2) pre-treating crude donkey hair; removing the rough donkey hair, firstly washing with water, cleaning stains such as bloodstain on the surface of the rough donkey hair, then steaming at high temperature, further removing peculiar smell, stains and the like attached to the rough donkey hair, simultaneously sterilizing at high temperature, reducing pollution of bacteria and fungi, and finally placing the rough donkey hair after being steamed at high temperature on a flat and sufficiently-illuminated square in the area to be treated for airing to prepare dry donkey hair;
3) drying donkey hair and degreasing; placing the dried donkey hair into donkey hair degreasing equipment for rapid degreasing to prepare degreased donkey hair;
4) hydrolyzing the degreased donkey hair; controlling the placement amount of the degreased donkey hair and the addition amount of concentrated hydrochloric acid to be 1: 1.8-2, putting the degreased donkey hair and the concentrated hydrochloric acid into a hydrolysis cylinder, carrying out hydrolysis treatment for 9 hours, controlling the hydrolysis temperature to be 110-115 ℃, hydrolyzing to prepare mixed hydrolysate, then adding alkali liquor into the mixed hydrolysate, heating for neutralization, and standing for 20 hours to prepare a mixed solution of crude cystine I and compound amino acid liquor I;
