本发明公开了一种循环水多用真空泵壳体,它包括水箱体(1)、电机箱体(2)和电机风罩(3),水箱体底端设有减振机脚座(4),水箱体包括防腐内壳体(1‑1)和设于防腐内壳体外侧的外壳体(1‑2),防腐内壳体与外壳体之间还设有隔音海绵层(1‑3),水箱体上端一侧设有电机箱体(2),电机箱体包括壳体(2‑1)和设于壳体内壁上的多孔吸音棉层(2‑2),该水箱体上端另一侧设有进水口(5),水箱体一侧壁还设有排水出口(6),排水出口一端设有一挠性接头(7),挠性接头一端设有排水波纹软管(8),电机箱体上端设有电机风罩,电机箱体一侧壁设有真空表(9)和时间表(10)。本发明采用循环水多用真空泵壳体,结构设计合理。

本发明涉及循环水多用真空泵壳体技术领域,具体涉及一种循环水多用真空泵壳体。
背景技术
目前,现有的循环水多用真空泵壳体存在结构设计不合理,亟需本领域技术人员研究出一种新的循环水多用真空泵壳体。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种结构设计合理的循环水多用真空泵壳体。
其解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种循环水多用真空泵壳体,它包括水箱体、电机箱体和电机风罩,所述水箱体底端设有减振机脚座,所述减振机脚座为金属橡胶制成,所述水箱体包括防腐内壳体和设于防腐内壳体外侧的外壳体,所述防腐内壳体与外壳体之间还设有隔音海绵层,所述防腐内壳体为聚四氟乙烯材料制成,且防腐内壳体、隔音海绵层与外壳体的厚度比为1:1:2,所述水箱体上端一侧设有电机箱体,所述电机箱体包括壳体和设于壳体内壁上的多孔吸音棉层,所述外壳体和壳体均为铸造尼龙制成,该水箱体上端另一侧设有进水口,所述水箱体一侧壁还设有排水出口,所述排水出口一端设有一挠性接头,所述挠性接头一端设有排水波纹软管,所述电机箱体上端设有电机风罩,且电机风罩为铝合金制成,所述电机箱体一侧壁设有真空表和时间表,所述真空表一侧设有电源指示灯,所述电源指示灯下方设有电源开关,所述电源开关一侧设有故障报警蜂鸣器和抽气接口,所述电机箱体另一侧壁设有循环水转动开关和散热格栅,所述循环水转动开关下方设有循环水进水口,所述循环水进水口一侧设有循环水出水口,所述循环水出水口一侧设有电路保险座。
作为优选地,所述水箱体上还设有扣手。
本发明的有益效果为:采用循环水多用真空泵壳体,水箱体底端设有减振机脚座,减振机脚座为金属橡胶制成,水箱体包括防腐内壳体和设于防腐内壳体外侧的外壳体,防腐内壳体与外壳体之间还设有隔音海绵层,防腐内壳体为聚四氟乙烯材料制成,且防腐内壳体、隔音海绵层与外壳体的厚度比为1:1:2,水箱体上端一侧设有电机箱体,电机箱体包括壳体和设于壳体内壁上的多孔吸音棉层,外壳体和壳体均为铸造尼龙制成,该水箱体上端另一侧设有进水口,水箱体一侧壁还设有排水出口,排水出口一端设有一挠性接头,挠性接头一端设有排水波纹软管,电机箱体上端设有电机风罩,且电机风罩为铝合金制成,电机箱体一侧壁设有真空表和时间表,真空表一侧设有电源指示灯,电源指示灯下方设有电源开关,电源开关一侧设有故障报警蜂鸣器和抽气接口,电机箱体另一侧壁设有循环水转动开关和散热格栅,循环水转动开关下方设有循环水进水口,循环水进水口一侧设有循环水出水口,循环水出水口一侧设有电路保险座,结构设计合理;水箱体底端设有减振机脚座,采用减振机脚座,可以减轻循环水多用真空泵壳体因工作过程中产生的振动;减振机脚座为金属橡胶制成,减振效果好;水箱体包括防腐内壳体和设于防腐内壳体外侧的外壳体,防腐内壳体与外壳体之间还设有隔音海绵层,防腐内壳体为聚四氟乙烯材料制成,且防腐内壳体、隔音海绵层与外壳体的厚度比为1:1:2,结构设计合理,采用防腐内壳体、隔音海绵层和外壳体相结合,使得水箱体能够防腐蚀,保证了水箱体的使用寿命,且能够隔音;电机箱体包括壳体和设于壳体内壁上的多孔吸音棉层,采用多孔吸音棉层,可以吸收电机箱体内产生的噪音,缓解噪音污染;外壳体和壳体均为铸造尼龙制成,采用铸造尼龙制成的外壳体和壳体,成型简单,且成本低;排水出口一端设有一挠性接头,挠性接头一端设有排水波纹软管,采用挠性接头,可以减轻排水时排水出口与排水波纹软管之间的振动;电机风罩为铝合金制成,铝合金导热性能好,散热效果好;电机箱体一侧壁设有真空表和时间表,真空表一侧设有电源指示灯,电源指示灯下方设有电源开关,电源开关一侧设有故障报警蜂鸣器和抽气接口,电机箱体另一侧壁设有循环水转动开关和散热格栅,结构设计合理,便于操作,且设置故障报警蜂鸣器,便于出现故障及时提醒;循环水出水口一侧设有电路保险座,采用电路保险座,可以便于电机箱体中的电机进行保护;水箱体上还设有扣手,采用扣手,结构设计合理,可以便于搬运循环水多用真空泵壳体。

如图1-图4所示,一种循环水多用真空泵壳体,它包括水箱体1、电机箱体2和电机风罩3,所述水箱体1底端设有减振机脚座4,所述减振机脚座4为金属橡胶制成,所述水箱体1包括防腐内壳体1-1和设于防腐内壳体1-1外侧的外壳体1-2,所述防腐内壳体1-1与外壳体1-2之间还设有隔音海绵层1-3,所述防腐内壳体1-1为聚四氟乙烯材料制成,且防腐内壳体1-1、隔音海绵层1-3与外壳体1-2的厚度比为1:1:2,所述水箱体1上端一侧设有电机箱体2,电机箱体2中设有电机,所述电机箱体2包括壳体2-1和设于壳体2-1内壁上的多孔吸音棉层2-2,所述外壳体1-2和壳体2-1均为铸造尼龙制成,该水箱体1上端另一侧设有进水口5,所述水箱体1一侧壁还设有排水出口6,所述排水出口6一端设有一挠性接头7,所述挠性接头7一端设有排水波纹软管8,所述电机箱体2上端设有电机风罩3,且电机风罩3为铝合金制成,所述电机箱体2一侧壁设有真空表9和时间表10,所述真空表9一侧设有电源指示灯11,所述电源指示灯11下方设有电源开关12,所述电源开关12一侧设有故障报警蜂鸣器13和抽气接口14,所述电机箱体2另一侧壁设有循环水转动开关15和散热格栅16,所述循环水转动开关15下方设有循环水进水口17,所述循环水进水口17一侧设有循环水出水口18,所述循环水出水口18一侧设有电路保险座19,且电路保险座19可直接从市场采购。
所述水箱体1上还设有扣手20。

1.一种循环水多用真空泵壳体,其特征在于:它包括水箱体(1)、电机箱体(2)和电机风罩(3),所述水箱体(1)底端设有减振机脚座(4),所述减振机脚座(4)为金属橡胶制成,所述水箱体(1)包括防腐内壳体(1-1)和设于防腐内壳体(1-1)外侧的外壳体(1-2),所述防腐内壳体(1-1)与外壳体(1-2)之间还设有隔音海绵层(1-3),所述防腐内壳体(1-1)为聚四氟乙烯材料制成,且防腐内壳体(1-1)、隔音海绵层(1-3)与外壳体(1-2)的厚度比为1:1:2,所述水箱体(1)上端一侧设有电机箱体(2),所述电机箱体(2)包括壳体(2-1)和设于壳体(2-1)内壁上的多孔吸音棉层(2-2),所述外壳体(1-2)和壳体(2-1)均为铸造尼龙制成,该水箱体(1)上端另一侧设有进水口(5),所述水箱体(1)一侧壁还设有排水出口(6),所述排水出口(6)一端设有一挠性接头(7),所述挠性接头(7)一端设有排水波纹软管(8),所述电机箱体(2)上端设有电机风罩(3),且电机风罩(3)为铝合金制成,所述电机箱体(2)一侧壁设有真空表(9)和时间表(10),所述真空表(9)一侧设有电源指示灯(11),所述电源指示灯(11)下方设有电源开关(12),所述电源开关(12)一侧设有故障报警蜂鸣器(13)和抽气接口(14),所述电机箱体(2)另一侧壁设有循环水转动开关(15)和散热格栅(16),所述循环水转动开关(15)下方设有循环水进水口(17),所述循环水进水口(17)一侧设有循环水出水口(18),所述循环水出水口(18)一侧设有电路保险座(19)。
