Because the existing tool tip profile grinding wheel in-place trimming machine adopts fixed diamonds to trim the circular arc radius of the tool tip of the grinding wheel, the diamonds are fixed, the circular arc of the grinding wheel is in long-time small-area contact with the trimming roller, the local abrasion of the roller is easy to cause, the processing precision of the circular arc radius of the grinding wheel is reduced, and the processing precision of the grinding machine is indirectly influenced. The profile grinding wheel in-place trimming machine of the embodiment enables the axis of the trimming roller 10 to be perpendicular to the axis of the grinding wheel to be ground in the trimming process, and adopts the self-rotation motion of the trimming roller, so that the trimming roller 10 is uniformly worn to ensure that the trimming precision of the grinding wheel is controllable, the service life of the trimming roller is prolonged, the precision retentivity is improved, meanwhile, the time cost is saved due to the fact that the grinding wheel does not need to be disassembled, and the machining efficiency is improved.
