In addition, the visitor communication unit also sends the content to be displayed to the visitor display control unit, and receives the relevant communication content from the resident and/or the authority management center, such as the notification information sent by the resident and/or the authority management center to the visitor.
In this embodiment, the visitor application information auditing unit of the resident side and the resident side visitor application information generating unit are application programs (apps) installed in the resident mobile phone, and the apps can simultaneously realize two functions of auditing visitor application information and generating resident side visitor application information, namely, functionally, two units, and physically, the same App. The household communication unit receives the visitor application information sent by the visitor communication unit and sends the visitor application information to the visitor application information auditing unit, and also receives the household visitor application information sent by the household visitor application information generating unit and sends the household visitor application information to the authority management center, or also receives the relevant information sent by the authority management center and the auditing result sent by the visitor application information auditing unit, and sends the content to be displayed and the like to the household display control unit. The visitor application information auditing unit audits visitor application information from the household terminal communication unit, if the visitor application information is approved, the visitor application information is sent to the household terminal visitor application information generating unit, and if the visitor application information is not approved, notification information is generated and sent to the visitor terminal through the household terminal communication unit. The resident visitor application information generating unit generates the resident visitor application information which is sent to the authority management center through the resident communication unit according to the checked visitor application information, the resident characteristic information (in the embodiment, the mobile phone number of the resident) and the relevant information (such as the visiting time interval, the repetition times and the like of the visitor) input by the resident through the resident information input unit (namely, the virtual input keyboard in the mobile phone touch screen of the resident) according to a specific format and requirements.
And the authority management center communication unit receives the household visitor application information from the household communication unit and sends the household visitor application information to the visitor authority auditing unit, and in addition, the authority management center communication unit also sends the auditing result from the visitor authority auditing unit to the household and/or the visitor in a notification information mode. The visitor permission auditing unit analyzes the resident visitor application information from the permission management center communication unit to respectively obtain resident characteristic information (namely the mobile phone number of the resident in the embodiment) and visitor characteristic information (namely the mobile phone number of the visitor in the embodiment) and corresponding permissions applied by the resident characteristic information and the visitor characteristic information. The visitor authority auditing unit further determines the authority range of the resident according to the mobile phone number of the resident by utilizing the resident authority information from the resident authority management storage unit, judges whether the applied visitor authority exceeds the visitor authority range corresponding to the resident authority range according to the resident authority range, if so, sends the visitor authority range to the resident end and/or the visitor end in a notification information mode through the authority management center communication unit, the resident end judges whether the visitor application information of the resident end needs to be modified after receiving the notification information and further determines whether the visitor end is notified, and if the visitor end receives the notification information, the visitor end determines whether the application information content needs to be modified; if the visitor permission does not exceed the authority limit, the visitor and the authority limit thereof are registered and stored in the visitor authority limit management storage unit through verification according to the applied visitor authority limit.
When the visitor carries the visitor characteristic information to the visitor characteristic information acquisition unit, the visitor characteristic information acquisition unit reads the visitor characteristic information and transmits the visitor characteristic information to the visitor permission auditing unit of the permission management center. In this embodiment, the visitor carries the visitor's mobile phone, and its mobile phone number is taken by the visitor naturally, and visitor's characteristic information acquisition unit can be physical keyboard, voice input equipment or scanning device etc. that can input visitor's mobile phone number, and here assumes to be the scanner, and the mode that the mobile phone carried the mobile phone number can be visitor's end self, and here promptly visitor's mobile phone (utilize the mobile phone screen to show and give the scanner for its scanning during scanning), also can be the paper etc. that have visitor's mobile phone number that the visitor prepared in advance. After the visitor permission auditing unit obtains the visitor characteristic information (namely the visitor mobile phone number in the embodiment) from the visitor characteristic information acquisition unit, whether the mobile phone number is registered in the visitor permission management storage unit is determined according to the visitor mobile phone number, if so, the corresponding permission is further determined, and an elevator is started to provide corresponding service for passengers, otherwise, warning information is provided for the visitor in a proper form. In addition, when the visitor permission auditing unit determines the identity of the visitor (namely, determines that the mobile phone number of the visitor is registered in the visitor permission management storage unit) and provides corresponding service for the visitor, or when the elevator carrying the visitor approaches or arrives at the floor of the resident, the permission management center can further inform the arrival situation of the visitor through the resident.
As shown in fig. 2, the method for managing visitor permission by using the elevator visitor permission management system of the invention comprises the following steps:
s1, the visitor terminal generates and submits visitor application information to the resident terminal;
s2, the resident and/or the resident checks the visitor application information, if the information passes the check, the step S3 is executed, otherwise, the notification information is generated and sent to the visitor, and the step S1 is executed;
s3, the householder generates and submits the householder visitor application information to the authority management center;
s4, the right management center audits the visitor application information of the resident terminal, if the visitor application information passes the audit, the step is S5, otherwise, notification information is generated and sent to the resident terminal, and the step is S2;
s5, updating the related visitor permission information by the permission management center;
s6, the visitor characteristic information is acquired by a visitor characteristic information acquisition unit;
s7; checking the identity information of the visitor by the authority management center, if the identity information passes the checking, turning to S8, otherwise, generating prompt information and informing the prompt information to the visitor;
and S8, providing elevator service with corresponding authority to the visitor, or simultaneously sending notification information to the resident side.
It should be noted that, in step S4, when the audit is not passed, the relevant notification information may be sent to the guest side in addition to the resident side, and the notification information of the resident side and the guest side may be the same or different.

In the two visitor permission management methods, after the visitor permission auditing unit audits and passes the resident-side visitor application information, whether the visitor is the resident of the community together with the resident and whether the visitor is in the residence of the visitor and needs to go out immediately is further confirmed according to the visitor characteristic information and the resident permission management storage unit, if so, the following steps are executed:
a. allocating an elevator of a building where the visitor is located to a floor where the visitor is located, allowing the visitor to take the elevator and starting to go to a resident;
b. determining the distance between the building where the visitor is located and the building where the resident is located according to the visitor characteristic information and the resident characteristic information, and estimating the time taken for the visitor to reach the building where the resident is located;
c. and allocating the elevator of the building where the resident is located to enable the resident to wait in the elevator hall when the visitor arrives.

the visitor authority auditing unit analyzes the visitor application information of the resident side to respectively obtain resident characteristic information and visitor characteristic information, determines the authority range of the resident according to the resident characteristic information by utilizing the resident authority information from the resident authority management storage unit, judges whether the visitor authority applied exceeds the visitor authority range corresponding to the resident authority range according to the resident authority range, if so, sends the visitor authority range to the resident side and/or the visitor side in a notification information mode through the authority management center communication unit, the resident side judges whether the visitor application information of the resident side needs to be modified or not after receiving the notification information and further determines whether the visitor side is notified or not, and if the visitor side receives the notification information, the visitor side determines whether the application information content needs to be modified or not according to the requirements; if the visitor permission does not exceed the authority limit, the visitor and the authority limit thereof are registered and stored in the visitor authority limit management storage unit through verification according to the applied visitor authority limit.
2. An elevator visitor rights management system according to claim 1, characterized in that the visitor terminal comprises the following elements:
the visitor characteristic information generating unit generates and outputs visitor characteristic information;
the visitor information input unit is used for a visitor to input visitor information to the visitor;
the visitor terminal visitor application information generating unit is used for generating and outputting visitor terminal visitor application information according to the visitor characteristic information and the visitor information input by the visitor terminal information input unit;
the visitor communication unit is used for sending the visitor application information output by the visitor application information generation unit to the resident terminal or receiving the notification information from the resident terminal;
a visitor display unit for displaying at least one of the visitor characteristic information, the visitor information input by a visitor through a visitor information input unit, and the notification information received by the visitor communication unit;
and the visitor terminal display control unit is used for controlling the display content on the visitor terminal display unit.
3. The elevator guest authority management system according to claim 1, wherein the guest terminal further comprises the following units:
the resident side display unit is used for displaying at least one of visitor application information, resident characteristic information, relevant information input by a resident through the resident side information input unit and notification information received by the resident side communication unit from the resident side communication unit;
and the resident side display control unit is used for controlling the display content on the resident side display unit.

The elevator visitor permission management system according to claim 1, wherein the visitor terminal and the resident terminal are both mobile phones, and the visitor characteristic information and the resident characteristic information are any one of mobile phone numbers, bar codes, two-dimensional codes and serial numbers.

The elevator visitor permission management system according to claim 1, wherein when the visitor characteristic information collection unit collects visitor characteristic information through the visitor terminal, the visitor terminal is a mobile phone or any other object which is movable and can be used for the visitor characteristic information collection unit to collect visitor characteristic information.
6. Elevator visitor rights management system according to claim 1, characterized in that the visitor characteristic information is a recognizable biometric information of the visitor.

The elevator visitor permission management system according to claim 6, wherein when the visitor characteristic information collection unit collects visitor characteristic information through the visitor terminal, the visitor terminal is the visitor itself or any other object which has visitor biometric information and is movable and available for the visitor characteristic information collection unit to collect visitor characteristic information.
8. An elevator visitor authority management method based on the elevator visitor authority management system according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the steps of:
s1, the visitor terminal generates and submits visitor application information to the resident terminal;
s2, the resident and/or the resident checks the visitor application information, if the information passes the check, the step S3 is carried out, otherwise, the notification information is generated and sent to the visitor, and the step S1 is carried out;
s3, the householder generates and submits the householder visitor application information to the authority management center;
s4, the authority management center audits the visitor application information of the resident terminal, if the visitor application information passes the audit, the step S5 is carried out, otherwise, the notification information is generated and sent to the resident terminal, and the step S2 is carried out;
s5, updating the related visitor permission information by the permission management center;
s6, the visitor characteristic information is acquired by a visitor characteristic information acquisition unit;
s7, verifying the identity information of the visitor by the authority management center, if the identity information passes the verification, turning to the step S8, otherwise generating prompt information and informing the prompt information to the visitor;

The elevator visitor permission management method according to claim 12, wherein after the visitor permission auditing unit audits that the resident-side visitor application information is passed in step S4-4, it is further confirmed whether the visitor is a resident of the same cell as the resident and whether the visitor is in the residence and is about to go out immediately according to the visitor characteristic information and the resident permission management storage unit, and if so, the following steps are performed:
a. allocating an elevator of a building where the visitor is located to a floor where the visitor is located, allowing the visitor to take the elevator and starting to go to a resident;
b. determining the distance between the building where the visitor is located and the building where the resident is located according to the visitor characteristic information and the resident characteristic information, and estimating the time taken for the visitor to reach the building where the resident is located;
c. and allocating the elevator of the building where the resident is located to enable the resident to wait in the elevator hall when the visitor arrives.

The elevator visitor permission management method according to claim 8, wherein the permission management center further notifies the visitor of the arrival situation through the resident when the visitor permission auditing unit determines the identity of the visitor and provides the visitor with elevator service of corresponding permission or when the elevator carrying the visitor approaches or arrives at the floor of the resident in step S8.

the visitor terminal is used for submitting visitor characteristic information to the visitor characteristic information acquisition unit by a visitor;

the visitor authority auditing unit analyzes the visitor application information of the resident side to obtain resident characteristic information, determines the authority range of a resident according to the resident characteristic information by utilizing the resident authority information from the resident authority management storage unit, judges whether the applied visitor authority exceeds the visitor authority range corresponding to the resident authority range or not according to the resident authority range, if so, sends the visitor authority range to the resident side and/or the visitor side in a notification information mode through the authority management center communication unit, the resident side judges whether the visitor application information of the resident side needs to be modified or not after receiving the notification information and further determines whether the visitor side is notified or not, and if the visitor side receives the notification information, the visitor side determines whether the application information content needs to be modified or not according to the requirements; if the visitor permission does not exceed the authority limit, the visitor and the authority limit thereof are registered and stored in the visitor authority limit management storage unit through verification according to the applied visitor authority limit.
16. The elevator guest authority management system of claim 15, wherein the guest terminal further comprises:
the household terminal display unit is used for displaying at least one of the characteristic information of the household, the related information input by the household through the household terminal information input unit and the notification information received by the household terminal communication unit;
and the resident side display control unit is used for controlling the display content on the resident side display unit.

The elevator visitor permission management system according to claim 15, wherein the visitor terminal and the resident terminal are both mobile phones, and the visitor characteristic information and the resident characteristic information are any one of mobile phone numbers, bar codes, two-dimensional codes and serial numbers.

The elevator visitor permission management system of claim 15, wherein when the visitor feature information collection unit collects visitor feature information through the visitor terminal, the visitor terminal is a mobile phone or any other object that is movable with visitor feature information and that allows the visitor feature information collection unit to collect visitor feature information.
19. An elevator visitor rights management system according to claim 15, characterized in that the visitor characteristic information is a recognizable biometric information of the visitor.

The elevator visitor permission management system of claim 19, wherein when the visitor characteristic information collection unit collects visitor characteristic information through the visitor terminal, the visitor terminal is the visitor itself or any other object that is movable with visitor biometric information and that is available for the visitor characteristic information collection unit to collect visitor characteristic information.
21. An elevator visitor permission management method based on the elevator visitor permission management system according to claim 15, characterized by comprising the steps of:
s1, the householder generates and submits the householder visitor application information to the authority management center;
s2, the authority management center audits the visitor application information of the resident terminal, if the visitor application information passes the audit, the step S3 is carried out, otherwise, the notification information is generated and sent to the resident terminal, and the step S1 is carried out;
s3, updating the related visitor permission information by the permission management center;
s4, the visitor characteristic information acquisition unit acquires visitor characteristic information and submits the visitor characteristic information to the authority management center;
s5, the visitor identity information is checked by the authority management center, if the visitor identity information passes the checking and transferring step S6, a prompt message is generated and sent to the user side, and the step S1 is transferred;

and S1-3, the communication unit of the householder sends the visitor application information of the householder to the authority management center.
23. The elevator visitor rights management method according to claim 21, wherein the step S2 further comprises the sub-steps of:
s2-1, the authority management center communication unit receives the resident visitor application information from the resident and outputs the information to the visitor authority auditing unit;
s2-2, the visitor permission auditing unit analyzes the visitor application information of the household terminal;
s2-3, the visitor authority auditing unit determines the visitor authority range corresponding to the resident characteristic information in the resident authority management storage unit according to the analyzed resident characteristic information;
s2-4, the visitor permission auditing unit audits the visitor application information obtained in the step S2-1, and audits whether the visitor application information exceeds the visitor permission range determined in the step S2-3, if the visitor application information passes the audit, the step S3 is executed, and if the visitor application information does not pass the audit, the step S1 is executed.

The elevator visitor permission management method according to claim 23, wherein after the visitor permission auditing unit audits that the resident-side visitor application information is passed in step S2-4, it is further confirmed whether the visitor is the resident of the same cell as the resident and whether the visitor is in the residence and is going to go out immediately according to the visitor feature information and the resident permission management storage unit, if so, the following steps are performed:
a. allocating an elevator of a building where the visitor is located to a floor where the visitor is located, allowing the visitor to take the elevator and starting to go to a resident;
b. determining the distance between the building where the visitor is located and the building where the resident is located according to the visitor characteristic information and the resident characteristic information, and estimating the time taken for the visitor to reach the building where the resident is located;
c. and allocating the elevator of the building where the resident is located to enable the resident to wait in the elevator hall when the visitor arrives.

The elevator visitor permission management method according to claim 21, wherein the permission management center further notifies the visitor of the arrival situation through the resident terminal when the visitor permission auditing unit determines the identity of the visitor and provides the visitor with elevator service of corresponding permission or when the elevator carrying the visitor approaches or arrives at the floor of the resident in step S6.
