Background
Along with the continuous acceleration of urban modern construction, a large number of building sites appear in the city, and a large amount of dust on the building sites are easy to produce and cause a large amount of dust for surrounding environment, so that a large amount of pollutants are caused to be dust-polluted, and meanwhile, substances harmful to human bodies are also present in the dust, so that the physical health of workers is seriously influenced, serious pollution is caused to surrounding residents and places, a layer of thick dust is covered on the whole city, and finally, the serious environmental pollution problem is formed.
The existing dust falling methods and systems only spray water mist to a construction site under the action of a blower, and the problems of single spraying direction, small spraying angle, small spraying range and low spraying height exist.
According to the invention, through the functions of the spray cylinder, the upper air guide plate, the lower air guide plate, the left air guide plate, the right air guide plate and the hard elastic sheet, the effect of expanding the diffusion range of water mist in the spray cylinder upwards, leftwards and rightwards respectively can be achieved, and meanwhile, the extension and contraction of the hard elastic sheet can be controlled through the forward and reverse rotation of the servo motor, so that the characteristics of wider and quicker left and right diffusion range of water mist sprayed by the air atomization nozzle are greatly increased, and the dust on a construction site can be rapidly reduced, the dust falling range is wide, and the dust floating in high dust can be reduced.

an air inlet box is fixedly connected with one end face of the spraying cylinder; an air atomizing nozzle is fixed on the inner surface of the spraying cylinder; the water inlet end of the air atomizing nozzle is fixedly connected with the water pipe; a circular through hole is formed in the bottom surface of the spray cylinder; a rotary drum is rotatably connected in the circular through hole; a stirring piece is fixed on the peripheral side surface of the rotary drum; a servo motor is fixed on the inner surface of the rotary drum; the peripheral side surface of the output shaft of the servo motor is rotationally connected with two hard elastic sheets; a left air deflector and a right air deflector are fixed on one surface of the rotary drum; a fixed column is fixed on the inner top surface of the spray cylinder; an upper air deflector and a lower air deflector are fixed on one end face of the fixed column; two sides of the spraying cylinder are respectively fixed with a T-shaped cylinder;
the hard elastic sheet is of a semicircular structure; when the hard elastic sheet is contracted, the hard elastic sheet is changed into a straight plate structure under the action of grooves and partition plates in the left air deflector and the right air deflector; the hard elastic sheet is in a semicircular structure when in an extending state; the diffusion range of water mist is greatly increased; the rotary drum controls the rotation angles of the left air deflector and the right air deflector; the servo motor controls the extending and contracting state of the hard elastic sheet;
the inner surface of the mounting hole is rotationally connected with the peripheral side surface of the T-shaped cylinder.
Further, a groove is formed in one end face of each of the left air deflector and the right air deflector; the inner wall of the first groove is provided with a through hole; the through hole is in running fit with an output shaft of the servo motor; two partition boards are fixed on the inner surface of the groove; the two clapboards separate and separate the hard elastic sheets; the left and right air deflectors can concentrate most of water mist to diffuse leftwards or rightwards, and when the left and right air deflectors are parallel to the central line of the spray cylinder, the left and right air deflectors have no effect on the diffusion of the water mist, namely, do not operate in a wider diffusion range.

Further, a circular hole is formed in the upper portion of the fixed column; the circular hole is matched with a threaded column; the peripheral side surface of the threaded column is in threaded connection with a threaded ring; one end face of the threaded column is hinged with the connecting rod.
Furthermore, a plurality of rectangular openings can be uniformly formed in one surface of the arc-shaped plate.
Further, the two side surfaces of the spraying cylinder are provided with first connecting seats; the outer sides of the two supporting plates are respectively provided with a second connecting seat; the first connecting seat is hinged with one end of the telescopic rod; the second connecting seat is hinged with the other end of the telescopic rod; the telescopic rod can control the spraying direction and angle of water mist in the spraying cylinder, and the dust on a construction site can be effectively removed.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the invention, the effect of expanding the diffusion range of water mist in the spray cylinder upwards, leftwards and rightwards respectively can be achieved through the functions of the spray cylinder, the upper and lower air deflectors, the left and right air deflectors and the hard elastic sheets.
2. According to the invention, the extension and contraction of the hard elastic sheet are controlled by the forward and backward rotation of the servo motor, so that the characteristics of wider and quicker left and right diffusion range of water mist sprayed by the air atomizing nozzle are greatly increased, and the dust on a site can be quickly reduced, and the dust reducing range is wide.
3. According to the invention, through the action of the rotating threaded ring, the elevation angle of the upper air deflector and the elevation angle of the lower air deflector are adjusted upwards, so that the diffusion height of water mist sprayed by the air atomizing nozzle is higher, and the air atomizing nozzle has the advantage of settling high-floating dust. Of course, it is not necessary for any one product to practice the invention to achieve all of the advantages set forth above at the same time.

Referring to fig. 1 to 10, the invention discloses a dust fall device for a construction site, which comprises a trolley 1 and a spray cylinder 2; the lower surface of the trolley 1 is fixedly provided with a universal wheel 101; the upper surface of the trolley 1 is provided with two support plates 102; one end face of each of the two support plates 102 is provided with a mounting hole 103;
an air inlet box 201 is fixedly connected to one end face of the spraying cylinder 2; an air atomizing nozzle is fixed on the inner surface of the spraying cylinder 2; the water inlet end of the air atomizing nozzle is fixedly connected with the water pipe; a circular through hole 202 is formed in the bottom surface of the spraying cylinder 2; a drum 203 is rotatably connected to the circular through hole 202; a toggle piece 2031 is fixed on the peripheral side surface of the rotary drum 203; a servo motor 2032 is fixed on the inner surface of the rotary drum 203; two hard elastic sheets 2033 are rotatably connected to the peripheral side surface of the output shaft of the servo motor 2032; a left air deflector 3 and a right air deflector 3 are fixed on one surface of the rotary drum 203; a fixed column 204 is fixed on the inner top surface of the spray cylinder 2; an upper air deflector 4 and a lower air deflector 4 are fixed on one end surface of the fixed column 204; a T-shaped cylinder 207 is fixed on both sides of the spraying cylinder 2;

Wherein the upper and lower air deflectors 4 comprise rectangular plates 401 and arc plates 402; one end of the rectangular plate 401 is hinged with the arc plate 402; connecting rod 403 is fixed on the inner side of arc plate 402; the upper and lower air deflectors 4 can adjust the upward elevation angle of the upper and lower air deflectors 4 through the threaded column 205 and the threaded ring 206; the distance between the inner sides of the upper and lower air deflectors 4 and the inner top surface of the spray cylinder 2 determines the quantity of water mist influencing upward diversion.
Wherein the air inlet box 201 comprises a box cover 2011; the box cover 2011 is of a bell mouth structure; one end surface of the box cover 2011 is fixedly connected with a ventilating plate 2012; one end surface of the ventilation plate 2012 is provided with a ventilation opening 2013; a fan 2014 is fixedly mounted on one surface of the vent 2013.
Wherein, the upper part of the fixed column 204 is provided with a circular hole; the circular hole is fitted with a threaded post 205; a threaded ring 206 is connected with the peripheral side surface of the threaded column 205 in a threaded manner; one end surface of the threaded column 205 is hinged with the connecting rod 403.
Seven rectangular openings 404 can be uniformly formed in one surface of the arc plate 402, so that the cleaning is convenient, the blockage is not easy to occur, and the dust settling treatment capacity is higher.
As shown in fig. 10, two side surfaces of the spraying cylinder 2 are provided with first connecting seats; the outer sides of the two support plates 102 are provided with second connecting seats; the first connecting seat is hinged with one end of the telescopic rod 5; the second connecting seat is hinged with the other end of the telescopic rod 5; the spraying direction and the angle of the water mist in the spraying cylinder 2 are controlled through the expansion of the expansion rod 5, dust falling can be controlled on dust in a specific area, and the spraying cylinder is wider in application range and convenient to operate.
