Abstract
一种铸造件防锈剂,其各组份及其质量份数为:基础油30‑50份、石油磺酸钡15‑30份、十二烯基丁二酸12‑16份、壳聚糖3‑8份、二元酸酯7‑13份、成膜剂2‑9份、抗氧剂13‑17份、邻苯二甲酸单月桂醇酯钠盐12‑20份、环烷酸锌3‑19份、金属钝化剂3‑9份。本发明所得防锈剂,可有效改善铸造件表面的锈蚀情况,且涂抹之后的腐蚀情况也显著减轻,有利于设备的养护,延长其使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防锈剂,具体是一种铸造件防锈剂。
背景技术
防锈剂可延缓金属设备的上锈,对于设备的维护保养至关重要,但是现有的铸造件用的防锈剂效果均不理想,不仅防锈效果不好,有时还会腐蚀金属设备的表面。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种铸造件防锈剂,以解决铸造件表面易上锈,且涂抹防锈剂时出现的腐蚀问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种铸造件防锈剂,其各组份及其质量份数为:基础油30-50份、石油磺酸钡15-30份、十二烯基丁二酸12-16份、壳聚糖3-8份、二元酸酯7-13份、成膜剂2-9份、抗氧剂13-17份、邻苯二甲酸单月桂醇酯钠盐12-20份、环烷酸锌3-19份、金属钝化剂3-9份。
更进一步的,所述基础油为矿物油。
更进一步的,所述成膜剂为聚异丁烯。
更进一步的,所述抗氧剂为含噻二唑衍生物。
更进一步的,所述金属钝化剂为苯并三氮唑。
本发明所得防锈剂,可有效改善铸造件表面的锈蚀情况,且涂抹之后的腐蚀情况也显著减轻,有利于设备的养护,延长其使用寿命。

一种铸造件防锈剂,其各组份及其质量份数为:基础油30份、石油磺酸钡15份、十二烯基丁二酸12份、壳聚糖3份、二元酸酯7份、成膜剂2份、抗氧剂13份、邻苯二甲酸单月桂醇酯钠盐12份、环烷酸锌3份、金属钝化剂3份。
所述基础油为矿物油。
所述成膜剂为聚异丁烯。
所述抗氧剂为含噻二唑衍生物。
所述金属钝化剂为苯并三氮唑。

一种铸造件防锈剂,其各组份及其质量份数为:基础油40份、石油磺酸钡25份、十二烯基丁二酸14份、壳聚糖5份、二元酸酯10份、成膜剂6份、抗氧剂15份、邻苯二甲酸单月桂醇酯钠盐16份、环烷酸锌10份、金属钝化剂6份。
所述基础油为矿物油。
所述成膜剂为聚异丁烯。
所述抗氧剂为含噻二唑衍生物。
所述金属钝化剂为苯并三氮唑。

一种铸造件防锈剂,其各组份及其质量份数为:基础油50份、石油磺酸钡30份、十二烯基丁二酸16份、壳聚糖8份、二元酸酯13份、成膜剂9份、抗氧剂17份、邻苯二甲酸单月桂醇酯钠盐20份、环烷酸锌19份、金属钝化剂9份。
所述基础油为矿物油。
所述成膜剂为聚异丁烯。
所述抗氧剂为含噻二唑衍生物。
所述金属钝化剂为苯并三氮唑。

1.一种铸造件防锈剂,其特征在于,其各组份及其质量份数为:基础油30-50份、石油磺酸钡15-30份、十二烯基丁二酸12-16份、壳聚糖3-8份、二元酸酯7-13份、成膜剂2-9份、抗氧剂13-17份、邻苯二甲酸单月桂醇酯钠盐12-20份、环烷酸锌3-19份、金属钝化剂3-9份。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种铸造件防锈剂,其特征在于,所述成膜剂为聚异丁烯。
