The special reinforced base for the photovoltaic power generation system as recited in claim 2, wherein: the outer sleeve (3) comprises an upper pipe section (3.1), a middle upper pipe section (3.2), a middle lower pipe section (3.3), a lower pipe section (3.4), a middle upper pipe section limiting slot (3.5) and a lower pipe section limiting slot (3.6), wherein the upper pipe section (3.1) and the middle lower pipe section (3.3) are both conical pipe sections, the large-diameter section of the upper pipe section (3.1) is connected with the middle upper pipe section (3.2), the other end of the middle upper pipe section (3.2) is connected with the small-diameter end of the middle lower pipe section (3.3), the large-diameter end of the middle lower pipe section (3.3) is connected with the lower pipe section (3.4), the upper pipe section (3.1), the middle upper pipe section (3.2), the middle lower pipe section (3.3) and the lower pipe section (3.4) are coaxially arranged into a whole, the upper overflow hole (3.8) is formed in the upper part of the outer wall of the upper pipe section (3.1), the middle upper pipe section (3.2), the middle lower pipe section (3.5) is internally provided with the lower pipe section (3.6, the outer wall of the middle-lower pipe section (3.3) is provided with a concrete grouting hole (3.7), and the inner diameter of the small-diameter end of the upper pipe section (3.1) is slightly larger than the diameter of the upper supporting pipe section (2.1).
