Abstract
The invention discloses an automatic production line batching metering device based on RGV technology, which comprises an RGV trolley, a metering structure, an automatic material receiving structure and a control unit, wherein the metering structure comprises a weighing sensor and a bin assembly, the weighing sensor is fixed on the RGV trolley, the bin assembly is fixed on the weighing sensor, the automatic material receiving structure is positioned between a discharging point and the bin assembly, the control unit is in wireless connection with the RGV trolley and the weighing sensor, the control unit controls the RGV trolley to move to the discharging point, the automatic material receiving structure conveys materials at the discharging point to the bin assembly, the weighing sensor meters, and the next batching or discharging is carried out after the amount of the materials reaches a preset value.

Technical Field
The invention relates to an RGV trolley, in particular to an automatic production line batching metering device based on RGV technology.
Background
The mobile metering device based on RGV (rail guided vehicle) mode is widely applied to industries such as new energy, chemical industry, rubber, plastics and the like. At present, in a large environment requiring improvement of efficiency and reduction of labor cost, the automation degree of a factory production line is required to be improved. Some materials have high requirements in the conveying process, such as disallowing layering, disallowing crushing, disallowing friction with metal and the like, and the conventional conveying equipment cannot meet the requirements; or the product formula needs to be diversified, the traditional batching system has poor flexibility and variability, and the requirement of diversification cannot be met. Typically RGV devices are used for packaged materials handling. The bulk materials are automatically metered, automatically received and discharged in the process of carrying, and the bulk materials are organically fused in an automatic production line system.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide an automatic production line batching metering device based on RGV technology, which can automatically receive materials/discharge materials and is provided with an accurate metering device so as to meet diversified batching requirements.

Further, the automatic production line batching metering device based on RGV technology further comprises a fixing frame, wherein the fixing frame is fixed on the RGV trolley, and the weighing sensor is fixed on the fixing frame.
Compared with the prior art, the automatic production line batching metering device control unit based on RGV technology controls the RGV trolley to move to the unloading point, the automatic material receiving structure conveys materials at the unloading point to the bin assembly, the weighing sensor measures, and next batching or unloading is carried out after the quantity of the materials reaches a preset value.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the automatic production line batching and metering device based on the RGV technology of the present invention includes an RGV trolley 10, a fixing frame 20, a metering structure 30, an automatic receiving structure 40 and a control unit.
The RGV trolley 10 is provided with a discharge opening 11 and is in wireless connection with the control unit through a wireless data transmission device, so that the control unit can control the RGV trolley 10 to automatically run to a specified position along a track or a specified path to receive materials and meter the materials.
The metering structure 30 includes a load cell 31, a bin assembly 32, and a top cover 33. The cartridge assembly 32 includes a feed tube 320, a cartridge body 321, an activation hopper 322, and an electrically operated outlet valve 323. The feed pipe 320 is fixed to the bin body 321 and communicates with the inside of the bin body 321, and a feed port is formed at an end of the feed pipe 320. The bin body 321 is fixedly mounted to the load cell 31. The activation hopper 322 is fixedly installed at the bottom of the bin body 321 and communicates with the inside of the bin body 321. The activation hopper 322 can vibrate to prevent blockage of material within the activation hopper 322 from being discharged. The electric outlet valve 323 is positioned at the bottom of the activation hopper 322, when the activation hopper 322 discharges, the electric outlet valve 323 is opened, and when the activation hopper 322 does not discharge, the electric outlet valve 323 is closed to prevent the leakage of materials.
The automatic receiving structure 40 comprises an automatic receiving main body 41, a lifting driving piece 42, a receiving pipe 43, a jacking driving piece 44 and a horizontal pushing driving piece 45. The automatic receiving body 41 is provided with a slide rail 410. The lift drive 44 is slidably mounted to the slide rail 410. The horizontal pushing driving member 45 is fixedly mounted on the automatic receiving main body 41 and fixedly connected with the jacking driving member 44. The lifting driving member 42 and the receiving pipe 43 are fixedly installed on the automatic receiving body 41, and the lifting driving member 42 is connected with the receiving pipe 43. The receiving tube 43 is a telescopic tube body. In the present embodiment, the lift driving member 42, the lift driving member 44, and the push-down driving member 45 are air cylinders.
When the automatic production line batching metering device based on RGV technology is assembled, the fixing frame 20 is fixed on the RGV trolley 10, and the weighing sensor 31 is fixed on the fixing frame 20. The activation hopper 322 communicates with the discharge opening 11 of the RGV trolley 10, and the electric outlet valve 323 is located between the activation hopper 322 and the discharge opening 11.
When the automatic production line batching metering device based on RGV technology is used, the automatic material receiving structure 40 is positioned at a material discharging point, the RGV trolley 10 drives the metering structure 30 to automatically travel to the material discharging point needing material receiving along a specified path according to instructions of the control unit, at the moment, the jacking driving piece 44 jacks up the top cover 33, the flat pushing driving piece 45 pushes the jacking driving piece 44 and the top cover 33 to move along the sliding rail 410, so that the top cover 33 is separated from the material inlet, and at the moment, the material inlet is communicated with the material receiving pipe 43. Lifting drive piece 42 promotes receiving pipe 43, make receiving pipe 43 and the pan feeding mouth butt joint of discharge point, the material of discharge point gets into feed bin subassembly 32, weighing sensor 31 measures the weight of material, and feed back weight information to the control unit, the control unit detects the volume of entering material, after the volume of entering material reaches the default, the pan feeding mouth is closed, lifting drive piece 42 puts down receiving pipe 43, flat push drive piece 45 promotes lifting drive piece 44 and top cap 33 and moves back to the normal position along slide rail 410, lifting drive piece 44 makes top cap 33 and feed inlet closure. The whole charging process is totally closed, no dust leaks, secondary pollution of materials is prevented, and manual operation is not needed.
The automatic production line batching metering device based on RGV technology can automatically load various materials according to the formula weight requirements at different discharging points according to the process formula requirements, and then the proportioned materials are sent to a final discharging point according to instructions and automatically discharged through the electric outlet valve 323 and the discharging opening 11. The device can automatically receive and discharge materials, is provided with an accurate metering device, and meets diversified batching requirements; the automation degree of the production line can be effectively improved, the factory building space is saved, and the investment cost and the operation cost of conveying equipment are reduced.
