Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the concave-convex ring is triggered to rotate by utilizing the 12-point direction, so that the small circular disc ascends and descends, the small circular disc ascends to form a circle with the large circular disc in the morning, the small circular disc descends to enable the large circular disc to have a gap in a moon shape in the afternoon, the blind can sense the morning and the afternoon by touching the convex shapes of the large circular disc and the small circular disc, normal people can use the blind in a dim condition conveniently, errors in time sensing are avoided, and the error rate of daily work is reduced.
