯镀层。
