本申请公开一种富含花生衣原花青素的儿童润唇膏，质量份的组分：花生衣原花青素5～10份，蜂蜡50～60份，橄榄油50～60份，蜂蜜10～20份，桂花精油3～5份，将蜂蜡水浴加热至熔化；加入橄榄油，搅拌混匀；加入蜂蜜，搅拌混匀；稍微降温后加入花生衣原花青素提取物和桂花精油，搅拌混匀；灌入唇膏管中，冷却至室温得到花生衣原花青素儿童润唇膏，润唇膏中各成分均为食品级原料，特别适合儿童使用，产品具有滋润保湿、修复唇裂、抑菌消炎、安全无刺激的特点。

技术领域
本发明属于护肤品领域，具体涉及一种富含花生衣原花青素儿童润唇膏的制备方法。
背景技术
研究发现花生衣含有大量的原花青素二聚体和三聚体，这些原花青素低聚物具有抗氧化、抗炎抗过敏及抗皱保湿等功能。北方秋冬季节寒冷风大，幼儿娇嫩的嘴唇由于长期暴露在外很容易受到损伤而引起唇裂出血、唇部干燥及脱皮等症状。润唇膏可以起到滋养和保护唇部的作用，而成人润唇膏中由于含有一些化学成分并不适合儿童使用，市面上儿童专用的润唇膏比较少见，花生衣原花青素应用于润唇膏领域的专利也为数不多，研制花生衣原花青素儿童润唇膏在应用层面上可以促进润唇膏的发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种富含花生衣原花青素的儿童润唇膏的制备方法。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的：
一种富含花生衣原花青素的儿童润唇膏及其制备方法，由以下质量份数的原料制成：
花生衣原花青素5～10份，蜂蜡50～60份，橄榄油50～60份，蜂蜜10～20份，桂花精油3～5份。
一种富含花生衣原花青素的儿童润唇膏及其制备方法，其制备方法为：
将蜂蜡水浴加热至熔化；加入橄榄油，搅拌混匀；加入蜂蜜，搅拌混匀；稍微降温后加入花生衣原花青素提取物和桂花精油，搅拌混匀；灌入唇膏管中，冷却至室温得到花生衣原花青素儿童润唇膏。
一种富含花生衣原花青素的儿童润唇膏及其制备方法，其制备方法中各工艺参数为：蜂蜡水浴加热的温度为60～75 ℃；加入花生衣原花青素提取物和桂花精油时稍微降温所达到的温度为40～50 ℃；搅拌转速为100～300 r/min。
优选的蜂蜡水浴加热的温度为70 ℃；优选的加入花生衣原花青素提取物和桂花精油时稍微降温所达到的温度为45 ℃；优选的搅拌转速为200 r/min。
本发明的积极效果是：蜂蜡无刺激性，且具有促进创伤愈合、止痛和杀菌等特性；桂花精油香气清新高雅，是一种高档的天然香料；原花青素具有抗氧化和恢复人体胶原蛋白活力的能力，用于化妆品中可以使皮肤平滑而富有弹性达到保健的功效；橄榄油富含油酸及多种维生素，能增强皮肤弹性，具有润肤美容的效果；蜂蜜具有修复肌肤创伤、抑菌等功效；润唇膏中各成分均为食品级原料，特别适合儿童使用，产品具有滋润保湿、修复唇裂、抑菌消炎、安全无刺激等特点。

以下对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。实施例种，各种原料均为食品级。
实施例1
一种富含花生衣原花青素的儿童润唇膏及其制备方法，包含以下质量份数的原料：花生衣原花青素5份，蜂蜡50份，橄榄油50份，蜂蜜10份，桂花精油3份。
将蜂蜡50份于70 ℃水浴加热至熔化；加入橄榄油50份，在转速为200 r/min条件下搅拌混匀；加入蜂蜜10份，在转速为200 r/min条件下搅拌混匀；稍降温至45 ℃时加入花生衣原花青素提取物5份和桂花精油3份，在转速为200 r/min条件下搅拌混匀；灌入唇膏管中，冷却至室温得到花生衣原花青素儿童润唇膏。
润唇膏在45 ℃的干燥箱中恒温10 h后没有出现弯曲、软化现象；在-20℃下恒温10h后取出没有出现断裂、变形现象；在4000 r/min的离心机中旋转10 min后没有出现分层现象。
实施例2
一种富含花生衣原花青素的儿童润唇膏及其制备方法，包含以下质量份数的原料：花生衣原花青素10份，蜂蜡60份，橄榄油60份，蜂蜜20份，桂花精油5份。
将蜂蜡60份于70 ℃水浴加热至熔化；加入橄榄油60份，在转速为200 r/min条件下搅拌混匀；加入蜂蜜20份，在转速为200 r/min条件下搅拌混匀；稍降温至45 ℃时加入花生衣原花青素提取物10份和桂花精油5份，在转速为200 r/min条件下搅拌混匀；灌入唇膏管中，冷却至室温得到花生衣原花青素儿童润唇膏。
润唇膏在45 ℃的干燥箱中恒温10 h后没有出现弯曲、软化现象；在-20℃下恒温10h后取出没有出现断裂、变形现象；在4000 r/min的离心机中旋转10 min后没有出现分层现象。

将蜂蜡55份于70 ℃水浴加热至熔化；加入橄榄油55份，在转速为200 r/min条件下搅拌混匀；加入蜂蜜15份，在转速为200 r/min条件下搅拌混匀；稍降温至45 ℃时加入花生衣原花青素提取物8份和桂花精油4份，在转速为200 r/min条件下搅拌混匀；灌入唇膏管中，冷却至室温得到花生衣原花青素儿童润唇膏。
润唇膏在45 ℃的干燥箱中恒温10 h后没有出现弯曲、软化现象；在-20℃下恒温10h后取出没有出现断裂、变形现象；在4000 r/min的离心机中旋转10 min后没有出现分层现象。
虽然本发明已以较佳实施例公开如上，但其并非用以限定本发明，尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明，本领域的普通技术人员应当理解，可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换，不脱离本发明的精神和范围，都可做各种的改动与修饰，因此本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所界定的为准。

将蜂蜡水浴加热至熔化；加入橄榄油，搅拌混匀；加入蜂蜜，搅拌混匀；稍微降温后加入花生衣原花青素提取物和桂花精油，搅拌混匀；灌入唇膏管中，冷却至室温得到花生衣原花青素儿童润唇膏。
4.根据权利要求3所述的富含花生衣原花青素的儿童润唇膏的制备方法，其特征在于：所述的蜂蜡水浴加热的温度为60～75 ℃；加入花生衣原花青素提取物和桂花精油时稍微降温所达到的温度为40～50 ℃；搅拌转速为100～300 r/min。
