The chromium plating solution has poor dispersion capability and low cathode current efficiency, so that a uniform and fine plating layer is difficult to obtain during chromium plating, particularly, the qualified plating layer is extremely difficult to obtain aiming at small-aperture chromium plating, and the plating layer quality can be influenced by the factors such as the conductivity of a chromium plating clamp and a part, the liquidity of the solution in the hole, the problem of exhaust in the hole, the problem of coaxiality of an auxiliary anode and the part and the like.
At present, the small-hole chromium plating needs a part fixing device and an auxiliary anode, but the clamping mode of a clamp, the auxiliary anode, a conductive system, an exhaust hole design and the like are different according to different part shapes and process requirements. In the processing process, the problems of inconvenient clamping, poor electric conduction, unsmooth exhaust, uneven plating and the like can be caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a small-hole chromium plating device, which realizes good electric conduction between a part and a clamp, smooth exhaust in a hole, coaxiality of an auxiliary anode and an inner hole of the part and improvement of uniformity of a chromium coating of the inner hole of the part, and particularly solves the following three problems:

(3) because the bore diameter of the inner bore of the part is different, the problem that the auxiliary anode is coaxial with the inner bore of the part is solved, the distance from the surface of the auxiliary anode to the surface of the inner bore of the part is equal, and the current density of the inner surface is ensured to be uniform. The part process requires inner hole chromium plating, and the plating thickness is 25 μm.

(5) the second screw can be used to adjust the position of the part relative to the electrode, ensuring the coaxiality and the distance between the electrode and the inner wall of the part.
