the breath training assembly (3) comprises a breath training box (301), a liquid level sensor (302), a control device (303) and a timing display (304), wherein the liquid level sensor (302) is arranged in the breath training box (301), one end of the liquid level sensor (302) is provided with the control device (303) and is electrically connected with the liquid level sensor, and one end of the control device (303) is provided with the timing display (304) and is electrically connected with the timing display;
the control device (303) comprises a signal receiving module (305), a storage module (306), an induction processing module (307) and a signal transmitting module (308), wherein the liquid level sensor (302) transmits liquid level signals to the signal receiving module (305), the signal receiving module (305) transmits data to the induction processing module (307), the induction processing module (307) compares with preset data in the storage module (306), when the value is higher than a preset value, the induction processing module (307) transmits the signals to the timing display (304) through the signal transmitting module (308) for timing display, and one end of the timing display (304) stores the data transmitted by the signal receiving module (305);
the leg training assembly (4) comprises at least one group of leg supporting pieces (401) and leg fixing jackets (402) which are symmetrically arranged, wherein the leg fixing jackets (402) are fixedly arranged at the upper ends of the leg supporting pieces (401), and the leg fixing jackets (402) are of hollow structures;
the leg fixing clamp sleeve (402) and the fixing sheath (102) are internally provided with a load ring (8), the load ring (8) is a magnet, and the leg fixing clamp sleeve (402) and the fixing sheath (102) are both in magnetic attraction structures.
