Background

The bracket 10 is provided with a slide rail 11. The number of lift drives 20 is two, and each lift drive 20 is a cylinder. The receiving assembly 30 includes a receiving opening 31 and a retractable receiving tube 32. The cross section of the receiving opening 31 is funnel-shaped, and the telescopic receiving tube 32 is fixed at the narrow part of the receiving opening 31 and is communicated with the receiving opening 31.
The jacking driving member 40 and the horizontal pushing driving member 60 are air cylinders. The top cover 50 has a fan shape.
When the fixed-point automatic receiving device in automatic material batching based on RGV technology is assembled, two lifting driving pieces 20 are respectively fixed on the bracket 10, and the receiving assembly 30 is arranged on the two lifting driving pieces 20. The two lifting driving members 20 are respectively positioned at two opposite sides of the receiving assembly 30. The jacking driving member 40 is fixed to the bracket 10 and located below the top cover 50. The flat push driving member 60 is fixed to the bracket 10. When the fixed-point automatic receiving device in automatic material batching based on RGV technology is used, an RGV trolley automatically walks to a discharging point, the jacking driving piece 40 jacks up the top cover 50, the flat pushing driving piece 60 pushes the top cover 50 to enable the top cover 50 to move along the sliding rail 11 of the bracket 10, the top cover 50 is separated from the receiving opening 31, and the lifting driving piece 20 lifts the receiving assembly 30 to enable the receiving opening 31 of the receiving assembly 30 to be in butt joint with the discharging opening 200 of the RGV trolley. The telescopic receiving tube 32 of the receiving assembly 30 communicates with the downstream apparatus 300. RGV dolly begins to unload, and after unloading is accomplished, self-closing RGV dolly discharge opening 200, lifting drive spare 20 will connect material subassembly 30 to put down, and flat push drive spare 60 promotes top cap 50 and contracts, and jacking drive spare 40 makes top cap 50 reset, makes the material receiving mouth 31 covered, realizes automatic closing cap, uncovers the lid, prevents revealing, prevents material secondary pollution.
