Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of restaurant sewage treatment, in particular to intelligent restaurant oil sewage treatment equipment with an early warning function and a treatment method thereof.
Background
The sewage discharged by catering industry daily mainly contains a large amount of organic matters, wherein the concentration of animal and vegetable oil is up to 1000-8000 mg/L, the concentration of suspended particles is up to 1500-8000 mg/L, and the concentration of COD is up to 1200-25000 mg/L. If left with these untreated contaminants to drain directly into a river course or directly into a municipal sewage pipe network, a series of environmental problems will arise. Therefore, restaurant sewage is pretreated to remove solid residues and most of oil stains before entering the sewage treatment system.
At present, the restaurant sewage is usually treated by using unpowered sewage treatment equipment or a traditional oil separation tank. The traditional oil separation tank achieves automatic separation by utilizing the difference of specific gravity of grease and water. The unpowered sewage treatment equipment is a replacement product of a traditional oil separation tank in the current market, the equipment is generally of a box type structure, a box cover is arranged on the box body, a plurality of baffle plates are arranged in the box body to divide the box body into a plurality of stages of filtering units, sewage enters the box body from an inlet of the box body and sequentially passes through the filtering units at all stages, solid residues are deposited, most animal and plant grease is removed, and the solid residues are discharged into a public sewage system. The device has better effect than the traditional oil separation tank, but has the defects of poor oil-water separation effect and filtering effect due to poor structural optimization, especially an oil collecting and recycling part, and the existing various catering sewage treatment devices can only realize oil collecting and recycling treatment in local areas, so that other areas of the whole device still need to be maintained and cleaned frequently, and the use cost is increased. For this purpose, structural optimization and improved design of the existing restaurant sewage filter are required.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects, the invention aims to provide intelligent restaurant oily water treatment equipment with an early warning function and a treatment method thereof for solving the technical problems of poor oily water treatment effect and insufficient oil collection recovery of the existing similar equipment. The aim is achieved by the following technical scheme.
The intelligent restaurant oily water treatment equipment with the early warning function comprises a cuboid main body, wherein a buffer area, an oil-water separation area, a first advanced treatment area, a second advanced treatment area and a clear water area are formed in the equipment box in sequence from the front end to the rear end along the length direction by a partition plate, a water inlet is formed in the top of the buffer area, a three-way drain pipe is arranged in the clear water area, an overflow pipe A is arranged in the buffer area, and the buffer area is communicated with the oil-water separation area in an overflow way through the overflow pipe A; the device is characterized in that the oil-water separation area is communicated with the first advanced treatment area through water through holes below the two partition boards, the first advanced treatment area is communicated with the second advanced treatment area through overflow ports A above the two partition boards, and the second advanced treatment area is communicated with the clear water area through overflow ports B above the two partition boards; the oil-water separation area, the first advanced treatment area, the second advanced treatment area and the clear water area are respectively fixedly provided with a conical oil collecting cover at the positions of the oil collecting surfaces respectively, the middle part of each conical oil collecting cover is provided with an oil collecting groove cavity for collecting oil, the first advanced treatment area and the second advanced treatment area are respectively provided with a filter placing rack connected with the conical oil collecting covers into a whole, a filter is placed in each filter placing rack, the water inlet end of the filter is positioned below the overflow liquid level of the corresponding treatment area, and the water outlet end of the filter is communicated with the overflow port of the baffle plate at the rear side of the corresponding treatment area; overflow channels are formed between the conical oil collecting covers of the second advanced treatment area and the clear water area and the partition plates in front of the second advanced treatment area and the clear water area, and the overflow channels are communicated with oil collecting groove cavities of the conical oil collecting covers; an oil collecting tank and an oil discharging pump are arranged on one side surface outside the equipment box body, the bottom surface of the oil collecting tank is an inclined surface, and an oil outlet pipe with a valve is arranged at the bottom of the inclined surface; the initial oil collecting position in the oil collecting groove cavity of each conical oil collecting cover in the equipment box body is guided to the outside of the equipment box body through an oil discharging pipe and is connected and communicated with an oil inlet pipe of the oil discharging pump, and a liquid outlet pipe of the oil discharging pump is communicated into the oil collecting box.
In the structure, the overflow pipe A, the water through hole and the overflow hole are arranged, so that an S-shaped flow channel is formed when sewage flows along the equipment box body, and the oil-water full separation is realized. And all set up the toper oil collecting cover in every treatment zone, toper oil collecting cover concentrates the oil slick to the oil collecting groove intracavity to collect to the oil collecting tank in through oil drain pipe, oil drain pump, realize fully collecting the oil slick after each treatment zone oil water separation, improve oily water treatment efficiency. Besides, the first advanced treatment area and the second advanced treatment area are respectively provided with a filter, and the oily water is further filtered through the filters, so that the oily water treatment effect is improved, and the final discharge is ensured to reach the standard.
In the catering oily water treatment equipment, the top in the oil collecting groove cavity of each conical oil collecting cover in the equipment box body is connected with an overflow pipe B which is horizontally communicated to the top in the oil collecting box. Through setting up overflow pipe B, when the certain treatment area appears blockking up and lead to the water level to rise in the equipment box, utilize overflow pipe B to overflow oily water to the oil collecting tank in, overflow oily water to other treatment areas through other overflow pipes B by the oil collecting tank again to reach the problem that prevents that individual treatment area from appearing blockking up and oily water overflows.
In the catering oil sewage treatment equipment, a liquid level sensor is arranged in the oil collecting tank, and the liquid level sensor is externally connected with an alarm device. Through the structure, when the liquid level in the oil collecting tank exceeds a preset value, an alarm is given so that an operator can maintain or discharge the floating oil in the oil collecting tank in time.
In the catering oily water treatment equipment, one end of the return pipe is connected to the bottom of the inner inclined surface of the oil collecting tank, a valve is arranged in the return pipe, the other end of the return pipe is communicated with the oil-water separation area, the return pipe is obliquely arranged, and one end of the return pipe connected with the oil-water separation area is low, and the other end of the return pipe is high. Through this back flow structure, make the sewage that the oil slick bottom density is big in the oil collecting tank flow back to the oil water separation district through the back flow to make the oil collecting tank can collect the oil slick of high concentration, be convenient for follow-up recovery processing.
In the restaurant oily water treatment equipment, the filter placing rack is welded and fixed with the inner wall of the equipment box body and the rear side partition plate of the corresponding treatment area, the filter placing rack is provided with a row of filter placing spaces, each filter placing space is correspondingly provided with a filter, and the top of the filter is provided with a handle. The structure is relatively simple, the filter is convenient to install and take out, and the use is convenient and fast.
In the catering oily water treatment equipment, an electric deslagging device is arranged at the top of a buffer area of the equipment box body, the electric deslagging device comprises a motor, a deslagging cylinder and a deslagging rod with a spiral blade, the deslagging rod is rotationally positioned in the deslagging cylinder, one end of the deslagging rod extends out of the deslagging cylinder to be in transmission connection with the motor, a liquid inlet which is connected and communicated with a water inlet of the buffer area is arranged on one side surface of the deslagging cylinder, a filtering deslagging hole for guiding oily water to the buffer area is formed on one side surface of the deslagging cylinder, which is opposite to the liquid inlet, and the other end of the deslagging cylinder is connected with a deslagging pipe with a downward opening; the deslagging cylinder is obliquely arranged relative to the equipment box body, wherein one end of the deslagging hole is low, and the other end of the deslagging hole is high. Through this structure, utilize helical blade on the slagging-off pole to rotate to promote filterable residue to the scum pipe, realize filtering the sediment operation, it is comparatively convenient, reliable.
In the catering oil sewage treatment equipment, the oil discharge pipes of the treatment areas in the equipment box body are respectively provided with an electromagnetic valve for independently controlling on-off. Through this structure, can carry out independent oil absorption to appointed processing zone according to actual need and collect the operation, the operation is more nimble convenient.
In the catering oily water treatment equipment, the top of each treatment area in the equipment box body and the top of the oil collecting box are respectively provided with a detachable movable cover plate, and the movable cover plates are provided with handles. By arranging the detachable movable cover plate, the movable cover plate is convenient to detach to clean or suck all areas in the equipment box body.
In the restaurant oily water treatment equipment, the overflow pipe A is an L-shaped pipe, the pipe orifice at the upper end of the L-shaped pipe is positioned in the buffer area, the pipe orifice at the lower end of the L-shaped pipe is communicated into the oil-water separation area, the height of the pipe orifice at the lower end of the L-shaped pipe is lower than that of the overflow port A and higher than that of the water through holes of the first advanced treatment area, and the pipe orifice at the lower end of the L-shaped pipe and the water through holes are distributed on two sides of the width direction of the equipment box body. Through this structure, buffering rivers improve oil water separation effect as far as possible.
The processing method of the intelligent restaurant oily water processing equipment with the early warning function comprises the following steps: the restaurant sewage enters the buffer area for preliminary precipitation and oil-water separation, and the oily sewage above the buffer area overflows into the oil-water separation area from the overflow pipe A; oil sewage in the oil-water separation area is subjected to oil collection through the conical oil collection cover, floating oil is concentrated in the oil collection groove cavity, sewage subjected to oil-water separation in the oil-water separation area enters the first advanced treatment area through the water through hole, and sewage in the first advanced treatment area is subjected to oil collection through the conical oil collection cover in the first advanced treatment area, and floating oil is concentrated in the corresponding oil collection groove cavity; the sewage overflows into the second advanced treatment area after being filtered by the filter of the first advanced treatment area while oil is collected in the first advanced treatment area, oil is collected by the conical oil collecting cover in the second advanced treatment area, and floating oil is collected in the corresponding oil collecting groove cavity; the sewage overflows to a clear water area after being filtered by a filter in the second advanced treatment area while oil is collected in the second advanced treatment area, oil is collected by a conical oil collecting cover of the clear water area, and floating oil is collected in a corresponding oil collecting groove; the sewage treated by the clear water area is discharged to the outside through the three-way water discharge pipe; above-mentioned collect the floating oil in each processing zone oil trap intracavity, through opening the oil drain pump, collect the floating oil in each oil trap intracavity in the oil collecting tank, when the oil collecting tank is in full oil, open the valve of oil outlet pipe in oil collecting tank inner inclined plane bottom, realize the oil extraction operation.
The invention adopts a modularized structure, is simple and convenient to integrally install and use, can realize the oil recovery of each treatment area in a filling way, improves the oil sewage treatment effect and efficiency, and is suitable for being used as various catering sewage treatment equipment or the structural improvement of the similar equipment.

Detailed Description
The invention will now be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1-6, the main body of the intelligent restaurant oily water treatment device with the early warning function is a cuboid device box body 1, a buffer area 101, an oil-water separation area 102, a first advanced treatment area 104, a second advanced treatment area 105 and a clear water area 106 are formed in the device box body by sequentially separating from the front end to the rear end along the length direction through a partition board, an electric deslagging device 2 and a water inlet 3 are arranged at the top of the buffer area, and a three-way drain pipe 4 is arranged in the clear water area. The electric deslagging device comprises a motor 201, a deslagging cylinder 202 and a deslagging rod 203 with a spiral blade 204, wherein the deslagging rod is rotationally positioned in the deslagging cylinder, one end of the deslagging rod extends out of the deslagging cylinder to be in transmission connection with the motor, a liquid inlet which is connected with a water inlet of a buffer zone is arranged on one side surface of one end of the deslagging cylinder, a filtering deslagging hole which is used for guiding oily water to the buffer zone is arranged on one side surface of the deslagging cylinder back to the liquid inlet, an deslagging pipe 205 with a downward opening is connected to the other end of the deslagging cylinder, and the deslagging pipe is externally connected with a slag collecting barrel. The deslagging cylinder is obliquely arranged relative to the equipment box body, namely one end of the deslagging hole is low, and the other end of the deslagging hole is high, so that sewage is prevented from flowing out of the deslagging pipe.
Two L-shaped overflow pipes A8 are arranged in the buffer zone, the pipe orifice at the upper end of the overflow pipe A is positioned in the buffer zone 101 and is used as an overflow inlet, the lower end of the overflow pipe A is bent and extends into the oil-water separation zone 102, and the buffer zone is communicated with the oil-water separation zone through the overflow pipe A. The oil-water separation area is communicated with the first advanced treatment area 104 through a water through hole 103 below a partition plate of the oil-water separation area and the first advanced treatment area, the height of the water through hole is lower than the height of a lower pipe orifice of the overflow pipe A, the position of a partition plate where the water through hole is located and the position of the partition plate where the overflow pipe A is located are respectively close to two sides of the width direction of the equipment box body, namely the water through hole is far away from the lower pipe orifice of the overflow pipe A as far as possible, water flow is buffered as much as possible, and oil and water are fully separated.
The first advanced treatment area 104 and the second advanced treatment area 105 are communicated by overflow through a plurality of overflow ports A107 above the two partition boards, the second advanced treatment area and the clear water area are communicated by overflow through a plurality of overflow ports B108 above the two partition boards, the overflow heights of the overflow ports A and B are the same as the overflow drainage height of the three-way drain pipe 4, and the overflow height of each overflow port is lower than the overflow height of the overflow pipe A8 and higher than the height of a pipe orifice at the lower end of the overflow pipe A. The oil-water separation area 102, the first advanced treatment area, the second advanced treatment area and the clear water area 106 are respectively welded and fixed with a conical oil collecting cover 9 at the oil collecting surface, and the middle part of each conical oil collecting cover is provided with an oil collecting groove cavity 901 for collecting oil. The first advanced treatment area and the second advanced treatment area are respectively provided with a filter placing rack 12 welded with the conical oil collecting cover, the filter placing racks are of a frame structure, a row of cuboidal filter placing spaces 1201 corresponding to the overflow ports of the corresponding side partition plates are formed in the frame, support rods are welded at the bottoms of the filter placing spaces, the support rods support the filter 13 in the filter placing spaces, and the filter placing racks are welded and fixed with the inner wall of the equipment box body and the partition plates at the rear side of the corresponding treatment areas. After the filter is placed in the filter placement bin, the water inlet end of the filter is positioned below the overflow liquid level of the corresponding treatment area, and the water outlet end of the filter is correspondingly communicated with the overflow port of the partition plate welded on the corresponding filter placement frame. The filter adopts the existing biological filler filter or the multi-layer grid filter, etc.
And overflow channels 109 for overflowing the overflow ports A107 and B108 are formed between the conical oil collecting covers 9 of the second advanced treatment area 105 and the clear water area 106 and the partition plates in front of the conical oil collecting covers, and are communicated with oil collecting groove cavities 901 of the corresponding conical oil collecting covers. When the overflow channel is actually designed, the overflow quantity of the overflow port A and the overflow port B is met, so that the influence on oil collection of the oil collection groove cavity in the second advanced treatment area and the clear water area is reduced.
An oil collecting tank 5 and an oil discharging pump 14 are arranged on the outer side face of the equipment box body 1, the bottom face of the oil collecting tank is an inclined face, the bottom of the inclined face is connected with an oil outlet pipe 6 with a valve and a return pipe 7 with a valve, the oil outlet pipe corresponds to an oil collecting barrel, the return pipe is arranged in the oil-water separation area 102 in an inclined mode, and one end of the return pipe connected with the oil-water separation area is low, and the other end of the return pipe is high. The initial oil collecting position in the oil collecting groove cavity 901 of each conical oil collecting cover 9 in the equipment box body is guided to the outside of the equipment box body through an oil discharging pipe 10 and is connected and communicated with an oil inlet pipe 15 of the oil discharging pump, and a liquid outlet pipe 16 of the oil discharging pump is communicated into the oil collecting box. In order to facilitate the independent control of the oil discharge of each treatment area, an electromagnetic valve 17 for independently controlling the opening and closing is arranged in the oil discharge pipe in each treatment area. Furthermore, the top in the oil collecting groove cavity of each conical oil collecting cover in the equipment box body is connected with an overflow pipe B11 which is horizontally communicated to the inner top of the oil collecting box. The water level of each treatment area is balanced through the overflow pipe B, so that the problem of blockage and overflow of a certain treatment area is prevented.
In order to further facilitate the use, a liquid level sensor is arranged in the oil collecting tank 5, and the liquid level sensor is externally connected with an alarm device. The top of each treatment area in the equipment box body and the top of the oil collecting box are respectively provided with a detachable movable cover plate with a handle.
The treatment process of the restaurant sewage treatment equipment comprises the following steps: the restaurant sewage enters the electric deslagging device 2 from the water inlet 3, the oil sewage subjected to electric deslagging enters the buffer area 101, preliminary sedimentation and oil-water separation are carried out, and the oil sewage above the buffer area overflows into the oil-water separation area 102 from the overflow pipe A8. The oily water in the oil-water separation area is collected through the conical oil collection cover 9 and the floating oil is concentrated in the oil collection groove cavity 901, meanwhile, the oily water after oil-water separation in the oil-water separation area enters the first advanced treatment area 104 through the water through hole 103, and the oily water in the first advanced treatment area is collected through the conical oil collection cover in the first advanced treatment area and the floating oil is concentrated in the corresponding oil collection groove cavity. While the oil is collected in the first advanced treatment area, sewage overflows into the second advanced treatment area 105 after being filtered by the corresponding filter 13, oil is collected by the conical oil collecting cover in the second advanced treatment area, and floating oil is collected in the corresponding oil collecting groove cavity. While oil is collected in the second advanced treatment area, sewage overflows to the clear water area 106 after being filtered by a filter in the second advanced treatment area, oil is collected by a conical oil collecting cover of the clear water area, and floating oil is collected in a corresponding oil collecting groove. Finally, the sewage treated by the clean water area is discharged to the outside through the three-way drain pipe 4, so that the standard discharge is realized. When the oil slivers in the oil sump cavities of the treatment areas are collected to a certain degree, the oil drain pump 14 is started to collect the oil slivers in the oil sump cavities into the oil sump tank 5. When the oil collecting tank is full of oil, a valve of an oil outlet pipe 6 at the bottom of the oil collecting tank is opened, and oil discharging operation is achieved.
