本发明公开了一种碳颗粒及其制备方法,所述碳颗粒包括以下重量份的组分:褐煤140‑180份、秸秆5‑10份、木屑5‑10份、药渣20‑30份、重油炸5‑10份和橡胶粉5‑10份。将所述秸秆、木屑和药渣放入破碎机中破碎,得到碎片混合物;将所得的碎片混合物加入水进行发酵,控制发酵时间,得到碱性发酵物;将得到的碱性发酵物加入褐煤、重油渣和橡胶粉进行搅拌混合,混合完毕后放入碳化颗粒机中成型,控制成型温度和成型压力,得到生物质碳颗粒。本发明提出的生物质碳颗粒包括褐煤、秸秆、木屑和药渣,充分利用自然资源、变废为宝,同时生物质碳颗粒中还可以加入重油渣和橡胶粉,充分缓解重油渣和橡胶粉带来的污染问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种碳颗粒及其制备方法。
背景技术
褐煤是一种煤化程度介于泥炭与沥青煤之间的棕黑色的低级煤。是泥炭经成岩作用形成的腐殖煤,煤化程度最低,呈褐色、黑褐色或黑色,一般暗淡或呈沥青光泽,不具粘结性。其物理、化学性质介于泥炭和烟煤之间。水分大、挥发分高、密度小,含有腐殖酸,氧含量常达15-30%,挥发分高15-30%、低位发热量一般只有11.71-16.73MJ/kg,易风华碎裂、易氧化自然。在目前全球能源日趋紧张的形势下,开发对褐煤利用成为当前能源领域的当务之急。
此外,我国是秸秆产生大国,每年都产生上亿吨的秸秆。目前国内秸秆总量中,直接作为生活燃料约占20%,用作肥料还田的约占15%,用作饲料的约占15%,作为工业原料约占2%,被废弃或直接燃烧的约占33%。直接废弃造成大量的资源浪费,直接燃烧会产生大量的粉尘,造成环境污染,因此有必要开发新的利用方式。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足之处,本发明提供一种碳颗粒及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种碳颗粒,所述碳颗粒包括以下重量份的组分:褐煤140-180份、秸秆5-10份、木屑5-10份、药渣20-30份、重油炸5-10份和橡胶粉5-10份。
进一步的,本发明还提供了一种碳颗粒的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将所述秸秆、木屑和药渣放入破碎机中破碎,得到碎片混合物;所述碎片混合物的尺寸≤5cm;
(2)将步骤(1)所得的碎片混合物加入水进行发酵,水用量为15-18份,控制发酵时间,发酵时间为7-9个月,得到碱性发酵物;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的碱性发酵物加入褐煤、重油渣和橡胶粉进行搅拌混合,混合完毕后放入碳化颗粒机中成型,控制成型温度和成型压力,得到生物质碳颗粒;成型温度为230-250℃,成型压力为3-5MPa。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提出的生物质碳颗粒包括褐煤、秸秆、木屑和药渣,充分利用自然资源、变废为宝,同时生物质碳颗粒中还可以加入重油渣和橡胶粉,充分缓解重油渣和橡胶粉带来的污染问题。本发明提出的生物质碳颗粒具有运输和储存的方便的特点,燃烧时具有发热量高和二氧化硫排放低的特点。

下面将结合具体实施例来详细说明本发明,在此本发明的示意性实施例以及说明用来解释本发明,但并不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例1
一种碳颗粒,所述碳颗粒包括以下重量份的组分:褐煤140份、秸秆5份、木屑5份、药渣20份、重油炸5份和橡胶粉5份。
进一步的,本发明还提供了一种碳颗粒的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将所述秸秆、木屑和药渣放入破碎机中破碎,得到碎片混合物;所述碎片混合物的尺寸≤5cm;
(2)将步骤(1)所得的碎片混合物加入水进行发酵,水用量为15份,控制发酵时间,发酵时间为7个月,得到碱性发酵物;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的碱性发酵物加入褐煤、重油渣和橡胶粉进行搅拌混合,混合完毕后放入碳化颗粒机中成型,控制成型温度和成型压力,得到生物质碳颗粒;成型温度为230℃,成型压力为3MPa。
实施例2
一种碳颗粒,所述碳颗粒包括以下重量份的组分:褐煤180份、秸秆10份、木屑10份、药渣30份、重油炸10份和橡胶粉10份。
进一步的,本发明还提供了一种碳颗粒的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将所述秸秆、木屑和药渣放入破碎机中破碎,得到碎片混合物;所述碎片混合物的尺寸≤5cm;
(2)将步骤(1)所得的碎片混合物加入水进行发酵,水用量为18份,控制发酵时间,发酵时间为9个月,得到碱性发酵物;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的碱性发酵物加入褐煤、重油渣和橡胶粉进行搅拌混合,混合完毕后放入碳化颗粒机中成型,控制成型温度和成型压力,得到生物质碳颗粒;成型温度为250℃,成型压力为5MPa。
实施例3
一种碳颗粒,所述碳颗粒包括以下重量份的组分:褐煤160份、秸秆8份、木屑8份、药渣25份、重油炸8份和橡胶粉8份。
进一步的,本发明还提供了一种碳颗粒的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将所述秸秆、木屑和药渣放入破碎机中破碎,得到碎片混合物;所述碎片混合物的尺寸≤5cm;
(2)将步骤(1)所得的碎片混合物加入水进行发酵,水用量为17份,控制发酵时间,发酵时间为8个月,得到碱性发酵物;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的碱性发酵物加入褐煤、重油渣和橡胶粉进行搅拌混合,混合完毕后放入碳化颗粒机中成型,控制成型温度和成型压力,得到生物质碳颗粒;成型温度为240℃,成型压力为4MPa。

1.一种碳颗粒,其特征在于,所述碳颗粒包括以下重量份的组分:褐煤140-180份、秸秆5-10份、木屑5-10份、药渣20-30份、重油炸5-10份和橡胶粉5-10份。
2.一种基于权利要求1的碳颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将所述秸秆、木屑和药渣放入破碎机中破碎,得到碎片混合物;所述碎片混合物的尺寸≤5cm;
(2)将步骤(1)所得的碎片混合物加入水进行发酵,水用量为15-18份,控制发酵时间,发酵时间为7-9个月,得到碱性发酵物;
(3)将步骤(2)得到的碱性发酵物加入褐煤、重油渣和橡胶粉进行搅拌混合,混合完毕后放入碳化颗粒机中成型,控制成型温度和成型压力,得到生物质碳颗粒;成型温度为230-250℃,成型压力为3-5MPa。
