Abstract
本发明是实时荧光定量PCR实验中96孔板(或八连管)加样后的一种暂存盒,属于分子生物学研究领域的一种实验工具。实时荧光定量大批量检测时,许多实验者习惯于先把各个孔所需的公用试剂先混合再分装,不仅可以减少工作量,还可以使混合更充分,误差更小,一次加完很多待测样本。但一台实时荧光定量PCR仪一般两个小时最多检测96个孔的数值,就经常会遇到样本需要等待机器检测的情况。如果把96孔板(或八连管)直接放入4℃冰箱,样本中已经混合有荧光基团,其他人反复开冰箱门,冰箱灯亮会影响实验数据的准确性。本发明六面棕色遮光处理,可最大程度减小冰箱里灯光对实验数据的影响,同时发明的底部可以放入冰块,使样本可以短途运输。

技术领域
本发明是生物分子水平研究领域,实时荧光定量技术检测样本时,加样样本的暂存盒。
背景技术
聚合酶链反应(PCR)是生命遗传物质DNA的体外扩增,而实时荧光定量技术,在传统的PCR反应中加入一种荧光基团,利用荧光信号累计来监测整个PCR进程,通过数据分析,实现样本的定量检测,使 PCR技术从定性到定量有了质的飞跃。实时荧光定量PCR检测是最近兴起的一种分子水平的检测方法,以其灵敏度高、特异性强、重复性好、速度快、安全可靠、自动化程度高等特点迅速成为分子生物学研究的重要工具。
实时荧光定量PCR检测前需要先加样,即每个检测孔均需加入上下游引物、水、模板、荧光基团等。大批量做实时荧光定量PCR检测时(比如检测很多样本的某种病原体、筛选分子水平的诊断生物标志物等),需要加很多样孔,为了加样的方便,很多实验者先把各个孔共用的试剂先混合,再分装,这样不仅极大减小了工作量,而且反应液混合更均匀。
但是一台实时荧光定量PCR机一次(大约两个小时)最多检测96个孔的数值,经常遇到加好的样本等待检测的情况。此时样本中已经混合有荧光基团,为了保证实验数据的准确性,设计了该发明。
发明内容
该发明是一个六面均为棕色的PC材料的盒子,外部分盖和体,内部由两隔板分三层,第一层隔板为可以放入96孔板的塑料板,第二层隔板稍低于96孔(八连管)的最底部,第二层隔板下可以加入水或冰袋。放入4℃冰箱,六面棕色设计,可防止其他人反复开冰箱门,冰箱灯亮造成对样本的影响,该盒子第二层隔板下放入冰袋,可以实现样本的较短途运输。

具体实施方式
本发明在具体使用时,使用者将加好的样本(96孔板或者八连管)放在第一层隔板上,盖好盖子,放入4℃冰箱即可。
如果样本需要短距离转移,在加冰区加入冰块即可。

1.该发明六面棕色遮光处理。
2.该发明外部整体分两部分,盒盖和盒体,盒盖略大于盒体。
3.该发明内部分三层,第一层隔板为96孔板,第二层为无孔的PC板。
4.该发明第二层无孔PC板下有放置冰块空间。
