本发明公开了一种外墙有机涂料,包括按重量份计的以下组分:环氧乳液30‑70份;丙烯酸乳液10‑35份;疏水性纤维5‑35份;亲水性纤维15‑40份;无机填料10‑30份;增稠剂1‑5份;分散剂0.5‑3份;成膜助剂0.1‑1份;水40‑80份;该有机涂料针对干燥、炎热的环境,隔热散热效果好,有利于维持室内的温度稳定。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种外墙有机涂料,属于涂料技术领域。
背景技术
受区域气候的影响,光照时间长、高温或低温的条件下,经常需要对建筑物进行墙体隔热保温的处理,以减少建筑物墙体受温度影响而加快老化。这种处理通常是在建筑物胶接保温板或隔热板,然而常规的外墙保温材料,还需要一定和厚度才能达到绝热值得要求,如果厚度太大,容易破坏建筑物整体的美观度,而且增加了施工量。外墙涂料指涂布于室外墙体表面在一定的条件下能形成薄膜而起保护、装饰或其他特殊功能(绝缘、防锈、防霉、耐热等)的一类液体或固体材料。作为涂料的一种理想性能,不仅要保护和美化基材,而且给予基材本身无法具有的特殊功能。因此,有必要提高涂料对于墙体的保护性能,若外墙涂料也能达到类似隔板的作用,则可以大大减低墙体施工的工作量。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种外墙有机涂料,该有机涂料针对干燥、炎热的环境,隔热散热效果好,有利于维持室内的温度稳定。
实现本发明的目的可以通过采取如下技术方案达到:一种外墙有机涂料,包括按重量份计的以下组分:

进一步地,疏水性纤维为氯纶、腈纶和丙纶中的至少一种。
进一步地,疏水性纤维为氯纶和腈纶,氯纶和腈纶的质量之比为(2-5):1。
进一步地,疏水性纤维的长度为2-8mm。
进一步地,亲水性纤维为棉纤维和粘胶纤维中的至少一种。

本发明的配方设计原理如下:
本发明配方中,以亲水性纤维和疏水性纤维复配,亲水性纤维通过表面能效应吸附水分子,同时通过毛细管效应吸附和传递水分,湿气散发时可带走墙体热量,快速散热,并且亲水性纤维具备离子交换能力,可用于空气净化;此外,亲水性纤维的毛细管效应有利于与墙体之间的吸附,提高涂料对墙体的粘结度,墙体不容易脱落。疏水性纤维多为合成纤维,疏水耐碱,具有较高的强度和弹性模量,在墙体表面成膜能够对墙体起到耐腐蚀的作用,并且疏水性纤维提高有机涂料的干燥速度,提高涂料的散湿透气效率,提高墙体的光泽度。
但是,疏水纤维由于其疏水特性,容易团聚,分散性不好,并且粘度低,本发明以亲水性纤维和疏水性纤维复配使用,疏水性纤维容易带电子而产生静电作用,与亲水性纤维吸引,环氧乳液和丙烯酸乳液不导电,其涂料环境可以维持亲水性纤维和疏水性纤维之间的静电作用,亲水性纤维的亲水作用,增加有机涂料的粘度,因此亲水性纤维和疏水性纤维在有机涂料的密度条件下,交错均匀分布,形成互补。涂料中树脂的浓度也有利于维持纤维的分散性。
因此,本发明有机涂料中的疏水性纤维和亲水性纤维呈相互交错均匀分散于涂料中。而环氧乳液和丙烯酸乳液可以填补纤维之间的空隙,克服了疏水性纤维粘度不足的问题,以增稠剂和成膜助剂的辅助下,调节了有机涂料干燥时间,涂料成膜时,树脂与纤维延展性好、纤维均匀度分布、与墙体贴合度高,不会因干燥太快而裂开。
相比现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明外墙有机涂料以亲水性纤维和疏水性纤维复配,亲水性纤维具有吸附湿气水气的作用,湿气散发时可带走墙体热量,快速散热,维持室内温度;疏水性纤维提高涂料的散湿透气效率,提高墙体的光泽度,是一种具有调温性能的有机涂料。
具体实施方式
下面,结合具体实施方式,对本发明做进一步描述:
一种外墙有机涂料,包括按重量份计的以下组分:

疏水性纤维为氯纶和腈纶,氯纶和腈纶的质量之比为(2-5):1;疏水性纤维的长度为2-8mm;
亲水性纤维为棉纤维和粘胶纤维中的一种;亲水性纤维的长度为0.5-4mm。
疏水性纤维以氯纶和腈纶复配使用,比单独使用氯纶和腈纶的分散性更好,氯纶和腈纶与棉纤维或粘胶纤维的相对介电系数Er差距较大,因此亲疏水纤维能稳定交错分布,而亲水性纤维的棉纤维和粘胶纤维效果相当,因此选择使用一种即可。
疏水性纤维的韧性比亲水性纤维好,疏水性纤维的长度和亲水性纤维的长度组合,更优选为疏水性纤维的长度大于亲水性纤维的长度,有利于疏水性纤维与亲水性纤维的联结,短亲水性纤维点状分布于长疏水性纤维网络之间,长疏水性纤维和短亲水性纤维之间有更稳定的静电作用而稳定分布。
亲水性纤维吸水膨胀,具有增稠的作用,可以减少增稠剂的用量。
无机填料为SiO2
增稠剂为膨润土。
分散剂为乙二醇丙醚。
成膜助剂为醇酯十二。
实施例1-5:
一种外墙有机涂料,包括按表格1中重量份计的以下组分:

将以上组分原料常温下混合,并分散均匀,得到外墙有机涂料。
按照GB/T 9755-2014合成树脂乳液外墙涂料国家标准中的面漆标准对实施例1-5进行检测,结果如表格2所示:

将实施例1-5分别涂抹于建筑物的外墙,常规干燥养护后,在白天平均气温为33℃的环境下进行检测,早上9-12点东面墙有日光照射,试验时关闭建筑物窗户,每小时检测室内外温度(℃),如表格3所示:

从表格3可以得知,涂抹本发明的外墙有机涂料后,有利于维持室内温度,当室外温度较高时,室内温度仍能保持不超过3℃的温度差。

1.一种外墙有机涂料,其特征在于,包括按重量份计的以下组分:
环氧乳液 30-70份;
丙烯酸乳液 10-35份;
疏水性纤维 5-35份;
亲水性纤维 15-40份;
无机填料 10-30份;
增稠剂 1-5份;
分散剂 0.5-3份;
成膜助剂 0.1-1份;
水 40-80份;
所述疏水性纤维为氯纶和腈纶;
所述氯纶和腈纶的质量之比为2-5:1;
所述亲水性纤维为棉纤维和粘胶纤维中的至少一种。
2.如权利要求1所述的外墙有机涂料,其特征在于,包括按重量份计的以下组分:
环氧乳液 35-60份;
丙烯酸乳液 15-30份;
疏水性纤维 10-25份;
亲水性纤维 20-35份;
无机填料 15-25份;
增稠剂 2-4份;
分散剂 1-2份;
成膜助剂 0.3-0.8份;
水 50-70份。
3.如权利要求1所述的外墙有机涂料,其特征在于,包括按重量份计的以下组分:
环氧乳液 50份;
丙烯酸乳液 20份;
疏水性纤维 15份;
亲水性纤维 30份;
无机填料 20份;
增稠剂 3份;
分散剂 1.5份;
成膜助剂 0.5份;
水 60份。
4.如权利要求1所述的外墙有机涂料,其特征在于,所述疏水性纤维的长度为2-8mm。
5.如权利要求1所述的外墙有机涂料,其特征在于,所述亲水性纤维的长度为0.5-4mm。
6.如权利要求1所述的外墙有机涂料,其特征在于,所述无机填料为SiO2和CaCO3中的至少一种。
7.如权利要求1所述的外墙有机涂料,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为膨润土。
