Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗菌口罩结构，它包括口罩本体（1）、二个弹性挂耳（2）、抗氧化层（3）和光触媒层（4），弹性挂耳分别设于口罩本体两侧边，口罩本体包括PP不织布外层（1‑1）、微滤熔喷布夹层（1‑2）、医用纱布夹层（1‑3）和PET不织布内层（1‑4），PP不织布外层一侧壁设有至少一个长条形插袋（5），长条形插袋内设有记忆合金条（6），记忆合金条两端设有塑料护套（7），PP不织布外层一侧设有微滤熔喷布夹层，微滤熔喷布夹层一侧设有医用纱布夹层，医用纱布夹层一侧设有PET不织布内层，PET不织布内层一侧设有尼龙网眼布层（8），尼龙网眼布层一侧喷涂有抗氧化层，抗氧化层一侧喷涂有光触媒层。本发明采用抗菌口罩结构，结构设计合理。

技术领域
本发明涉及抗菌口罩结构技术领域，具体涉及一种抗菌口罩结构。
背景技术
目前，现有的抗菌口罩结构存在结构设计不合理，亟需本领域技术人员研究出一种新的抗菌口罩结构。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是克服现有技术的不足，提供了一种结构设计合理的抗菌口罩结构。
其解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种抗菌口罩结构，它包括口罩本体、二个弹性挂耳、抗氧化层和光触媒层，所述弹性挂耳分别设于口罩本体两侧边，所述口罩本体包括PP不织布外层、微滤熔喷布夹层、医用纱布夹层和PET不织布内层，所述PP不织布外层一侧壁设有至少一个长条形插袋，所述长条形插袋内设有记忆合金条，所述记忆合金条两端设有塑料护套，所述PP不织布外层一侧设有微滤熔喷布夹层，所述微滤熔喷布夹层一侧设有医用纱布夹层，所述医用纱布夹层一侧设有PET不织布内层，所述PET不织布内层一侧设有尼龙网眼布层，所述尼龙网眼布层一侧喷涂有抗氧化层，所述抗氧化层一侧喷涂有光触媒层，所述抗氧化层的材料为具有亲水性的纳米二氧化硅表面涂层材料，所述光触媒层的材料为纳米二氧化钛/纳米银涂料，所述抗氧化层与光触媒层的厚度比为1：2。
作为优选地，所述抗氧化层中的纳米二氧化硅的粒径为1-10纳米。
本发明的有益效果为：采用抗菌口罩结构，弹性挂耳分别设于口罩本体两侧边，口罩本体包括PP不织布外层、微滤熔喷布夹层、医用纱布夹层和PET不织布内层，PP不织布外层一侧壁设有至少一个长条形插袋，长条形插袋内设有记忆合金条，记忆合金条两端设有塑料护套，PP不织布外层一侧设有微滤熔喷布夹层，微滤熔喷布夹层一侧设有医用纱布夹层，医用纱布夹层一侧设有PET不织布内层，PET不织布内层一侧设有尼龙网眼布层，尼龙网眼布层一侧喷涂有抗氧化层，抗氧化层一侧喷涂有光触媒层，抗氧化层的材料为具有亲水性的纳米二氧化硅表面涂层材料，光触媒层的材料为纳米二氧化钛/纳米银涂料，抗氧化层与光触媒层的厚度比为1：2，结构设计合理；口罩本体包括PP不织布外层、微滤熔喷布夹层、医用纱布夹层和PET不织布内层，结构设计合理，且采用微滤熔喷布夹层和医用纱布夹层，过滤效果好；PP不织布外层一侧壁设有至少一个长条形插袋，长条形插袋内设有记忆合金条，采用长条形插袋及记忆合金条，结构设计合理，有助于抗菌口罩结构贴合于面部；记忆合金条两端设有塑料护套，采用塑料护套，避免记忆合金条刺伤皮肤，安全性能强；PET不织布内层一侧设有尼龙网眼布层，采用尼龙网眼布层，避免抗菌口罩结构产生形变，使用寿命长；尼龙网眼布层一侧喷涂有抗氧化层，抗氧化层一侧喷涂有光触媒层，抗氧化层的材料为具有亲水性的纳米二氧化硅表面涂层材料，光触媒层的材料为纳米二氧化钛/纳米银涂料，抗氧化层与光触媒层的厚度比为1：2，尼龙网眼布层一侧设有抗氧化层及光触媒层，在可见光的作用下光触媒层能产生强烈催化降解功能，有效地降解了空气中的有害气体、杀灭了多种细菌，从而能自我消毒，另外，采用抗氧化层设在尼龙网眼布层一侧，很好地保护了尼龙网眼布层，使其不会被光触媒进行氧化破坏作用，保证了使用寿命。

如图1-图3所示，一种抗菌口罩结构，它包括口罩本体1、二个弹性挂耳2、抗氧化层3和光触媒层4，所述弹性挂耳2分别设于口罩本体1两侧边，所述口罩本体1包括PP不织布外层1-1、微滤熔喷布夹层1-2、医用纱布夹层1-3和PET不织布内层1-4，所述PP不织布外层1-1一侧壁设有至少一个长条形插袋5，所述长条形插袋5内设有记忆合金条6，所述记忆合金条6两端设有塑料护套7，所述PP不织布外层1-1一侧设有微滤熔喷布夹层1-2，所述微滤熔喷布夹层1-2一侧设有医用纱布夹层1-3，所述医用纱布夹层1-3一侧设有PET不织布内层1-4，所述PET不织布内层1-4一侧设有尼龙网眼布层8，所述尼龙网眼布层8一侧喷涂有抗氧化层3，所述抗氧化层3一侧喷涂有光触媒层4，所述抗氧化层3的材料为具有亲水性的纳米二氧化硅表面涂层材料，所述光触媒层4的材料为纳米二氧化钛/纳米银涂料，所述抗氧化层3与光触媒层4的厚度比为1：2。
所述抗氧化层3中的纳米二氧化硅的粒径为1-10纳米。弹性挂耳2为用于将口罩本体1固定于耳朵上。

1.一种抗菌口罩结构，其特征在于：它包括口罩本体（1）、二个弹性挂耳（2）、抗氧化层（3）和光触媒层（4），所述弹性挂耳（2）分别设于口罩本体（1）两侧边，所述口罩本体（1）包括PP不织布外层（1-1）、微滤熔喷布夹层（1-2）、医用纱布夹层（1-3）和PET不织布内层（1-4），所述PP不织布外层（1-1）一侧壁设有至少一个长条形插袋（5），所述长条形插袋（5）内设有记忆合金条（6），所述记忆合金条（6）两端设有塑料护套（7），所述PP不织布外层（1-1）一侧设有微滤熔喷布夹层（1-2），所述微滤熔喷布夹层（1-2）一侧设有医用纱布夹层（1-3），所述医用纱布夹层（1-3）一侧设有PET不织布内层（1-4），所述PET不织布内层（1-4）一侧设有尼龙网眼布层（8），所述尼龙网眼布层（8）一侧喷涂有抗氧化层（3），所述抗氧化层（3）一侧喷涂有光触媒层（4），所述抗氧化层（3）的材料为具有亲水性的纳米二氧化硅表面涂层材料，所述光触媒层（4）的材料为纳米二氧化钛/纳米银涂料，所述抗氧化层（3）与光触媒层（4）的厚度比为1：2。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌口罩结构，其特征在于：所述抗氧化层（3）中的纳米二氧化硅的粒径为1-10纳米。
