Abstract
The invention relates to a building construction template, in particular to a deep cup mouth template of a bearing platform foundation and a construction method for dismantling the cup mouth template. The cup mouth wood box comprises a cup mouth wood box body, wherein the outer contour surface of the cup mouth wood box body is coated with a polyphenyl board, and the outer surface of the polyphenyl board is provided with a plurality of blind holes. Background
The prefabricated reinforced concrete column and the steel column are installed in the rim of a cup basis and are more common factory building structural forms, the cross section size of the rim of a cup is smaller, and the problem that the formwork is difficult to dismantle due to the fact that the depth is large is frequently encountered in building construction. The invention is described in detail below with reference to the drawings and examples.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a deep cup mouth template of a bearing platform foundation is composed of a cup mouth wood box 1, a wood square support piece 2, a polystyrene board 3 and an adhesive tape 4. The cross section of the cup opening wooden box 1 is the size of a concrete cup opening to be poured minus the thickness of the two polyphenyl plates 3, in the embodiment, the cup opening wooden box 1 is a box body with a square cross section, the upper end of the cup opening wooden box 1 is open, the cup opening wooden box 1 is composed of four vertical plates and a bottom plate, and the vertical plates and the bottom plate are made of multilayer plates.
The inside of rim of a cup wooden box 1 installs timber side support piece 2 all around, and timber side support piece 2 comprises four vertical timber sides 2-1 and a plurality of horizontal timber sides 2-2, and horizontal timber sides 2-2 layer number is confirmed according to rim of a cup degree of depth, installs horizontal timber side 2-2 between the adjacent vertical timber sides 2-1, and the up end of four vertical timber sides 2-1 is higher than the up end of rim of a cup wooden box 1.

The outer surface of the polystyrene board 3 is provided with a plurality of blind holes 3-1, the cross section of the blind holes 3-1 is in an irregular shape, the blind holes 3-1 are irregularly arranged, the depth of the blind holes 3-1 is 5-10 mm, and the diameter is about 15-20 mm.
A construction method of a deep cup mouth template of a bearing platform foundation comprises the following steps:
A. Manufacturing a cup opening wooden box 1 by using a multilayer board according to the size of a cup opening of a bearing platform foundation, installing a square support piece 2 in the cup opening wooden box 1, fixing the square support piece 2 and the cup opening wooden box 1 firmly, and erecting the cup opening wooden box 1 on two split heads 6;

A deep cup mouth template of a bearing platform foundation comprises a cup mouth wood box and is characterized in that an outer contour surface of the cup mouth wood box is coated with a polyphenyl board, the outer surface of the polyphenyl board is provided with a plurality of blind holes, the cross sections of the blind holes are in irregular shapes, the blind holes are irregularly arranged, the blind holes are filled with the polyphenyl board when concrete is poured, protruding concrete small pits can appear on the inner concrete surface of the cup mouth of the bearing platform after the polyphenyl board is melted, binding pieces are arranged on the periphery of the polyphenyl board, the cross sections of the cup mouth wood box are consistent with the cross sections of the cup mouth of the bearing platform foundation, the cup mouth wood box comprises a bottom plate and vertical plates, timber supports are arranged on the periphery of the inner side of the cup mouth wood box, and each timber support comprises a transverse supporting timber and a vertical supporting timber.
