Technical Field

Background
The down feather is an animal protein fiber, has higher heat preservation than cotton (plant cellulose), and ten million triangular tiny air holes are densely distributed on the down feather spherical fiber, can contract and expand along with the change of air temperature to generate a temperature regulation function, can absorb hot air emitted by a human body and flow, and can isolate the invasion of external cold air, so the down quilt and the down jacket are used as a stock supply in winter. The down jacket and the down quilt are both provided with double-layer fabrics, a plurality of separated down filling grids are sewn between the first layer fabrics and the second layer fabrics through sewing threads, and down is filled in the down filling grids.
However, the down quilt has several places to be noticed, one of which is that the down quilt is easy to run down, and needs to be provided with down prevention measures.
The traditional down quilt is easy to run down due to the existence of needle holes at the positions of sewing threads. In order to avoid down leakage, in the prior art, down leakage is mostly prevented by arranging an inner container in a double-layer fabric, that is, down is filled into the inner container, the inner container is mostly made of polyester materials, the down loses the characteristic of the down after being filled into the inner container, the temperature adjusting function of the down is reduced, and the problem is solved.
In order to keep the temperature-adjusting characteristic of the down feather, the down feather is not sealed, people melt glue or viscose glue at the sewing thread part, and the sewing thread is sealed by a layer of material with good sealing property, so that the down feather is prevented from escaping from a needle hole. However, the structure is complex, the difficulty is high when the glue is melted and sealed after sewing, particularly, the glue is difficult to melt in the sewing line at the middle part, and peculiar smell is easily generated by the glue melting and the like.
In addition, the existing sewing lines can only sew straight lines, so obvious sewing traces can be formed on the fabric, the sewing lines cannot sew curves, the sewing positions can be separated from patterns on the fabric, the patterns cannot be covered, and the appearance of the down quilt is easily influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a method for simultaneously weaving down-proof seamless double-layer fabrics, which is formed once during weaving and does not need sewing in subsequent work, thereby avoiding forming obvious sewing traces on the fabrics and avoiding down running caused by sewing pinholes formed on the fabrics.
The specific technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the double-layer fabric is woven simultaneously, the double-layer fabric is woven in a crossed mode, the double-layer fabric is woven at the same time, the position, needing to be closed, of the double-layer fabric is woven into a structure with a weaving part to form an integral structure, the weaving part divides the area between the double-layer fabric into a plurality of down filling grids, the weaving part is in a sectional type, and down filling openings of the down filling grids are formed at the separated positions. The double-layer integrated cross weaving method means that double-layer fabrics are simultaneously woven together, in the weaving process, the double-layer fabrics are woven into a whole in a cross mode at every other position, the integrated position is a co-weaving part, the co-weaving part divides a gap between the double-layer fabrics into a plurality of down filling grids, and sewing needle holes cannot be formed in the surfaces of the double-layer fabrics at the position of the co-weaving part, so that down running is avoided; when the traditional down quilt is sewn, the manual sewing thread of the two layers of fabrics and the jacquard patterns cannot be matched in a coordinated manner, each down filling grid can be woven in a same way according to the patterns, for example, the patterns are uniform, the same weaving parts of the down filling grids are also uniform, and if the patterns are in other requirements, the same weaving parts of the down filling grids can be woven in a same way according to the requirements of the patterns.
Preferably, during crossing, the wefts of the upper layer fabric bypass the warps of the lower layer fabric, the wefts of the lower layer fabric bypass the warps of the upper layer fabric, and the wefts are crossed between the double-layer fabrics.
Preferably, when the weft threads bypass the warp threads of the other layer of fabric, the weft threads enter from the back side edge of the warp threads, the two weft threads are crossed in a shape like a Chinese character '8', and the weft threads directly enter from the back side edge of the warp threads of the fabric of the self layer after bypassing the warp threads.
Preferably, the number of the weft threads passing by the warp threads of the other layer of fabric is two or three.
Further preferably, the same-weave portion is woven into the reinforcing nodes at the pile filling ports by jacquard weaving.
More preferably, the co-weaving portion is a straight line or a curved line; the down filling grids are straight-side down filling grids, or curved-side down filling grids, or down filling grids formed by combining straight sides and curved sides.
It is further preferred that the weft and warp threads are pre-wet sized prior to weaving, the size used being a mixture of corn starch and polyester size, the mixture containing 15-25% polyester size.
