Abstract
本发明公开一种掺杂有钢纤维的混凝土路沿石的生产系统，它包括用于输送混凝土原料的第一输送带装置和用于输送钢纤维的第二输送带装置，第一输送带装置和第二输送带装置输送末端下方设有搅拌装置，搅拌装置出料口下方设有路沿石模具；本发明在混凝土原料内混入钢纤维，浇注成型后增加了混凝土的握裹强度，最终提高了整个混凝土路沿石的强度和韧性，车辆刮蹭后不易折断或损坏。

技术领域
本发明涉及路沿石生产技术领域，具体地指一种掺杂有钢纤维的混凝土路沿石的生产系统。
背景技术
路沿石是在路面上区分车行道、人行道、绿地、隔离带和道路其他部分的界线，起到保障行人、车辆交通安全和保证路面边缘整齐的作用。其中混凝土路沿石是用混凝土浇注成型的条块状物体。现有混凝土路沿石的强度及韧性不够，车辆稍微刮蹭后便会出现断裂或损坏现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种掺杂有钢纤维的混凝土路沿石的生产系统，以生产出高强度和韧性的混凝土路沿石。
本发明为解决上述技术问题，所采用的技术方案是：一种掺杂有钢纤维的混凝土路沿石的生产系统，它包括用于输送混凝土原料的第一输送带装置和用于输送钢纤维的第二输送带装置，所述第一输送带装置和第二输送带装置输送末端下方设有搅拌装置，所述搅拌装置出料位置下方设有路沿石模具。
优选地，所述钢纤维为压痕带状结构。
优选地，所述搅拌装置包括搅拌箱体，所述搅拌箱体顶部设有接料斗，所述搅拌箱体底部设有出料口，所述搅拌箱体内部水平设有搅拌轴，所述搅拌轴上竖直设有多个搅拌叶片，所述搅拌轴输入端与从动轮连接，所述从动轮通过皮带或链条与主动轮连接，所述主动轮与电机输出轴连接。
优选地，所述接料斗上方还设有加水管。
本发明的有益效果：本发明在混凝土原料内混入钢纤维，浇注成型后增加了混凝土的握裹强度，最终提高了整个混凝土路沿石的强度和韧性，车辆刮蹭后不易折断或损坏。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
如图1和2所示，一种掺杂有钢纤维的混凝土路沿石的生产系统，它包括用于输送混凝土原料1的第一输送带装置2和用于输送钢纤维3的第二输送带装置4，所述第一输送带装置2和第二输送带装置4输送末端下方设有搅拌装置5，所述搅拌装置5出料位置下方设有路沿石模具6。
优选地，所述钢纤维3为压痕带状结构。如图2所示，钢纤维3在制作时，通过压机在其表面压制多个痕迹，这样能够增加其强度及抗折性能。
优选地，所述搅拌装置5包括搅拌箱体5.1，所述搅拌箱体5.1顶部设有接料斗5.2，所述搅拌箱体5.1底部设有出料口5.3，所述搅拌箱体5.1内部水平设有搅拌轴5.4，所述搅拌轴5.4上竖直设有多个搅拌叶片5.5，所述搅拌轴5.4输入端与从动轮5.6连接，所述从动轮5.6通过皮带或链条与主动轮5.7连接，所述主动轮5.7与电机5.8输出轴连接。在本实施例中，搅拌轴5.4水平布置，而搅拌叶片5.5竖向设置，电机5.8、主动轮5.7和从动轮5.6均在搅拌箱体5.1侧部，这样布置可以避免影响上方接料斗5.2的进料，而且也搅拌均匀。
优选地，所述接料斗5.2上方还设有加水管5.9。
本实施例工作原理如下：
首先，混凝土原料1主要包括水泥、砂、石子，第一输送带装置2输送混凝土原料1至搅拌箱体5.1内，第二输送带装置4输送钢纤维3至搅拌箱体5.1内（在本实施例中每一公斤混凝土原料1配八两钢纤维3），然后通过搅拌叶片5.5将混凝土原料1和钢纤维3混合均匀，然后通过加水管5.9加水进行搅拌，形成浆料，然后从出料口5.3出来后进入到路沿石模具6内，浇注完成后养护成型，即可拆卸模具6的模板。本实施例中，混凝土浆料内由于混入钢纤维3，所以增加了混凝土的握裹强度，最终提高了整个混凝土路沿石的强度和韧性，车辆刮蹭后不易折断或损坏。

1.一种掺杂有钢纤维的混凝土路沿石的生产系统，其特征在于：它包括用于输送混凝土原料（1）的第一输送带装置（2）和用于输送钢纤维（3）的第二输送带装置（4），所述第一输送带装置（2）和第二输送带装置（4）输送末端下方设有搅拌装置（5），所述搅拌装置（5）出料位置下方设有路沿石模具（6）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种掺杂有钢纤维的混凝土路沿石的生产系统，其特征在于：所述钢纤维（3）为压痕带状结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种掺杂有钢纤维的混凝土路沿石的生产系统，其特征在于：所述搅拌装置（5）包括搅拌箱体（5.1），所述搅拌箱体（5.1）顶部设有接料斗（5.2），所述搅拌箱体（5.1）底部设有出料口（5.3），所述搅拌箱体（5.1）内部水平设有搅拌轴（5.4），所述搅拌轴（5.4）上竖直设有多个搅拌叶片（5.5），所述搅拌轴（5.4）输入端与从动轮（5.6）连接，所述从动轮（5.6）通过皮带或链条与主动轮（5.7）连接，所述主动轮（5.7）与电机（5.8）输出轴连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种掺杂有钢纤维的混凝土路沿石的生产系统，其特征在于：所述接料斗（5.2）上方还设有加水管（5.9）。
