Description

Safety socket and plug with identification function and safety socket equipment
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a socket, and more particularly, to a safety socket and plug with identification function and a safety socket device.
Background
With the development of science and technology, the life of people is greatly improved, more and more electric appliances and electronic products enter the life of people, great convenience is brought to the life of people, and the life quality of people is greatly improved. But the electronic products bring some trouble and trouble to the life of people while changing the life of people.
For example, a socket device which is visible everywhere in life is likely to become a fire-guide cable for electric shock of people, and seriously affects the life safety of people. For example, in life, for convenience, we often put the socket in the place where the tentacle is accessible in our life to make things convenient for our use, but because of unknowing and curious driving, children may insert fingers or other conductive objects such as iron wires, keys and the like into the socket holes when parents are not paying attention, thereby causing electric shock accidents and causing great potential safety hazards to the life safety of children.
In the existing plug and socket, when the plug is correspondingly inserted into the jack of the socket, the plug is conducted with the socket, an electric appliance connected with the plug can be electrified, and sometimes even under the condition that the power of the plug and the power of the socket are not matched, the socket and the plug can be conducted with each other and connected as long as the plug is correspondingly inserted into the jack of the socket. For example, when the working power of an electrical appliance connected with the plug is greater than the upper limit of the working power which can be borne by the socket, the socket is damaged due to the fact that the working power exceeds the standard when the working relationship of the plug and the socket is maintained to be communicated for a long time, and the socket generates a large amount of heat to cause spontaneous combustion, so that fire accidents occur, and huge losses are caused to lives and properties of people.
In addition, in the existing socket and plug, the socket device cannot identify the inserted plug device, that is, as long as the pins of the plug can be correspondingly inserted into the jacks of the socket, the socket and the plug can be mutually conducted, so that some plugs or sockets with unsecured quality can be used in a large number of life, and thus, great potential safety hazards are caused to the electricity market. For example, when a user cannot meet the requirement of the quality, a plug with potential safety hazard may be inserted into the socket for use, and then in the use process, an electricity accident may happen due to the fact that the quality of the plug cannot meet the requirement, so that huge losses are caused to life and property safety of people. It should be noted that it is difficult for general consumers to judge the quality of the socket or the plug by their own ability, so that a large number of unqualified articles can be circulated in the market, and great potential safety hazards are caused to life and property safety of people.
In addition, the existing socket cannot effectively identify and judge whether the sum of the working efficiencies of the electrical appliances connected with the connected pins exceeds the upper limit of the working efficiency which can be born by the socket, for example, a socket capable of being connected with a plurality of plugs, when the socket capable of being connected with a plurality of plugs is simultaneously connected with a plurality of plugs of high-power electrical equipment, the multifunctional socket can be damaged due to too high working load, and in severe cases, electricity utilization accidents can occur, so that huge losses are caused to life and property safety of people. In the existing socket, even when the work load of the pins of the electrical appliance inserted into the socket exceeds the maximum load that the socket can bear, the existing socket cannot be effectively known and a prompt is sent out, so that a huge potential safety hazard exists.

Referring to fig. 5, there is shown a modified embodiment of the plug 20, in which the identification tag 32 is provided in the plug body 21, and preferably, in which the identification tag 32 is integrally molded in the plug body 21, so as to prevent the identification tag 32 from falling off the plug body 21 during use of the plug 20, thereby increasing the service life of the identification tag 32 and the stability thereof during use. Of course, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that when the socket body 21 is implemented as an openable plug, the identification tag 32 may be provided in the socket body 21 after the socket body 21 is opened, without using an integral molding process.
It will also be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the identification tag 32 may also be implemented as an RFID active information tag or an RFID semi-active information tag, as those skilled in the art will appreciate, and as such, does not constitute a limitation of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, which shows a schematic structure in which the identifier 31 is disposed on the safety socket, the identifier 31 further includes an identification area 314, and preferably, in the present preferred embodiment, the identification area 314 of the identifier 31 is disposed toward the front direction of the safety socket, that is, the identification area 314 of the identifier 31 is disposed in the housing 12 toward the socket 121. When the plug 20 is plugged into the safety socket 10 having the identification function, the identification area 314 of the identifier 31 is oriented in the direction of the plug 20, so that the front surface of the identification tag 32 provided to the plug main body 21 is opposite to the identification area 314 of the identifier 31, thereby facilitating the identification of the identification tag 32 by the identifier 31 and also improving the accuracy of the identification tag 32 by the identifier 31.
In the preferred embodiment, the identification device 30 further includes a shielding film 33, the shielding film 33 is disposed around the housing 12, the shielding film 33 is implemented as an RFID shielding film, and the shielding film 33 can shield the RFID signal, so that the identification signal sent by the identifier 31 cannot pass through the periphery of the housing 12, that is, the shielding film 33 has a shielding effect on the RFID signal. When the plug 20 is placed near the side of the safety socket 10 having the identification function, the shielding film 33 provided on the side of the housing 12 can shield the identification of the identification tag 32 provided on the plug 20 by the identifier 31 provided on the safety socket 10 having the identification function. Preferably, the shielding film 33 is disposed inside the peripheral wall of the housing 12, and it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the shielding film 33 may be disposed outside the peripheral wall of the housing 12 or integrally formed with the peripheral wall of the housing 12, which is not a limitation of the present invention.
