一种轨道车辆变色车窗,包括由外面两层白玻璃和里面的灰玻璃及LOWE玻璃构成的窗扇,其特征在于:还包括电源和电压调节旋钮,灰玻璃和LOWE玻璃之间设有变色膜,变色膜连接电源控制盒的输出端,电源控制盒的输入端连接电源和电压调节旋钮。本发明通过在车窗的内侧两块玻璃中间增加变色膜,通过加减电压,改变变色膜两侧磁场强度,实现透光率在10%~28%间的变化,透光率可无极变速调节,也可分档均匀调节。本发明变色车窗的使用,使得乘客能够兼容遮阳的舒适性和观看车外风景的观光性,遮阳和观景一举两得。变色车窗应用在“复兴号”京张智能高铁项目上,效果很好,获得了用户的一致好评。

技术领域
本发明涉及轨道交通车辆的车窗,尤其是涉及一种变车车窗。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,人们对乘车的舒适性和观光性要求越来越高。传统地上轨道交通车辆使用的车窗通常采用遮光帘遮挡阳光。这就造成遮阳的舒适性和观看车外风景的观光性不能兼容,乘客对两种性能只能二选一。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种既可欣赏车外的风景又能遮阳的变色车窗,乘客根据需求选择调节不同的透光率,遮阳和观景一举两得。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明提供一种轨道车辆变色车窗,包括由外面两层白玻璃和里面的灰玻璃及LOWE玻璃构成的窗扇,其特征在于:还包括电源和电压调节旋钮,灰玻璃和LOWE玻璃之间设有变色膜,变色膜连接电源控制盒的输出端,电源控制盒的输入端连接电源和电压调节旋钮,车窗透光率为10%~28%。
所述的变色膜为具有调光功能的膜夹在两张透明导电的基板之间。
本发明通过在车窗的内侧两块玻璃中间增加变色膜,通过加减电压,改变变色膜两侧磁场强度,实现透光率在10%~28%间的变化,透光率可无极变速调节,也可分档均匀调节。本发明变色车窗的使用,使得乘客能够兼容遮阳的舒适性和观看车外风景的观光性,遮阳和观景一举两得。变色车窗应用在“复兴号”京张智能高铁项目上,效果很好,获得了用户的一致好评。

具体实施方式
参照图1、图2,本发明包括窗扇1、电源控制盒2、电压调节旋钮3、直流电源4,窗扇包括外面两层白玻璃104、105、里面的灰玻璃102及LOWE玻璃103,灰玻璃和LOWE玻璃之间设有变色膜101,变色膜101通过电缆与电源控制盒2输出端连接,电源控制盒2输入端与电压调节旋钮3连接,并外接110V直流电源4,通过旋转电压调节旋钮控制电源控制盒向变色膜的电压输出。通过调节电压实现透光率在10%~28%间变化,即不通电时,车窗透光率为10%;通电时,车窗透光率最大可调整到28%。
参照图3,通电前,膜中粒子无规则排列,车窗透光率为10%,当通电增加电压时,改变变色膜两侧磁场强度,膜中粒子都竖着平行排列,实现最大透光率。透光率可无极变速调节,也可分10档均匀调节。乘客可根据自己的需求随意调节电压进而调节透光率,实现遮阳和观景一举两得的目的。

1.一种轨道车辆变色车窗,包括由外面两层白玻璃和里面的灰玻璃及LOWE玻璃构成的窗扇,其特征在于:还包括电源和电压调节旋钮,灰玻璃和LOWE玻璃之间设有变色膜,变色膜连接电源控制盒的输出端,电源控制盒的输入端连接电源和电压调节旋钮,车窗透光率为10%~28%。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种轨道车辆变色车窗,其特征在于:所述的变色膜为具有调光功能的膜夹在两张透明导电的基板之间。
