Abstract

一种阻燃复合装甲模块,属于材料应用技术领域。由外至内,分别为阻燃层(1)、复合防弹层(2)、铝合金板(3)、防弹钢板(4);阻燃层(1)的有效成分为膨胀石墨、Sb2O3粉、耐火高分子PEEK混合材料;复合防弹层(2)厚度范围4mm‐5mm,为防弹陶瓷片与超高强钢网的拼接板;铝合金板(3)的厚度范围1mm‐2mm,抗拉强度400MPa‐600MPa;防弹钢板(4)的的厚度范围2mm‐3mm,抗拉强度为1400MPa‐1900MPa,作用是产生可恢复的弹性变形,使整个阻燃复合装甲模块保持形状,当模块受到子弹冲击损伤后,局部修复。优点在于,具有4层防护层,阻燃、抗枪击、不易脱落,用于高机动装甲车辆的综合防护。

阻燃复合装甲模块
技术领域
本发明属于材料应用技术领域,特别是提供了一种阻燃复合装甲模块,适用于高分子材料、陶瓷材料、钢铁材料。应用于设备、车辆、人员的防护。
背景技术
单一的高分子材料、陶瓷材料、钢铁材料受其本身性能的限制,不能提供综合的防护性能,例如同时保障阻燃、抗枪击的性能。防弹钢板由于密度大、重量大,佩戴时的灵活机动性会受到限制,影响战斗力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种阻燃复合装甲模块,灵活机动性好,实现了综合的防护。
本发明具有4层防护层,具有阻燃、抗枪击、不易脱落、低密度的特点,用于高机动装甲车辆的综合防护。
本发明由外至内,分别为阻燃层1、复合防弹层2、铝合金板3、防弹钢板4。当模块受到子弹冲击损伤后,可局部修复。实施方案如下:
1.阻燃层1的有效成分为膨胀石墨、Sb2O3粉、耐火高分子PEEK混合材料,其中膨胀石墨占25%-30%,Sb2O3粉占5-20%,余量为耐火高分子PEEK材料;阻燃层1的厚度为1-3mm,在高温火焰影响下,膨胀体积可以达到初始时的200倍以上,形成绝热层;
2.复合防弹层2厚度范围4mm-5mm,为防弹陶瓷片与超高强钢网的拼接板,其中陶瓷片为碳化硼,作用是磨损子弹头,分散能量,超高强钢网的抗拉强度≥1400MPa,作用是保持形状,保持复合防弹层2的刚度;
3.铝合金板3的厚度范围1mm-2mm,抗拉强度400MPa-600MPa,作用是产生塑性变形,吸收子弹冲击能量;
4.防弹钢板4的厚度范围2mm-3mm,抗拉强度为1400MPa-1900MPa,作用是产生可恢复的弹性变形,使整个阻燃复合装甲模块保持形状,当模块受到子弹冲击损伤后,可局部修复。

具体实施方式
阻燃层1的其中膨胀石墨占25%,Sb2O3粉占10%,余量为高分子PEEK,固化厚度2mm;复合防弹层2的厚度5mm,陶瓷片为碳化硼,超高强钢网的抗拉强度1500MPa;铝合金板3的厚度1.5mm,抗拉强度500MPa;防弹钢板4的厚度2.5mm,抗拉强度为1500MPa。4层以铆接方式叠合。体积密度为5g/cm3,满足53穿燃,100米射距,90°入射角的打靶试验要求,15分钟火焰无法点燃。

Claims (1)

1.一种阻燃复合装甲模块,其特征在于,由外至内,分别为阻燃层(1)、复合防弹层(2)、铝合金板(3)、防弹钢板(4);
阻燃层(1)的有效成分为膨胀石墨、Sb2O3粉、耐火高分子PEEK混合材料,其中膨胀石墨占25%-30%,Sb2O3粉占5-20%,余量为耐火高分子PEEK混合材料;阻燃层(1)的厚度为1-3mm,在高温火焰影响下,膨胀体积达到初始时的200倍以上,形成绝热层;
复合防弹层(2)厚度范围4mm-5mm,为防弹陶瓷片与超高强钢网的拼接板,其中陶瓷片为碳化硼,作用是磨损子弹头,分散能量,超高强钢网的抗拉强度≥1400MPa,作用是保持形状,保持复合防弹层(2)的刚度;
铝合金板(3)的厚度范围1mm-2mm,抗拉强度400MPa-600MPa,作用是产生塑性变形,吸收子弹冲击能量;
防弹钢板(4)的厚度范围2mm-3mm,抗拉强度为1400MPa-1900MPa,作用是产生可恢复的弹性变形,使整个阻燃复合装甲模块保持形状,当模块受到子弹冲击损伤后,局部修复。
