The thrust spring 1640 always pushes the force transmission lever 163 and the brake shoe 162 to lock the brake caliper 161 for the unpowered parking brake when the unlocking action is generated by the non-pressure oil input of the unidirectional unlocking cylinder 164. The thrust spring 1640 and brake shoe 162 are pulled open to unlock upon pressure oil input from the one-way unlocking cylinder 164 to release the brake caliper 161 for brake unlocking.

Preferably, the drive wheel pair 121 includes a drive axle and two drive wheels.
