Abstract
本发明公开了一种轻质发泡陶瓷保温装饰一体化复合板,包括装饰层及由发泡陶瓷制成的底层,装饰层通过胶粘层与底层粘结在一起。该轻质发泡陶瓷保温装饰一体化复合板的装饰层具有天然的自然花纹,使得装饰美观、时尚,且不会出现裂纹或脱落;而底层使用轻质、防水、防火、保温、高强度的发泡陶瓷,使得整个轻质发泡陶瓷保温装饰一体化复合板的重量变轻、运输以及安装方便,且使得整个轻质发泡陶瓷保温装饰一体化复合板的成本大幅度的降低。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及装饰材料的技术领域,特别涉及一种轻质发泡陶瓷保温装饰一体化复合板。
背景技术
大理石是天然建筑装饰石材的一大门类,一般指具有装饰功能,可以加工成建筑石材或工艺品的已变质或未变质的碳酸盐岩类。它是由中国云南大理市点苍山所产的具有绚丽色泽与花纹的石材而得名。大理石泛指大理岩、石灰岩、白云岩、以及碳酸盐岩经不同蚀变形成的矽卡岩和大理岩等。但是天然的大理石矿产有限,且导致大理石装饰石材价格比较昂贵,制造成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种轻质发泡陶瓷保温装饰一体化复合板,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
本发明提供一种轻质发泡陶瓷保温装饰一体化复合板,包括装饰层及由发泡陶瓷制成的底层,装饰层通过胶粘层与底层粘结在一起。
在一些实施方式中,装饰层为大理石、玉石、云纹石或木纹石中的一种或多种。
在一些实施方式中,胶粘层为有机胶水。
在一些实施方式中,装饰层的厚度为3-10mm,底层的厚度为10-90mm。
发泡陶瓷材料由以下重量份数的原料制成:90-95份的玄武石粉、10-15份的助熔剂、3-5份的成孔料、1-3份的聚合料和1-3份的矿化剂。
其中,玄武石属基性火山岩,是一种基性喷出岩,其化学成分与辉长岩相似,SiO2含量变化于45%~52%之间,K2O+Na2O含量较侵入岩略高,CaO、Fe2O3+FeO、MgO含量较侵入岩略低。组成玄武岩的最多的矿物是长石、辉石和橄榄石,其中。长石硬度6-6.5、辉石硬度5-6、橄榄石硬度6-7,其硬度相对于与莫氏硬度在3-5的大理石,莫氏硬度在1-2的石灰岩和白云岩等都要高。玄武石体积密度为2.8~3.3g/cm3,结构致密,其压缩强度很大,可高达300MPa。
其中,玄武石粉的颗粒细度控制在200目以上。由于玄武石硬度高,需要通过立磨机将其粉碎至200目以上。玄武石粉的粒径越小,最后得到的发泡陶瓷强度越高,均匀性越好。
其中,助熔剂为瓷石粉、锂辉石粉或碳酸钡中的一种或多种,所述成孔料为碳酸钙,所述聚合料为凹凸棒土或铝矾土,所述矿化剂为白云石。
其中,助熔剂用于降低混合料的熔化温度。瓷石是一种由石英、绢云母,并有包含长石,三氧化二铝等的硅酸盐岩石矿物。锂辉石是一种化学物质,分子式是Li2O·Al2O3·4SiO2。
其中,碳酸钙成孔料,在高温烧成过程中,发生分解生成CO2引起物料发泡。
其中,聚合料用于混合料成型时的粘合作用。凹凸棒土又称坡缕石或坡缕缟石,是一种具链层状结构的含水富镁硅酸盐粘土矿物。铝矾土又称矾土或铝土矿,主要成分是氧化铝,系含有杂质的水合氧化铝,是一种土状矿物。
其中,矿化剂作为催化剂缩短混合料的发泡成型时间。
其中,发泡陶瓷材料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、将玄武石粉通过立磨将其颗粒细度控制在200目以上;
S2、将玄武石粉、助熔剂、成孔料、聚合料和矿化剂搅拌混合均匀制成混合料,再将混合料通过模压或滚压制成所需的颗粒状材料;
S3、将颗粒状材料放入所需形状的模具中,其中模具涂覆有脱模剂,堆放成型;
S4、将堆放成型的材料同模具一起放入高温炉中缓慢加热,直到高温炉的温度达到1200-1400℃,并在温度为1200-1400℃的高温炉中进行加热70-90分钟,加热完成后从高温炉中取出,自然冷却12-14小时后模具中取出,即为发泡陶瓷。
有益效果:本发明实施例的一种轻质发泡陶瓷保温装饰一体化复合板,其装饰层具有天然的自然花纹,使得装饰美观、时尚,且不会出现裂纹或脱落;而底层使用轻质、防水、防火、保温、高强度的发泡陶瓷,使得整个轻质发泡陶瓷保温装饰一体化复合板的重量变轻、运输以及安装方便,且使得整个轻质发泡陶瓷保温装饰一体化复合板的成本大幅度的降低。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例只是用于更加清楚地说明本发明的性能,而不能仅局限于下面的实施例。

一种轻质发泡陶瓷保温装饰一体化复合板,包括装饰层30及由发泡陶瓷制成的底层10,装饰层30通过胶粘层20与底层10粘结在一起。
进一步的,装饰层30为大理石、玉石、云纹石或木纹石中的一种或多种。
进一步的,胶粘层20为有机胶水。
进一步的,装饰层30的厚度为3-10mm,底层10的厚度为10-90mm。
其中,装饰层30的厚度比较薄,有利于降低整个轻质发泡陶瓷保温装饰一体化复合板的成本。
本发明提供的实施方案的轻质发泡陶瓷保温装饰一体化复合板,其装饰层具有天然的自然花纹,使得装饰美观、时尚,且不会出现裂纹或脱落;而底层使用轻质、防水、防火、保温、高强度的发泡陶瓷,使得整个轻质发泡陶瓷保温装饰一体化复合板的重量变轻、运输以及安装方便,且使得整个轻质发泡陶瓷保温装饰一体化复合板的价格大幅度的降低。

1.一种轻质发泡陶瓷保温装饰一体化复合板,其特征在于,包括原石饰面层(30)及由发泡陶瓷保温底板制成的底层(10),所述原石饰面层(30)通过胶粘层(20)与所述底层(10)粘结在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻质发泡陶瓷保温装饰一体化复合板,其特征在于,所述原石饰面层(30)为大理石、玉石、云纹石或木纹石中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻质发泡陶瓷保温装饰一体化复合板,其特征在于,所述胶粘层(20)为有机胶水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻质发泡陶瓷保温装饰一体化复合板,其特征在于,所述原石饰面层(30)的厚度为3-10mm,所述底层(10)的厚度为10-90mm。
