In particular, lanthanum hexaboride single crystal has good characteristic of converting near infrared radiation absorption into heat, and is an ideal modifying material for avoiding the temperature reduction of the coated surface through light irradiation.

Example two: synthesis of thin-wall silicon dioxide coated nano monocrystal lanthanum boride
Sequentially adding 1 ml of ammonia water (the mass concentration is 30 wt%) into 90 ml of ethanol, continuously stirring for 30min to form a uniform solution, then dropwise adding 0.1 g of tetraethoxysilane, and performing ultrasonic dispersion for 40 min to form a solution A; adding 10 ml of ammonia water (with the mass concentration of 30 wt%) into 20 ml of ethanol, and then adding 10 ml of deionized water and 2g of the single-crystal lanthanum boride obtained in the first embodiment to form a suspension; dropwise adding the solution A into the suspension for silica coating; stirring for 12h, finishing coating, and performing centrifugal separation to obtain the thin-wall silicon dioxide coated nano monocrystal lanthanum boride.
Example three: synthesis of thickened silicon dioxide coated nano monocrystal lanthanum boride
Sequentially adding 2.5 ml of ammonia water (the mass concentration is 30 wt%) into 90 ml of ethanol, continuously stirring for 30min to form a uniform solution, dropwise adding 0.25 g of tetraethoxysilane, and performing ultrasonic dispersion for 40 min to form a solution A; adding 10 ml of ammonia water (with the mass concentration of 30 wt%) into 20 ml of ethanol, and then adding 10 ml of deionized water and 2g of the single-crystal lanthanum boride obtained in the first embodiment to form a suspension; dropwise adding the solution A into the suspension for silica coating; stirring for 12h, finishing coating, and performing centrifugal separation to obtain the thickened silicon dioxide coated nano monocrystal lanthanum boride.
Example four: synthesis of thick-wall silicon dioxide coated nano monocrystal lanthanum boride
Sequentially adding 5 ml of ammonia water (the mass concentration is 30 wt%) into 90 ml of ethanol, continuously stirring for 30min to form a uniform solution, dropwise adding 0.5 g of tetraethoxysilane, and performing ultrasonic dispersion for 40 min to form a solution A; adding 10 ml of ammonia water (with the mass concentration of 30 wt%) into 20 ml of ethanol, and then adding 10 ml of deionized water and 2g of the single-crystal lanthanum boride obtained in the first embodiment to form a suspension; dropwise adding the solution A into the suspension for silica coating; stirring for 12h, finishing coating, and performing centrifugal separation to obtain the thick-wall silicon dioxide coated nano monocrystal lanthanum boride.
Example five: preparation of synergistic beauty mask

The method for using the synergistic beauty mask prepared by the method of claim 1 for non-therapeutic purposes, wherein before use, the mask is soaked in the natural plant extract at room temperature for not more than 5 min; after being taken out, the side which is not added with the silicon dioxide coated nano monocrystal lanthanum boride and is only sprayed with gelatin is pasted on the face and is irradiated by infrared rays or exposed to sunlight, and the pasting time is not more than 30 minutes;
the natural plant extracting solution is prepared by the following method: pulverizing vegetables, extracting, and filtering to obtain natural plant extractive solution.

The method according to claim 1, wherein 10-30 g of gelatin is dissolved in 100mL of deionized water to obtain a gelatin solution; dissolving the natural plant extract in a gelatin solution to obtain a nutrient solution, and replacing the gelatin solution for spraying in the step (3) with the nutrient solution; in the nutrient solution, the mass ratio of the natural plant extract, the gelatin and the deionized water is 0.1-5: 10-30: 100, respectively;
the natural plant extract is prepared by the following method: crushing vegetables, extracting and filtering to obtain a plant stock solution; drying the plant stock solution to obtain powdered natural plant extract.
5. The method for using the synergistic beauty mask prepared by the method of claim 4 for a non-treatment purpose is characterized in that before use, the mask is soaked in purified water at the temperature of 25-80 ℃ for no more than 5 min; after being taken out, the side which is not added with the silicon dioxide coated nano monocrystal lanthanum boride and is only sprayed with the nutrient solution is pasted on the face and is irradiated by infrared rays or exposed to sunlight, and the pasting time is not more than 30 minutes.
