技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种耐磨棉纱。
背景技术
棉纱织成的面料轻松保暖,柔和贴身、吸湿性、透气性甚佳,它的缺点则是易缩、易皱,外观上不大挺括美观,在穿著时必须时常熨烫,如果能将棉纱与其他一种或几种纤维混合纺织,突出各种纤维的优点,将带来纺织技术领域的改革。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种耐磨棉纱,耐磨,抗皱,防静电,吸湿性能好,透气性佳,易于染色,着色性好。
本发明的技术方案是:一种耐磨棉纱,由以下重量份数的原料组成:棉纤维30-40份、苎麻纤维15-20份、改性聚丙烯腈纤维15-20份、涤纶中长纤维15-20份、碳纤维3-5份、粘胶中长纤维1-3份、精梳毛纱5-10份、石墨烯1-3份、聚丙烯8-15份、羧甲基纤维素4-8份、纳米二氧化钛4-6份、硅烷偶联1-3份、甘油硬脂酸酯2-3份。
与现有技术相比,本发明优点在于:耐磨,抗皱,防静电,吸湿性能好,透气性佳,易于染色,着色性好。

一种耐磨棉纱,由以下重量份数的原料组成:棉纤维30份、苎麻纤维15份、改性聚丙烯腈纤维15份、涤纶中长纤维15份、碳纤维3份、粘胶中长纤维1份、精梳毛纱5份、石墨烯1份、聚丙烯8份、羧甲基纤维素4份、纳米二氧化钛4份、硅烷偶联1份、甘油硬脂酸酯2份。
实施例2
一种耐磨棉纱,由以下重量份数的原料组成:棉纤维35份、苎麻纤维18份、改性聚丙烯腈纤维18份、涤纶中长纤维18份、碳纤维4份、粘胶中长纤维2份、精梳毛纱8份、石墨烯2份、聚丙烯10份、羧甲基纤维素6份、纳米二氧化钛5份、硅烷偶联2份、甘油硬脂酸酯2.5份。
实施例3
一种耐磨棉纱,由以下重量份数的原料组成:棉纤维40份、苎麻纤维20份、改性聚丙烯腈纤维20份、涤纶中长纤维20份、碳纤维5份、粘胶中长纤维3份、精梳毛纱10份、石墨烯3份、聚丙烯15份、羧甲基纤维素8份、纳米二氧化钛6份、硅烷偶联3份、甘油硬脂酸酯3份。
