本发明公开一种香榧油护肤乳，包括下述质量百分比的成分：香榧油2‑5%；川芎提取物2‑5%；五倍子提取物1‑3%；羧甲基壳聚糖0.1‑0.3%；聚赖氨酸0.05‑0.1%；黄原胶0.05‑0.1%；鱼胶原蛋白0.1‑0.5%；甘油3‑5%；角鲨烷0.5‑5%；柠檬桉叶油2‑3%；聚二甲基硅氧烷1.5‑2.5%；吐温800.5‑2.0%；司班201‑5%；余量为去离子水。步骤：（1）将川芎提取物、五倍子提取物、羧甲基壳聚糖、聚赖氨酸、黄原胶、鱼胶原蛋白加入去离子水中，混合均匀，置于水浴锅中搅拌至完全溶解；（2）取香榧油、角鲨烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、吐温80、司班20，混合均匀，于水浴锅中搅拌至完全溶解；另取甘油与柠檬桉叶油置水浴锅中加热；（3）将柠檬桉叶油倒入步骤（2）油相中，趁热将油相缓慢加入步骤（1）的水相中，搅拌均匀后，制备O/W型乳液。

背景技术
香榧(Torreya grandis)属红豆杉科榧属(Torreya)植物， 是我国特有的珍稀坚果树种之一。史料记载，全世界有8 种香榧大面积种植，包括日本榧(T.nucifera(L.)Sieb.etZucc.)；北美产 2 种：加州榧(T.californica Torrey)、佛罗里达榧(T.taxifoliaArn.)；中国产 3 种 2 变种：榧树(T. grandis Fort.ex Lindl.)、长叶榧(T.jackii)、巴山榧(T. fargesii)、云南榧(T.fargesii var. Yunnanensis)、九龙山榧(T. grandisFort.ex Lindl var.Jiulongshanesis)等。香榧种植区域遍及中国，尤以浙江产最具出名，诸暨、东阳等地为主要产区。
香榧是一种天然药用植物，具有驱虫、镇咳、驱风、润肠通便、抗真菌、抗细菌、抗肿瘤等功效。根据大量资料研究，香榧主要的生物活性组分包括二萜类、木质素类、多酚类、黄酮类及挥发油组分，香榧种子油已经被证明具有预防动脉粥样硬化作用，香榧其他生物活性物质也被证实具有一定的抗氧化活性。虽然香榧非常悠久的历史，但是其比较有限的应用方式使得香榧产业难以发展，因此开拓香榧新的应用途径很有必要。
川芎为多年生草本植物。其根状茎入药, 性温、味辛, 有活血、行气 、祛斑养颜等多种功效。川芎的主要成分有挥发油 、内酯类 、生物碱类、酚类等多类成分 ，其中阿魏酸(4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯丙烯酸)具有较强的生理活性。4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯基的结构具有抑制酪氨酸酶的功效。
随着“绿色护肤”的理念日益盛行，天然防腐剂越来越受到人们的欢迎，而五倍子提取物和柠檬桉叶油具有非常理想的抑菌效果，可以作为天然防腐剂使用。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题，本发明公开了一种香榧油护肤乳及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案为：一种香榧油护肤乳，包括下述质量百分比的成分：
香榧油2-5%；
川芎提取物2-5%；
五倍子提取物1-3%；
羧甲基壳聚糖0.1-0.3%；
聚赖氨酸0.05-0.1%；
黄原胶0.05-0.1%；
鱼胶原蛋白0.1-0.5%；
甘油3-5%；
角鲨烷0.5-5%；
柠檬桉叶油2-3%；
聚二甲基硅氧烷1.5-2.5%；
吐温80 0.5-2.0%；
司班20 1-5%；
余量为去离子水。
一种香榧油护肤乳的制备方法，包括下列步骤：
（1）水相的配制：将上述质量百分比的川芎提取物、五倍子提取物、羧甲基壳聚糖、聚赖氨酸、黄原胶、鱼胶原蛋白加入上述质量百分比的去离子水中，混合均匀，置于50-70℃水浴锅中搅拌至完全溶解；
（2）油相的配制：取上述质量百分比的香榧油、角鲨烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、吐温80、司班20，混合均匀，于50-70℃水浴锅中搅拌至完全溶解；另取上述质量百分比的甘油与柠檬桉叶油置于70-75℃水浴锅中加热5-10min；
（3）将柠檬桉叶油倒入步骤（2）油相中，趁热将油相缓慢加入步骤（1）的水相中，搅拌均匀后，再采用任何制备物理性质稳定的乳液的方法制备稳定均一的O/W型乳液。
本发明的有益之处：香榧油中含有的活性物质具有美白、保湿、强化皮肤屏障、增加皮肤弹力、维持稳态的多重功效，川芎提取物中的阿魏酸也具有优良的美白作用，鱼胶原蛋白具有非常好的保湿与抗衰老效果，因此本发明对皮肤具有非常优秀的美白、保湿、抗衰老的作用。同时，本发明中的五倍子提取物、柠檬桉叶油具有天然抗菌的功效，代替减少化学防腐剂的使用，达到天然防腐剂的功效，具有抗菌抑菌的同时还具有保湿抗氧化等多种作用，产品更为绿色健康，对人体皮肤更为友好。

香榧油2%，川芎提取物3%，五倍子提取物3%，羧甲基壳聚糖0.1%，聚赖氨酸0.07%，黄原胶0.05%，鱼胶原蛋白0.1%，甘油5%，角鲨烷2%，柠檬桉叶油2%，聚二甲基硅氧烷1.5%，吐温802.0%，司班20 3.0%，余量为去离子水。
上述的香榧油护肤乳的制备方法包括以下步骤：
（1）水相的配制：将上述质量百分比的川芎提取物、五倍子提取物、羧甲基壳聚糖、聚赖氨酸、黄原胶、鱼胶原蛋白加入上述质量百分比的去离子水中，混合均匀，置于70℃水浴锅中搅拌至完全溶解；
（2）油相的配制：取上述质量百分比的香榧油、角鲨烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、吐温80、司班20,混合均匀，于70℃水浴锅中搅拌至完全溶解；另取上述质量百分比的甘油与柠檬桉叶油置于70℃水浴锅中加热10ming；
（3）乳化：将柠檬桉叶油倒入步骤（2）油相中，趁热将油相缓慢加入步骤（1）的水相中，搅拌均匀后，再采用任何制备物理性质稳定的乳液的方法制备稳定均一的O/W型乳液；
（4）电动搅拌：采用电动搅拌器，1000r/min，搅拌60min；
（5）均质：采用均质器，3000r/min均质3min，5000r/min均质2min，冷却后即获得充分均质O/W型乳液。
实施例2
本实施例中的香榧油护肤乳由下述质量百分比的成分制成：
香榧油2.5%，川芎提取物3%，五倍子提取物2.5%，羧甲基壳聚糖0.15%，聚赖氨酸0.1%，黄原胶0.07%，鱼胶原蛋白0.3%，甘油4%，角鲨烷3%，柠檬桉叶油2%，聚二甲基硅氧烷2.0%，吐温80 1.0%，司班20 4.0%，余量为去离子水。
上述的香榧油护肤乳的制备方法包括以下步骤：
（1）水相的配制：将上述质量百分比的川芎提取物、五倍子提取物、羧甲基壳聚糖、聚赖氨酸、黄原胶、鱼胶原蛋白加入上述质量百分比的去离子水中，混合均匀，置于65℃水浴锅中搅拌至完全溶解；
（2）油相的配制：取上述质量百分比的香榧油、角鲨烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、吐温80、司班20,混合均匀，于65℃水浴锅中搅拌至完全溶解；另取上述质量百分比的甘油与柠檬桉叶油置于65℃水浴锅中加热15min；
（3）乳化：将柠檬桉叶油倒入步骤（2）油相中，趁热将油相缓慢加入步骤（1）的水相中，搅拌均匀后，再采用任何制备物理性质稳定的乳液的方法制备稳定均一的O/W型乳液；
（4）电动搅拌：采用电动搅拌器，1500r/min，搅拌40min；
（5）均质：采用均质器，2500r/min均质5min，4000r/min均质5min，冷却后即获得充分均质O/W型乳液。
实施例3
本实施例中的香榧油护肤乳由下述质量百分比的成分制成：
香榧油5%，川芎提取物5%，五倍子提取物2%，羧甲基壳聚糖0.2%，聚赖氨酸0.05%，黄原胶0.1%，鱼胶原蛋白0.4%，甘油3%，角鲨烷4%，柠檬桉叶油3%，聚二甲基硅氧烷2.5%，吐温801.5%，司班20 3.5%，余量为去离子水。
上述的香榧油护肤乳的制备方法包括以下步骤：
（1）水相的配制：将上述质量百分比的川芎提取物、五倍子提取物、羧甲基壳聚糖、聚赖氨酸、黄原胶、鱼胶原蛋白加入上述质量百分比的去离子水中，混合均匀，置于60℃水浴锅中搅拌至完全溶解；
（2）油相的配制：取上述质量百分比的香榧油、角鲨烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、吐温80、司班20,混合均匀，于60℃水浴锅中搅拌至完全溶解；另取上述质量百分比的甘油与柠檬桉叶油置于60℃水浴锅中加热20min；
（3）乳化：将柠檬桉叶油倒入步骤（2）油相中，趁热将油相缓慢加入步骤（1）的水相中，搅拌均匀后，再采用任何制备物理性质稳定的乳液的方法制备稳定均一的O/W型乳液；
（4）电动搅拌：采用电动搅拌器，2000r/min，搅拌30min；
（5）均质：采用均质器，2000r/min均质8min，4000r/min均质5min，冷却后即获得充分均质O/W型乳液。
Claims (2)
1.一种香榧油护肤乳，其特征在于：包括下述质量百分比的成分：
香榧油2-5%；
川芎提取物2-5%；
五倍子提取物1-3%；
羧甲基壳聚糖0.1-0.3%；
聚赖氨酸0.05-0.1%；
黄原胶0.05-0.1%；
鱼胶原蛋白0.1-0.5%；
甘油3-5%；
角鲨烷0.5-5%；
柠檬桉叶油2-3%；
聚二甲基硅氧烷1.5-2.5%；
吐温80 0.5-2.0%；
司班20 1-5%；
余量为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种香榧油护肤乳的制备方法，其特征在于，包括下列步骤：
（1）水相的配制：将上述质量百分比的川芎提取物、五倍子提取物、羧甲基壳聚糖、聚赖氨酸、黄原胶、鱼胶原蛋白加入上述质量百分比的去离子水中，混合均匀，置于50-70℃水浴锅中搅拌至完全溶解；
（2）油相的配制：取上述质量百分比的香榧油、角鲨烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、吐温80、司班20，混合均匀，于50-70℃水浴锅中搅拌至完全溶解；另取上述质量百分比的甘油与柠檬桉叶油置于70-75℃水浴锅中加热5-10min；
（3）将柠檬桉叶油倒入步骤（2）油相中，趁热将油相缓慢加入步骤（1）的水相中，搅拌均匀后，再采用任何制备物理性质稳定的乳液的方法制备稳定均一的O/W型乳液。
