Abstract
本发明公开了一种水下分级快速输气系统,包括至少两个高压气瓶、充气导管、连通阀;所述高压气瓶之间固定连接;所述充气导管通过连通阀与高压气瓶连接。本发明提高了输气系统的工作压力,提高了输气速度,增大了贮气量以减轻装置体积和重量,并根据水深条件采用分级控制气瓶开启以调节输气量,保证了输气量与外界水压环境的匹配性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种水下输气系统,尤其涉及一种水下分级快速输气系统。
背景技术
水下输气系统是在水下工业装备中输送气体以产生浮力的装置,例如用于水下探测器和机器人紧急上浮。现有的水下输气系统根据工作原理可分为2种:一种是采用气瓶释放气体进行输气,但是由于材料和制造工艺限制,气瓶耐压一般小于20MPa,导致气瓶贮气量较小且重量、体积较大,而且只设置了1个气路开关,输气量无法根据水深进行调节,适用水深范围较小;另一种采用火药燃烧产生气体,只能产生恒定流量的气体,无法进行流量调节导致适用水深,并且需要专用的防潮密封和热防护装置,以防止火药受潮和火药燃烧破坏系统结构,增加了系统重量、工艺复杂性及成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种水下分级快速输气系统。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:一种水下分级快速输气系统,包括至少两个高压气瓶、充气导管、连通阀;所述充气导管通过连通阀与高压气瓶连接;所述连通阀包括电爆阀与手动阀;所述电爆阀与手动阀连接;所述充气导管与连通阀之间以及连通阀与高压气瓶之间均通过细导管连接。
进一步的,所述高压气瓶两端分别设置有底板与顶板,所述高压气瓶瓶体外侧设置有支架、支撑螺柱与螺钉;所述底板与支架通过支撑螺柱紧固连接,所述支架与顶板通过螺钉紧固连接,用于固定所述高压气瓶。
进一步的,所述手动阀为三通手动阀。
进一步的,所述顶板开有穿孔,所述高压气瓶通过穿孔与连通阀连接。
进一步的,所述细导管两端均设置有卡帽。
进一步的,所述充气导管连接有快速接头。
进一步的,所述高压气瓶数量为3个,按照“品”字形设置。
进一步的,所述高压气瓶材质为沉淀硬化钢。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明一种水下分级快速输气系统提高了输气系统的工作压力,提高了输气速度,增大了贮气量且减轻了装置体积和重量,并根据水深条件采用分级控制气瓶开启以调节输气量,保证了输气量与外界水压环境的匹配性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。如图1所示,一种水下分级快速输气系统,包括一个充气导管2、两个电爆阀9、两个三通手动阀10、三个高压气瓶1、底板4、顶板5、三个支撑螺柱7、三个螺钉8、七根两端压装有不锈钢卡帽13的细导管12、十二个不锈钢卡帽13、一个快速接头14。三个圆柱形高压气瓶1两两相邻安装在底板4和顶板5之间,三个孤形支架6安装在圆柱形高压气瓶瓶体外侧,底板4与支架6通过三个支撑螺柱7紧固连接,支架6与顶板5通过三个螺钉8紧固连接。
顶板5开有三个穿孔11,高压气瓶1的瓶口通过穿孔11接细导管,对高压气瓶1起到辅助固定的作用。细导管采用金属弯管,其两端均有一个卡帽。一个高压气瓶与第一细导管、第一三通手动阀、第二细导管、第一电爆阀、第三细导管、充气导管2依次连接;其余两个高压气瓶通过第四细导管或第五细导管与第二三通手动阀的两端连接,第二三通手动阀的第三端与第六细导管、第二电爆阀、第七细导管、充气导管2依次连接。一个快速接头14与充气导管2充气口连接。
电爆阀设置在三通手动阀充气前端,节约了一个电爆阀。三个高压气瓶出口分别由2个电爆阀控制开启,将高压气体充入到与快速接头联接的充气对象中,不仅节约了器件,减少了输气系统的质量和体积,同时根据水深条件采用分级控制气瓶开启以调节输气量,保证了输气量与外界水压环境的匹配性。
所述的高压气瓶材料采用高强度沉淀硬化钢,对其表面进行钝化处理以适应水下使用环境,能够提高其储存气体压力至55MPa。
在水下工作时,在较小水深环境下,只有第一电爆阀工作,打开与其联接的一个高压气瓶,将高压气体通过充气导管2充入与快速接头14连接的充气对象中;在中等水深环境下,只有第二电爆阀工作,打开与其联接的两个高压气瓶,将高压气体通过充气导管2充入与快速接头14连接的充气对象中;在较大水深环境下,两个电爆阀同时工作,打开三个高压气瓶,将高压气体通过充气导管2充入与快速接头连接的充气对象中。
本发明的技术方案不限于上述具体实施例的限制,凡是根据本发明的技术方案做出的技术变形,均落入本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (8)
1.一种水下分级快速输气系统,其特征在于,包括至少两个高压气瓶(1)、充气导管(2)、连通阀(3);所述充气导管(2)通过连通阀(3)与高压气瓶(1)连接;所述连通阀(3)包括电爆阀(9)与手动阀(10);所述电爆阀(9)与手动阀(10)连接;所述充气导管(2)与连通阀(3)之间以及连通阀(3)与高压气瓶(1)之间均通过细导管(12)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种水下分级快速输气系统,其特征在于,所述高压气瓶(1)两端分别设置有底板(4)与顶板(5),所述高压气瓶(1)瓶体外侧设置有支架(6)、支撑螺柱(7)与螺钉(8);所述底板(4)与支架(6)通过支撑螺柱(7)紧固连接,所述支架(6)与顶板(5)通过螺钉(8)紧固连接,用于固定所述高压气瓶(1)。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种水下分级快速输气系统,其特征在于,所述手动阀(10)为三通手动阀。
4.根据权利要求2所述一种水下分级快速输气系统,其特征在于,所述顶板(5)开有穿孔(11),所述高压气瓶(1)通过穿孔(11)与连通阀(3)连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种水下分级快速输气系统,其特征在于,所述细导管(12)两端均设置有卡帽(13)。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种水下分级快速输气系统,其特征在于,所述充气导管(2)连接有快速接头(14)。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种水下分级快速输气系统,其特征在于,所述高压气瓶(1)数量为3个,按照“品”字形设置。
8.根据权利要求1所述一种水下分级快速输气系统,其特征在于,所述高压气瓶(1)材质为沉淀硬化钢。
