本发明公开了一种垃圾处理器润滑剂,按重量份计,由氧化聚乙烯蜡30~50份、滑石粉25~35份、羧甲基纤维素钠8~12份、硅藻土4~8份、基础油2~4份、氟硅油2~4份、磷酸1~3份、辛基酚1~3份、硫酸锌0.5~1份、齐墩果酮酸0.5~1份、二硫化钼0.5~1份、抗氧剂0.2~0.6份和抗乳化剂0.2~0.6份组成;本发明通过氧化聚乙烯、滑石粉、羧甲基纤维素钠、硅藻土、基础油、氟硅油、磷酸、辛基酚、硫酸锌、齐墩果酮酸、二硫化钼、抗氧剂和抗乳化剂合理的配比,抗氧剂的使用,可延缓或抑制聚合物氧化过程的进行,从而阻止聚合物的老化并延长其使用寿命,该润滑剂具有化学性质稳定,避免与污水发生化学反应,润滑性能好的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种垃圾处理器润滑剂,属于润滑剂加工技术领域。
背景技术
垃圾处理器是一种现代化的厨房电器,安装于厨房水槽下方,并与排水 管相连。通过交流或直流电机驱动刀盘,利用离心力将粉碎腔内的食物垃圾粉碎后排入下 水道。粉碎腔具有过滤作用,自动拦截食物固体颗粒 ;粉碎后的颗粒直径小于 4 毫米,不会堵塞排水管和下水道。可轻松实现即时、方便、 快捷的厨房清洁,避免食物垃圾因储存而滋生病菌、蚊虫和异味等,从而营造健康、清洁、美 观的厨房环境。为了保证垃圾处理器工作效率和延长其使用寿命,需定时对其设备进行清洁、使用润滑剂进行保养,目前现有在垃圾处理器使用的润滑剂存在化学性质不稳定,润滑性能差的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种垃圾处理器润滑剂。该润滑剂具有化学性质稳定,避免与污水发生化学反应,润滑性能好的特点。
本发明的技术方案:一种垃圾处理器润滑剂,按重量份计,由氧化聚乙烯蜡30~50份、滑石粉25~35份、羧甲基纤维素钠8~12份、硅藻土4~8份、基础油2~4份、氟硅油2~4份、磷酸1~3份、辛基酚1~3份、硫酸锌0.5~1份、齐墩果酮酸0.5~1份、二硫化钼0.5~1份、抗氧剂0.2~0.6份和抗乳化剂0.2~0.6份组成。
前述的垃圾处理器润滑剂,按重量份计,由氧化聚乙烯蜡40份、滑石粉30份、羧甲基纤维素钠10份、硅藻土6份、基础油3份、氟硅油3份、磷酸2份、辛基酚2份、硫酸锌0.8份、齐墩果酮酸0.8份、二硫化钼0.8份、抗氧剂0.4份和抗乳化剂0.4份组成。
前述的一种垃圾处理器润滑剂,所述的抗氧剂由苯二胺、二氢喹啉、季戊四醇酯、双十二碳醇酯、双十四碳醇酯和双十八碳醇酯中的一种或多种混合物。
前述的一种垃圾处理器润滑剂,所述抗乳化剂为聚氧丙烷型的衍生物如D114。
本发明的有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明的垃圾处理器润滑剂具有以下优点:
本发明通过氧化聚乙烯、滑石粉、羧甲基纤维素钠、硅藻土、基础油、氟硅油、磷酸、辛基酚、硫酸锌、齐墩果酮酸、二硫化钼、抗氧剂和抗乳化剂合理的配比,抗氧剂的使用,可延缓或抑制聚合物氧化过程的进行,从而阻止聚合物的老化并延长其使用寿命,该润滑剂具有化学性质稳定,避免与污水发生化学反应,润滑性能好的特点。
