Examples
Referring to fig. 1 to 2, an automatic feeding and pre-bending device for a secondary lining steel bar of a tunnel relates to automatic feeding and pre-bending of a secondary lining steel bar 10 in the tunnel lining construction process, and comprises a feeding conveying device, an annular feeding device and a hydraulic overturning system.

The high end of the feeding platform 1 is provided with a transmission shaft 2, the end of the feeding platform 1 is provided with a feeding port, and the transmission shaft 2 is connected with a motor I; the secondary lining steel bars 10 are conveyed out through the transmission shaft 2.
Referring to fig. 1, the annular feeding device comprises an annular framework 3, wherein one end of the annular framework 3 is a feeding hole, and the other end of the annular framework 3 is a discharging hole. The annular rib 3 is arranged in front of the feeding port of the feeding platform 1, the feeding port of the annular framework 3 is at the same height as the feeding port, and the included angle between the feeding port of the annular framework 3 and the horizontal plane is the same as the gradient of the feeding platform 1, so that the secondary lining steel bars 10 conveyed out of the feeding platform 1 can enter the annular framework 3. The inner wall of the annular framework 3 is provided with rolling wheels 4, and second lining steel bars 10 enter the annular framework 3 and are conveyed through the rolling wheels 4; and the rolling shafts 5 are arranged at the arch waist parts, namely the radian conversion parts, on the two sides of the inner wall of the annular framework 3, so that the rolling shafts 5 can change the conveying direction of the secondary lining reinforcing steel bars 10, the pre-bending effect of the secondary lining reinforcing steel bars 10 can be achieved, and meanwhile, the conveying power of the secondary lining reinforcing steel bars 10 can be increased. Thus, the secondary backing bar 10 is pre-bent by the loop frame 3 and transferred into place.
Referring to fig. 2, the hydraulic overturning system comprises a hydraulic dowel bar 6 and a motor II 7, one end of the hydraulic dowel bar 6 is connected with the motor II 7, and the other end of the hydraulic dowel bar 6 is connected with the annular framework 3. The hydraulic overturning system can overturn the annular framework 3.
Referring to fig. 2, the ring-shaped skeleton 3 is hinged to the waterproof board trolley through a rotating shaft 8.
Referring to fig. 1, the feeding port on the material platform 1 is composed of a plurality of positioning rollers 9 which are arranged at intervals. And fourthly, starting a motor of the rolling shaft 5 in the annular framework 3 to drive the rolling shaft 5 to rotate, so as to transmit reinforcing transmission power to the secondary lining reinforcing steel bars 10.
Step five, inserting the second lining steel bars 10 on the feeding platform 1 into the positioning rollers 9, extending into the transmission shaft 2 of the feeding platform 1, and transmitting the second lining steel bars 10 into the self-annular framework 3 through the transmission shaft 2.
And step six, pre-bending the second lining steel bars 10 by rolling the rolling wheels 4 and the rolling shafts 5 in the annular framework 3 and conveying the second lining steel bars to the other end of the annular framework 3.
Step seven, starting a motor II 7, and adjusting the inclination of the annular framework 3 to be vertical to the tunnel line direction through a hydraulic dowel bar 6; the direction perpendicular to the tunnel line direction is the tunnel lining section direction.
And step eight, taking out the secondary lining steel bars 10 from the annular framework 3 for binding.
Referring to fig. 1 to 2, the device and the using method thereof realize automatic feeding pre-bending of the secondary lining steel bars 10: the secondary lining steel bar 10 is placed on the feeding platform 1, the secondary lining steel bar 10 is positioned through the positioning roller 9, the transmission shaft 2 transmits the secondary lining steel bar 10 to the annular framework 3, and the secondary lining steel bar 10 enters the annular framework 3 and is transmitted through the rolling wheel 4; the rolling shafts 5 at the arches on the two sides of the inner wall of the annular framework 3 can change the conveying direction of the secondary lining steel bars 10, can play a role in pre-bending the secondary lining steel bars 10, and can increase the conveying power of the secondary lining steel bars 10, so that the secondary lining steel bars 10 are pre-bent and conveyed in place through the annular framework 3. After the second lining steel bars 10 are transferred in place, the hydraulic overturning system transfers power, the annular framework 3 is overturned to 90 degrees through the rotating shaft 8, so that the annular framework is perpendicular to the ground, and workers take out the steel bars from the annular framework to be bound after the overturning is finished. The feeding speed is high, the labor investment is low, and the labor capacity of workers is low; and the efficiency is greatly improved, and the risk of high-altitude operation is reduced.
