Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of electric power, and relates to a method for realizing one-step goods receiving and shelving when a WM management warehouse is started to receive and shelve, in particular to an application method for one-step goods receiving and shelving based on a GCP platform.
Background
Storage management of the power industry is increasingly refined, and the improvement of the refinement brings more operations for daily operations of business personnel, and at present, business personnel need to carry out two-step operation in the process of receiving and putting on shelf, firstly, the goods and materials need to be received and posted, and then, the automatic equipment task is generated according to the post-posting documents to carry out group-tray putting on shelf. The warehouse has a large amount of goods receiving and shelving business every day, if each sheet is received and then shelved, continuous jumping between two functions can be realized, and if the goods receiving and shelving are finished uniformly, the situation of missing shelving can also occur. This seriously affects the lean management of the warehouse.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a GCP platform-based one-step goods receiving and shelving application method, which effectively integrates the combination point of two steps of operation of goods receiving posting and shelving through the analysis of goods receiving posting and goods shelving services, thereby simplifying the operations of goods receiving posting and goods shelving into one-step operation and enabling warehouse operation to be simpler, more convenient and faster.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a GCP platform-based one-step goods receiving and shelving application method is characterized in that goods receiving and goods shelving are effectively combined, goods and materials are combined while being received, shelving positions are confirmed, receiving information and shelving information are temporarily stored on the GCP platform, the receiving information and the shelving information are simultaneously uploaded to a service information system after the shelving positions are confirmed, the service information system finishes goods receiving and warehousing and issues instructions to the GCP platform, and the GCP platform performs shelving according to instruction scheduling automation equipment. The method comprises the following specific steps:
the method comprises the following steps: material object combined plate
After the materials are delivered to the warehouse, checking the materials and checking the appearance of the materials, and after checking and checking the materials, performing material group tray according to the capacity of the tray and the bin;
step two: system processing
The method comprises the steps that pallet combination information and racking bin position information of materials are uploaded to a service system, the service system firstly completes the goods receiving process of the materials through background prefabricated program logic, then the goods receiving information is issued to a GCP platform, and the GCP platform automatically generates racking instructions to dispatch automatic equipment to perform physical racking;
step three: material object shelf
The automatic equipment shelves the materials to a designated bin according to the received shelving instruction, and completes shelving of the real objects on the physical stacking layer;
step four: bin inventory update
And after the automation equipment completes the shelf loading of the real object, the success message is transmitted back to the GCP, the GCP uploads the shelf loading information to the service system, the service system updates the warehouse inventory, and the whole goods receiving and shelf loading process is completed on the system level.
According to the invention, the function of one-step receiving and shelving is researched on the GCP platform, and the combination point of two-step operations of receiving and shelving is effectively integrated through the analysis of the goods receiving posting and goods shelving business, so that the receiving posting and goods shelving operation is simplified into one-step operation, and a large amount of data processing is automatically carried out through a background program, so that the warehouse operation is simpler, more convenient and faster, the operation errors are reduced, and the operation efficiency is improved.

Detailed Description
After the supplier sends the materials to the warehouse, the warehouse service personnel checks the real objects and performs appearance inspection, and after checking and checking are correct, the real objects are assembled according to the capacity of the trays and the bin positions.
Step two: system processing
The warehouse service personnel upload the material group disk information and the shelving position information to the service system, the service system firstly completes the material receiving process through background prefabricated program logic, then sends the receiving information to the GCP platform, and the GCP platform automatically generates a shelving instruction to dispatch the automation equipment to perform real object shelving.
And scanning a delivery notice or a purchase order to receive the goods and maintaining the receiving place and quantity.
The warehouse service personnel group the goods and materials, bind the tray number with the goods and materials information, and place the goods and materials of the well-grouped tray on the shelf.
The goods receiving and shelving strategy set by the system automatically recommends shelving positions, and the common strategies comprise:
the method comprises the following steps of firstly listing a later layer, and recommending bin positions by considering the sequence of the first layer and the later layer on the basis of the next empty bin position;
the bin utilization rate is used for judging which bins have frequent material access according to the bin utilization rate, namely the bins with the optimal access positions;
the same batch and the same depth are judged, whether the materials of the same batch exist is judged according to the materials in the warehouse, and if so, the bin positions with the same depth are recommended according to the depth of the materials in the warehouse of the same batch;
the laneways are evenly distributed, and the bearing balance of the goods shelves is considered according to the use condition of each laneway bin of the goods shelves at that time, so that the bin recommendation which is more favorable for the even distribution of the laneways is carried out.
The warehouse salesman can select the bin recommended by the system, and can also input or scan the bin designated by the salesman to finish the binding of the relation between the tray and the bin.
And (4) sending the information of receiving, grouping and warehousing to a GCP platform, and automatically generating a loading instruction by the GCP platform to dispatch automatic equipment to carry out real object loading.
Step three: material object shelf
And the automation equipment shelves the materials to a designated bin according to the received shelving instruction, and completes shelving of the material object on the material object stacking layer.
