Background
With the continuous high-speed development of the building industry in China, the requirements on the working performance of building operation equipment are gradually increased. The constructional column forming die box with the lower pressing die can improve the forming quality and strength of the constructional column, when the constructional column forming die box is used, the structural column forming material is filled in the box body, the forming cavity in the box body and the core column on the bottom plate form the shape and structure of the constructional column, and the lower pressing die is used for pressing down the constructional column forming material in the box body, so that the gap between the constructional column materials is reduced when the constructional column is formed, the strength of the upper surface of the formed constructional column can be improved, and the integral strength and the forming quality of the constructional column can be improved.
Compared with the prior art, the invention not only can improve the strength of the upper surface of the formed constructional column, but also can improve the integral strength and the forming quality of the constructional column.

As shown in fig. 2, the case 1 has a column molding cavity, and the column molding cavity has a column 12 having a circular cross section and a column bracket 13 for supporting the column, and the column 11 may be square or rectangular as required. Mounting plates 14 are respectively arranged at two ends of the box body 1. One or a combination of a plurality of the sectional shapes I, L, T, X of the constructional column forming cavity in the box body 1 can be selected according to the required shape of the constructional column in actual production.
As shown in fig. 3, a stem 21 for forming a constructional column is vertically disposed on the base plate 2, a plurality of prisms 22 and mounting holes 23 are further disposed on the base plate 2, the prisms 22 are hollow prisms to reduce the weight of the base plate, the height of the prisms 22 is lower than that of the stem 21, and the prisms 22 are used for reducing the impact of the box 1 on the base plate 2 in the process of forming the constructional column. Mounting holes 23 are located around the base plate 2 for mounting the base plate to the forming equipment of the constructional column.
As shown in fig. 4, the lower die 8 includes a die plate 81, a die plate holder 82 that supports the die plate, and screws 83 that fix the die plate 81 to the die plate holder 82. The template 81 comprises a first template 84 and a second template 85 with semicircular inner contours, wherein the outer contours formed by the first template 84 and the second template 85 are matched with a constructional column forming cavity in the box body 1, the inner contours formed by the first template 84 and the second template 85 are matched with a mould column 12 in the constructional column forming cavity, and a gap matched with a mould column bracket 13 in the box body 1 is formed between the first template 84 and the second template 85. The first and second templates 84, 85 are fixed to the template holder 82 by screws 83, respectively, and the template holder 82 is welded to the lower die 8. When the molding box is used, the lower pressing die 8 is matched with the box body 1, after the constructional column molding material is placed in the box body 1, the lower pressing die 8 is pressed down onto the box body 1 through gravity, and the molding material can be compacted in the constructional column molding cavity of the box body 1 by the template 81 on the lower pressing die 8, so that the constructional column is formed into a required shape. The profile of the template 81 on the lower die 8 may be selected accordingly according to the desired shape of the constructional column in actual production.
