本发明公开了一种超薄型PP蜂窝备胎盖板,包括盖板主体和PP蜂窝板,盖板主体由第一高密度针刺无纺布、第一丙烯酸胶、PP蜂窝板、第二丙烯酸胶和第二高密度针刺无纺布组成,其组成配比分别为:7%、0.5%、80%、0.5%和20%,针对市场上现有的备胎盖板承载强度低,一般6mm的强度才能达到承载60公斤的重量的问题,经过本技术改进的备胎盖板配比,3mm厚度的强度就能达到承载60公斤的重量,本案采用电脑喷涂丙烯酸胶,避免了人工涂胶不均匀的缺陷,使得喷涂均匀可靠,此外,本案使用机械手操作,避免了一些有害物质接触人体皮肤,对人体健康造成危害的同时避免了人工操作的低效,不稳定等情况,本发明结构简单且设计合理,更加人性化,适合推广使用。

一种超薄型PP蜂窝备胎盖板
技术领域
本发明涉及一种备胎盖板,尤其是涉及一种超薄型PP蜂窝备胎盖板。
背景技术
众所周知,行李箱备胎盖板广泛应用与汽车内饰领域,是汽车内饰产品的重要组成部分,承担着遮盖备胎、承载重物、装饰行李箱的重要作用。但市场上现有的备胎盖板承载强度低,一般6mm的强度才能达到承载60公斤的重量,而经过本技术改进的备胎盖板,3mm厚度的强度就能达到承载60公斤的重量。
现有的行李箱备胎盖板生产方法有如下几种:1、面层无纺布与骨架层,通过人工喷/涂/刷胶进行复合粘接,此工艺用到的溶剂胶气味大,不环保,污染环境,危害员工身体健康,且人工涂胶不均匀,产品质量不稳定,生产效率低,容易破损且不美观;2、面层无纺布与骨架层,用成型压机进行模压成型,此工艺投资大,能耗高;3、面层无纺布与PHC骨架层手工涂胶包边,此工艺成本高,重量大,溶剂胶气味易超标,人工涂胶不均匀,产品质量不稳定,生产效率低。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是在盖板应用的基础上,为PP蜂窝备胎盖板提供一种便利功能,设计一种超薄型PP蜂窝备胎盖板,从而解决上述问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
本发明一种超薄型PP蜂窝备胎盖板,包括盖板主体和PP蜂窝板,所述盖板主体由第一高密度针刺无纺布、第一丙烯酸胶、PP蜂窝板、第二丙烯酸胶和第二高密度针刺无纺布组成,所述第一高密度针刺无纺布下侧设有PP蜂窝板,所述PP蜂窝板下侧设有第二高密度针刺无纺布,所述第一高密度针刺无纺布和PP蜂窝板通过第一丙烯酸胶粘合连接,所述第二高密度针刺无纺布和PP蜂窝板通过第二丙烯酸胶粘合连接,所述PP蜂窝板表面设有若干蜂窝凸粒。
优选的是,所述超薄型PP蜂窝备胎盖板,其中,所述第一高密度针刺无纺布、第一丙烯酸胶、PP蜂窝板、第二丙烯酸胶和第二高密度针刺无纺布的组成配比分别为:7%、0.5%、80%、0.5%和20%。
优选的是,所述超薄型PP蜂窝备胎盖板,其中,包括以下工艺步骤:
a高温熔化:聚丙烯PP经200度高温熔化,模头淋膜分子线形重新排列;
b注塑:给模头淋膜分子线形重新排列后的聚丙烯PP注塑3mm;
c再切片:30米烘箱定型,冷却后再切片;
d喷涂:电脑喷涂10g/m2的丙烯酸胶;
e成品制作:机械手操作带有丙烯酸胶的聚丙烯PP到贴膜机粘贴高密度针刺无纺布3分钟。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该种超薄型PP蜂窝备胎盖板,结构设计完整紧凑,针对市场上现有的备胎盖板承载强度低,一般6mm的强度才能达到承载60公斤的重量的问题,经过本技术改进的备胎盖板配比,3mm厚度的强度就能达到承载60公斤的重量,本案采用电脑喷涂丙烯酸胶,避免了人工涂胶不均匀的缺陷,使得喷涂均匀可靠,此外,本案使用机械手操作,避免了一些有害物质接触人体皮肤,对人体健康造成危害的同时避免了人工操作的低效,不稳定等情况,本发明结构简单且设计合理,更加人性化,适合推广使用。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种超薄型PP蜂窝备胎盖板,包括盖板主体1和PP蜂窝板2,盖板主体1由第一高密度针刺无纺布3、第一丙烯酸胶4、PP蜂窝板2、第二丙烯酸胶5和第二高密度针刺无纺布6组成,第一高密度针刺无纺布3下侧设有PP蜂窝板2,PP蜂窝板2下侧设有第二高密度针刺无纺布6,第一高密度针刺无纺布3和PP蜂窝板2通过第一丙烯酸胶4粘合连接,第二高密度针刺无纺布6和PP蜂窝板2通过第二丙烯酸胶5粘合连接,PP蜂窝板2表面设有若干蜂窝凸粒7。
在该实施例中,第一高密度针刺无纺布3、第一丙烯酸胶4、PP蜂窝板2、第二丙烯酸胶5和第二高密度针刺无纺布6的组成配比分别为:7%、0.5%、80%、0.5%和20%。
在上述实施例中,包括以下工艺步骤:
a高温熔化:聚丙烯PP经200度高温熔化,模头淋膜分子线形重新排列;
b注塑:给模头淋膜分子线形重新排列后的聚丙烯PP注塑3mm;
c再切片:30米烘箱定型,冷却后再切片;
d喷涂:电脑喷涂10g/m2的丙烯酸胶;
e成品制作:机械手操作带有丙烯酸胶的聚丙烯PP到贴膜机粘贴高密度针刺无纺布3分钟。

1.一种超薄型PP蜂窝备胎盖板,包括盖板主体(1)和PP蜂窝板(2),其特征在于,所述盖板主体(1)由第一高密度针刺无纺布(3)、第一丙烯酸胶(4)、PP蜂窝板(2)、第二丙烯酸胶(5)和第二高密度针刺无纺布(6)组成,所述第一高密度针刺无纺布(3)下侧设有PP蜂窝板(2),所述PP蜂窝板(2)下侧设有第二高密度针刺无纺布(6),所述第一高密度针刺无纺布(3)和PP蜂窝板(2)通过第一丙烯酸胶(4)粘合连接,所述第二高密度针刺无纺布(6)和PP蜂窝板(2)通过第二丙烯酸胶(5)粘合连接,所述PP蜂窝板(2)表面设有若干蜂窝凸粒(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种超薄型PP蜂窝备胎盖板,其特征在于,所述第一高密度针刺无纺布(3)、第一丙烯酸胶(4)、PP蜂窝板(2)、第二丙烯酸胶(5)和第二高密度针刺无纺布(6)的组成配比分别为:7%、0.5%、80%、0.5%和20%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种超薄型PP蜂窝备胎盖板,其特征在于,包括以下工艺步骤:
a高温熔化:聚丙烯PP经200度高温熔化,模头淋膜分子线形重新排列;
b注塑:给模头淋膜分子线形重新排列后的聚丙烯PP注塑3mm;
c再切片:30米烘箱定型,冷却后再切片;
d喷涂:电脑喷涂10g/m2的丙烯酸胶;
e成品制作:机械手操作带有丙烯酸胶的聚丙烯PP到贴膜机粘贴高密度针刺无纺布3分钟。
