Abstract
The invention discloses a storage box for a weather deck of a ship. The box body comprises a bottom plate and box walls; a circle of lower sealing plate with an L-shaped cross section is welded on the inner surface of the top of the box wall; the box cover is connected with the top of the box wall at the rear side of the box body through two hinges, a circle of upper sealing plate with an inverted U-shaped cross section is welded at the peripheral edge of the lower surface of the box cover, and a rubber strip is embedded in a sealing cavity formed by the inner side wall and the outer side wall of the upper sealing plate; the three fastening devices are arranged between the middle parts of the front ends and the middle parts of the two sides of the box cover and the box body in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the rubber strips in the upper sealing plate are pressed by the upper ends of the vertical plates of the lower sealing plate to deform; the bottom feet are two angle irons; four fixed base plates are fixed on the deck, and the bottom feet are installed on the fixed base plates through four bolts. The storage tank of the present invention protects the stored equipment from or reduces the effects of wind and wave shock, rain erosion and sea water corrosion.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a storage box for a weather deck of a ship.
Background
For the weather deck area of the ship, some equipment/instruments/tools and the like need to be stored and used on site, and the weather deck area of the ship is seriously influenced by the impact of wind and waves, rain erosion and seawater corrosion. However, the storage boxes (if any) for the instruments, tools and the like are generally thin, and under the condition that the above influences cannot be effectively resisted, and when the storage boxes are not available near the ship cabin for storage, for some areas of a large ship which need to be taken on site, it is necessary to design a weathertight and firm storage box/cabinet which is installed nearby in the areas so as to better protect the instruments, tools and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the present invention is to overcome the drawbacks of the prior art and to provide a weathertight storage tank for a weather deck of a ship, which protects the stored equipment from or reduces the effects of wind and wave impact, rain erosion and sea water corrosion on the weather deck.
The purpose of the invention is realized as follows: a storage box for a weather deck of a ship comprises a box body, a box cover, three fastening devices, bottom feet and four fixed base plates; wherein,
the box body comprises a rectangular bottom plate with the length larger than the width and box walls connected to the peripheral edges of the bottom plate; a circle of lower sealing plate with an L-shaped cross section is welded on the inner surface of the top of the box wall, the distance from the top end of a vertical plate of the lower sealing plate to the top end of the box wall is 6mm, and the distance from the vertical plate of the lower sealing plate to the box wall is 15 mm;
the size of the box cover is the same as that of the bottom plate, the rear end of the box cover is connected with the top of the box wall on the rear side of the box body through two hinges arranged at intervals, a circle of upper sealing plate with an inverted U-shaped cross section is welded on the peripheral edge of the lower surface of the box cover, the height of the outer side wall of the upper sealing plate is 20mm, the height of the inner side wall is 45mm, and the distance between the inner side wall and the outer side wall of the upper sealing plate is 35 mm; a rubber strip with a rectangular cross section is embedded in a sealing cavity formed by the inner side wall and the outer side wall of the upper sealing plate;
the three fastening devices are correspondingly arranged between the middle parts of the front ends of the box cover and the box body and between the middle parts of the two sides of the box cover and the box body one by one, the rubber strips in the upper sealing plate are pressed by the upper ends of the vertical plates of the lower sealing plate through the three fastening devices, and the rubber strips are deformed by reducing the gap between the outer side wall of the upper sealing plate and the box wall;
the bottom feet are two angle irons which are respectively and transversely welded at the front end part and the rear end part of the bottom plate, and two bolt through holes are respectively formed in two ends of the two angle irons;
four fixed base plates are respectively fixed on the deck corresponding to four corners of the box body, each fixed base plate is provided with a threaded hole corresponding to the bolt through hole on the bottom foot, and the bottom foot is arranged on the fixed base plates through four bottom foot bolts.
In the above storage box for the weather deck of the ship, a drain hole is formed in an upper portion of the box wall at the front edge of the box body at a position on an upper surface of the cross plate of the lower sealing plate.
The storage box for the weather deck of the ship is characterized in that each fastening device comprises a pressing plate welded on the box cover and provided with a bayonet, a locking block welded on the outer surface of the box wall, a locking bolt with the lower part hinged on the locking block and an eyenut screwed on the locking bolt.
The storage box for the weather deck of the ship is characterized in that the two U-shaped handles are arranged in parallel at the front part of the box cover.
The storage box for the open deck of the ship achieves weather tightness by arranging the sealing plates on the box wall and the box cover of the box body, is suitable for storing various devices/instruments/tools and the like in an open deck area, is convenient to take and use, and can prevent or reduce the influence of wind wave impact, rainwater erosion and seawater corrosion on the open deck. If rainwater enters from the gap between the box wall and the box cover, the rainwater is accumulated in the U-shaped groove formed by the lower sealing plate and the box wall and can be discharged through the water discharge hole. The storage box is fixed on the fixed seat plate through bolts, and is convenient to install and disassemble.

Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the storage box for a weather deck of a ship according to the present invention includes a box body 1, a box cover 2, three fastening devices 4, a footing 5 and four fixing seat plates 6; wherein,
the box body 1 comprises a rectangular bottom plate 11 with the length larger than the width and box walls 12 connected to the peripheral edges of the bottom plate 11; the thickness of the box wall 12 is 6mm, a circle of lower sealing plate 10 with an L-shaped cross section is welded on the inner surface of the top of the box wall 12, the thickness of the lower sealing plate 10 is also 6mm, the distance from the top end of a vertical plate 101 of the lower sealing plate 10 to the top end of the box wall 12 is 6mm, and the distance from the vertical plate 101 of the lower sealing plate 10 to the box wall 12 is 15 mm; a drainage hole 13 with the diameter of 6mm is arranged at the upper part of the box wall 12 at the front side of the box body and is positioned on the upper surface of the transverse plate 102 of the lower sealing plate 10;
the size of the box cover 2 is the same as that of the bottom plate 11, the thickness of the box cover 2 is 6mm, the rear end of the box cover 2 is connected with the top of the box wall 12 at the rear side of the box body through two hinges 3 arranged at intervals, and the front part of the box cover 2 is also provided with two U-shaped handles 21 side by side; the periphery of the lower surface of the box cover 2 is welded with a circle of upper sealing plate 20 with an inverted U-shaped cross section, the thickness of the upper sealing plate 20 is 4mm, the height of the outer side wall 202 of the upper sealing plate 20 is shorter than that of the inner side wall 201, namely the height of the outer side wall 202 is 20mm, the height of the inner side wall 201 is 45mm, and the distance between the inner side wall 201 and the outer side wall 202 of the upper sealing plate 20 is 35 mm; a rubber strip 203 with a rectangular cross section is embedded in a sealing cavity formed by an inner side wall 201 and an outer side wall 202 of the upper sealing plate 20;
the three fastening devices 4 are correspondingly arranged between the middle parts of the front ends of the box cover 2 and the box body 1 and between the middle parts of the two sides of the box cover 2 and the box body 1 one by one, each fastening device 4 comprises a pressing plate 41 which is welded on the box cover 2 and is provided with a bayonet, a locking block 42 which is welded on the outer surface of the box wall 12, a locking bolt 43 the lower part of which is hinged on the locking block 42 and an eyenut 44 which is sleeved on the locking bolt 43 in a rotating way;
the height of the bottom foot 5 is 50mm, the bottom foot is two angle irons which are respectively and transversely welded at the front end part and the rear end part of the bottom plate 11, and two bolt through holes are respectively formed in two ends of the two angle irons;
the fixed base plate 6 is a rectangular plate with the thickness equal to 16mm, four fixed base plates 6 are respectively fixed on the deck at four corners corresponding to the box body 1, a threaded hole is formed in each fixed base plate 6 corresponding to a bolt hole in the bottom foot 5, and the bottom foot 5 is installed on the fixed base plate 6 through four bottom foot bolts 50.
When various devices, instruments, tools and the like are stored in the storage box, the box cover 2 is covered, the locking bolts 43 in the three locking devices 4 are embedded into the bayonets of the pressing plates 41, and then the locking bolts 43 are screwed on the lifting nuts 44, so that the rubber strips 203 in the upper sealing plate 20 on the box cover 2 are pressed by the upper ends of the vertical plates 101 of the lower sealing plate 10 on the box wall 12, and the lifting nuts 44 are adjusted to reduce the gap between the lower end of the outer side wall 202 of the upper sealing plate 20 and the top end of the box wall 12, so that the rubber strips 203 are deformed, and the effect of weather tightness is achieved.
The storage box for the weather deck of the ship achieves weather tightness by arranging the sealing plates on the box wall 12 and the box cover 2 of the box body 1, is suitable for storing various devices, instruments, tools and the like in the weather deck area, is convenient to take and use, and can prevent or reduce the influence of wind wave impact, rainwater erosion and seawater corrosion on the weather deck on the stored devices. If rainwater enters through the gap between the tank wall 12 and the tank cover 2, the rainwater is accumulated in the U-shaped groove formed by the lower seal plate 10 and the tank wall 12, and can be drained through the drain hole 13. The storage box is fixed on the fixed seat plate 6 through a bottom stud 50, and is convenient to mount and dismount.
