the base layer sound absorption material is prepared by stirring and mixing 20 mass percent of base layer cement, 74 mass percent of base layer aggregate, 1.5 mass percent of reinforcing agent, 0.4 mass percent of additive, 0.2 mass percent of pour point regulator and 3.9 mass percent of water; the surface layer sound absorption material is prepared by stirring and mixing 25 mass percent of surface layer cement, 68 mass percent of surface layer aggregate, 2 mass percent of reinforcing agent, 0.4 mass percent of additive, 0.2 mass percent of setting regulator, 0.03 mass percent of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether and 4.37 mass percent of water;
the basic cement is ordinary portland cement, and the basic aggregate is quartz sand with the particle size of 0.8 mm; the surface cement is white portland cement with the strength of 52.5 grade, and the surface aggregate particles are colored quartz sand with the particle size of 0.3 mm; the reinforcing agent is prepared by stirring and mixing silica fume and redispersible latex powder, wherein the mass ratio of the silica fume is 92%, the mass ratio of the redispersible latex powder is 8%, the admixture adopts a polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducing agent with the water reducing rate of 30%, and the coagulation regulator adopts calcium carbonate.

Table 1 shows the results of the performance tests of the sound-absorbing material and the fiber board sprayed in examples 1 to 6, which were performed on the aspects of sound absorption coefficient, sound insulation amount, adhesive strength, formaldehyde emission amount, combustion performance, slag ball content, and the like. The test result shows that the sound absorption coefficient, the sound insulation effect and the bonding strength of the spray sound absorption material are all better than those of a spray fiberboard, and the formaldehyde emission is zero, which indicates that the spray sound absorption material is environment-friendly, has no harm to human bodies, and has no slag ball content. From the above test results, it can be seen that the present invention solves the technical problems and achieves advantageous effects.
Claims (7)
1. A spraying sound absorption material is characterized by comprising a base layer sound absorption material, a surface layer sound absorption material and a sealing agent; the mass ratio of the base layer sound-absorbing material to the surface layer sound-absorbing material is 1-3: 1, and the sealing agent is 20-25 kg/m2(ii) a Base layer sound-absorbing material and surface layer sound-absorbing materialInorganic fiber mesh cloth is arranged between the materials;
the base layer sound absorption material is prepared from raw materials of base cement, base aggregate, reinforcing agent, additive, coagulation regulator and water; the base layer sound absorption material comprises, by mass, 20-25% of base layer cement, 70-75% of base layer aggregate, 1.0-2.0% of reinforcing agent, 0.3-0.5% of additive, 0.1-0.2% of coagulation regulator and 3.5-4.5% of water; the surface layer sound absorption material is prepared from raw materials of surface layer cement, surface layer aggregate, a reinforcing agent, an additive, a coagulation regulator, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether and water; the sealant is styrene-acrylic emulsion; the mass ratio of the surface layer sound absorption material to the raw materials is 24-28% of surface layer cement, 65-70% of surface layer aggregate, 1.5-2.0% of reinforcing agent, 0.3-0.5% of additive, 0.1-0.2% of coagulation regulator, 0.02-0.03% of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether and 4.0-5.0% of water;
the base cement is Portland cement or ordinary Portland cement, and the base aggregate is quartz sand; the surface cement is white portland cement, and the surface aggregate particles are colored quartz sand; the reinforcing agent is prepared from silica fume and redispersible latex powder, the additive is a polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducing agent, and the coagulation regulator is calcium formate or lithium carbonate.
2. The spray sound absorption material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the strength grade of the portland cement is greater than or equal to 52.5.
3. The spray sound absorption material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the particle size of the quartz sand in the base aggregate is 0.5-1.0 mm.
4. The spray sound absorption material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of each component in the reinforcing agent is: 90-95% of silica fume and 5-10% of redispersible latex powder.
5. The spray coating sound absorption material of claim 1, wherein the water reducing rate of the polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducing agent is not less than 30%.
6. A spray coated sound absorbing material according to claim 1, wherein the white portland cement has a strength grade >42.5 grade.
7. The spray sound absorption material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the grain size of the colored quartz sand is 0.2-0.5 mm.
