Abstract
本发明公开一种卷纸裁截滚筒,包括筒体,筒体的外壁上均布有若干个刀刃,筒体的轴线上设有转轴。将转轴与驱动器连接,使筒体转动,就能让刀刃不断地连续地对纸进行裁切,从而将卷纸截段成合适的长度。本发明用于卷纸的裁截。

技术领域
本发明涉及纸张制作设备领域,特别涉及一种卷纸裁截滚筒。
背景技术
一般印刷纸的生产分为制浆和造纸两个基本过程,制浆就是用机械的方法、化学的方法或者两者相结合的方法把植物纤维原料离解变成本色纸浆或漂白纸浆。造纸则是把悬浮在水中的纸浆纤维,经过各种加工结合成合乎各种要求的纸。
造纸厂一般需贮存足够用4~6个月的原料,使原料在贮存中经过自然发酵,以利于制浆,同时保证纸厂的连续生产。经备料工段把芦苇、麦草和木材等原料切削成料片供生产化学浆或木断供生产磨木浆,再把小片原料放到蒸煮器内加化学药液,用蒸汽进行蒸煮,把原料煮成纸浆,或把木断送到磨木机上磨成纸浆,也可经过一定程度的蒸煮再磨成纸浆。然后用大量清水对纸浆进行洗涤,并通过筛选和净化把浆中的粗片、节子、石块及沙子等除去。再根据纸种的要求,用漂白剂把纸浆漂到所要求的白度,接着利用打浆设备进行打浆。然后在纸浆中加入改善纸张性能的填料、胶料、施胶剂等各种辅料,并再次进行净化和筛选,最后送上造纸机经过网部滤水、压榨脱水、烘缸干燥、压光卷取,并进行分切复卷或裁切生产出卷筒纸和平板纸。如果生产要生产涂布印刷纸,则需要干燥中部或生产成卷筒纸后经涂布加工而实现。
无论是卷筒纸和平板纸,要制成常用的尺寸大小,都需要进行裁切,现有的裁切往往是采用闸刀,但是这样的裁切方式往往会产生停顿。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种不会有停顿的卷纸裁截滚筒。
本发明解决其技术问题的解决方案是:
一种卷纸裁截滚筒,包括筒体,筒体的外壁上均布有若干个刀刃,筒体的轴线上设有转轴。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,转轴上设有若干个支撑杆,支撑杆的两端分别与转轴和筒体的筒壁连接。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,刀刃为独立构件,刀刃镶嵌在筒体上。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,筒体的外周面上设有软质的压紧块,相邻两个刀刃之间设有所述的压紧块,压紧块的截面呈扇环面,压紧块的内侧面半径小于筒体截面的半径,压紧块周向的两个端面分别与相邻两个刀刃抵接,压紧块上设有连接螺栓,连接螺栓的头部与压紧块连接,连接螺栓的螺纹段与筒体连接,刀刃的刃口设在压紧块的外侧。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,压紧块的外侧面上设有若干个沿周向间隔设置的软质的压接片,压接片的顶端位于刀刃的外侧。
本发明的有益效果是:一种卷纸裁截滚筒,包括筒体,筒体的外壁上均布有若干个刀刃,筒体的轴线上设有转轴。将转轴与驱动器连接,使筒体转动,就能让刀刃不断地连续地对纸进行裁切,从而将卷纸截段成合适的长度。本发明用于卷纸的裁截。

以下将结合实施例和附图对本发明的构思、具体结构及产生的技术效果进行清楚、完整地描述,以充分地理解本发明的目的、特征和效果。显然,所描述的实施例只是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部实施例,基于本发明的实施例,本领域的技术人员在不付出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的其他实施例,均属于本发明保护的范围。另外,文中所提到的所有联接/连接关系,并非单指构件直接相接,而是指可根据具体实施情况,通过添加或减少联接辅件,来组成更优的联接结构。本发明中的各个技术特征,在不互相矛盾冲突的前提下可以交互组合。
参照图1,这是本发明的实施例,具体地:
一种卷纸裁截滚筒,包括筒体1,筒体1的外壁上均布有若干个刀刃2,筒体1的轴线上设有转轴3。将转轴与驱动器连接,使筒体转动,就能让刀刃不断地连续地对纸进行裁切,从而将卷纸截段成合适的长度。
转轴3上设有若干个支撑杆4,支撑杆4的两端分别与转轴3和筒体1的筒壁连接。这样筒壁可以做得很薄,从而尽量减轻本实施例的重量,起到节能的效果。
为了便于更换,刀刃2为独立构件,刀刃2镶嵌在筒体1上。
为了便于刀刃的松动,筒体1的外周面上设有软质的压紧块5,相邻两个刀刃2之间设有所述的压紧块5,压紧块5的截面呈扇环面,压紧块5的内侧面半径小于筒体1截面的半径,这样压紧块与筒体外表面之间设有调节间隙,压紧块5周向的两个端面分别与相邻两个刀刃2抵接,压紧块5上设有连接螺栓,连接螺栓的头部与压紧块5连接,连接螺栓的螺纹段与筒体1连接,刀刃2的刃口设在压紧块5的外侧。通过锁紧连接螺栓,这样就可以让调节间隙变小,从而让相邻两个压紧块5将刀刃2夹紧。
因为闸刀可以很方便地设置分离装置,让被分切的纸片进行分离,但是对于滚筒式来说,这就不容易设置分离装置了,为此本实施例的压紧块5的外侧面上设有若干个沿周向间隔设置的软质的压接片6,压接片6的顶端位于刀刃2的外侧。在转动前的过程中,压接片6变形从而蓄能,继续转动后,压接片6变形释放弹力,从而让被分切的纸片往后弹出,实现分离。

1.一种卷纸裁截滚筒,包括筒体(1),其特征在于:筒体(1)的外壁上均布有若干个刀刃(2),筒体(1)的轴线上设有转轴(3);筒体(1)的外周面上设有软质的压紧块(5),相邻两个刀刃(2)之间设有所述的压紧块(5),压紧块(5)的截面呈扇环面,压紧块(5)的内侧面半径小于筒体(1)截面的半径,压紧块(5)周向的两个端面分别与相邻两个刀刃(2)抵接,压紧块(5)上设有连接螺栓,连接螺栓的头部与压紧块(5)连接,连接螺栓的螺纹段与筒体(1)连接,刀刃(2)的刃口设在压紧块(5)的外侧;压紧块(5)的外侧面上设有若干个沿周向间隔设置的软质的压接片(6),压接片(6)的顶端位于刀刃(2)的外侧;转轴(3)上设有若干个支撑杆(4),支撑杆(4)的两端分别与转轴(3)和筒体(1)的筒壁连接;刀刃(2)为独立构件,刀刃(2)镶嵌在筒体(1)上。
