本发明提供了一种纸板箱胶粘剂的制备方法,属于物流耗材技术领域。所述的胶粘剂中包括有按重量计的如下组分:玉米淀粉5~10份、E‑42环氧树脂2~5份、硅丙乳液1~3份、乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯2~3份、羟乙基纤维素钠2~4份、聚乙烯醇5~8份、白乳胶5~10份、六偏磷酸钠粉2~4份、煅烧土1~3份、滑石粉1~3份、松香溶液1~3份、表面活性剂1份、水1~2份。本发明提供的纸板箱胶粘剂具有较好的对纸箱的粘合性能。

技术领域
本发明提供了一种纸板箱胶粘剂的制备方法,属于物流耗材技术领域。
背景技术
瓦楞纸板的粘合强度是对瓦楞纸板进行物理性能检验的一个重要指标。瓦楞纸板的粘合过程包含着复杂的物理变化和化学变化,除主要取决于粘合剂的质量外,还取决于各种各样条件的变化。粘合剂的理化指标包括粘度、pH值、糊化温度、固体含量等指标。这些指标的变化直接影响瓦楞纸板的粘合强度。虽然影响粘合强度还有其它方方面面的因素,但粘合剂本身的质量好坏是其主导因素。因此,在制作粘合剂时,应该做到以下几方面:1.使用的原辅材料质量要有保证2.投料时各种原辅材料计量要准确3.尽可能使用好的水质4.保证制作环境和场地的合适的温度5.保证适当的粘度6.保证适当的浓度7.成品粘合剂没有沉淀物8.成品粘合剂在存放和使用中粘度变化不大9.保证生产过程中有良好的初粘性、渗透性按照以上原则,在制作粘合剂时,严格按操作规程和工艺要求生产,同时考虑到各种因素的影响,以保证瓦楞纸板的粘合效果。良好的粘合应是涂在波形瓦楞纸和面纸之间的粘合剂经过高温烘烤迅速糊化后,纸和粘合剂牢固结合,经专用设备和附件将其剥离时,撕裂的应是纸的纤维,而不应是粘合剂脱开。
CN103666345A公开了一种复合纸板用胶粘剂,其特征在于,按照重量份包括:树脂5-15份;增粘树脂20-35份;防老剂1-5份;溶剂15-35份;填料1-5份。CN101892022A公开一种用于生产瓦楞纸板的淀粉胶粘剂及其制备方法,属于胶粘剂技术领域,在常温下,通过将淀粉悬浮液氧化、催化干燥、交联和糊化后,再加入多功能悬浮剂和耐水增强剂制成。CN102533154A公开了一种混合胶粘剂,由如下成分组成,按质量百分比计算:淀粉40%~60%;水溶性聚合物HAWP-18 2%~5%;水 30%~50%;三丙烯酸三羟甲基丙烷酯 2%~5%;二苯甲酮 0.5%~2%;采用该混合胶粘剂加工瓦楞纸时,混合胶粘剂发生自交联作用,在瓦楞原纸的纸纤维间形成的网状胶层结构,干燥成膜后很难被水再溶介。
但是上述的粘胶剂在应用于纸板箱包装时存在着粘合强度不高的问题。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种纸板箱胶粘剂的制备方法。采用的技术方案是:
一种纸板箱胶粘剂的制备方法,所述的胶粘剂中包括有按重量计的如下组分:玉米淀粉5~10份、E-42环氧树脂2~5份、硅丙乳液1~3份、乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯2~3份、羟乙基纤维素钠2~4份、聚乙烯醇5~8份、白乳胶5~10份、六偏磷酸钠粉2~4份、煅烧土1~3份、滑石粉1~3份、松香溶液1~3份、表面活性剂1份、水1~2份。
所述的表面活性剂是卵磷脂。
所述的制备方法包括如下步骤:取玉米淀粉、E-42环氧树脂、硅丙乳液、乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯、羟乙基纤维素钠、聚乙烯醇,混合均匀,作为混合物A;取白乳胶、六偏磷酸钠粉、煅烧土、滑石粉、松香溶液、表面活性剂、水,混合均匀,作为混合物B;最后将混合物A与混合物B混合均匀,包装,即可。
本发明提供的纸板箱胶粘剂具有较好的对纸箱的粘合性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1
纸板箱胶粘剂的制备方法,所述的胶粘剂中包括有按重量计的如下组分:玉米淀粉5份、E-42环氧树脂2份、硅丙乳液1份、乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯2份、羟乙基纤维素钠2份、聚乙烯醇5份、白乳胶5份、六偏磷酸钠粉2份、煅烧土1份、滑石粉1份、松香溶液1份、表面活性剂卵磷脂1份、水1份。
所述的制备方法包括如下步骤:取玉米淀粉、E-42环氧树脂、硅丙乳液、乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯、羟乙基纤维素钠、聚乙烯醇,混合均匀,作为混合物A;取白乳胶、六偏磷酸钠粉、煅烧土、滑石粉、松香溶液、表面活性剂、水,混合均匀,作为混合物B;最后将混合物A与混合物B混合均匀,包装,即可。
实施例2
纸板箱胶粘剂的制备方法,所述的胶粘剂中包括有按重量计的如下组分:玉米淀粉10份、E-42环氧树脂5份、硅丙乳液3份、乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯3份、羟乙基纤维素钠4份、聚乙烯醇8份、白乳胶10份、六偏磷酸钠粉4份、煅烧土3份、滑石粉3份、松香溶液3份、表面活性剂卵磷脂1份、水2份。
所述的制备方法包括如下步骤:取玉米淀粉、E-42环氧树脂、硅丙乳液、乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯、羟乙基纤维素钠、聚乙烯醇,混合均匀,作为混合物A;取白乳胶、六偏磷酸钠粉、煅烧土、滑石粉、松香溶液、表面活性剂、水,混合均匀,作为混合物B;最后将混合物A与混合物B混合均匀,包装,即可。
实施例3
纸板箱胶粘剂的制备方法,所述的胶粘剂中包括有按重量计的如下组分:玉米淀粉7份、E-42环氧树脂4份、硅丙乳液2份、乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯2份、羟乙基纤维素钠3份、聚乙烯醇6份、白乳胶6份、六偏磷酸钠粉3份、煅烧土2份、滑石粉2份、松香溶液2份、表面活性剂卵磷脂1份、水1份。
所述的制备方法包括如下步骤:取玉米淀粉、E-42环氧树脂、硅丙乳液、乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯、羟乙基纤维素钠、聚乙烯醇,混合均匀,作为混合物A;取白乳胶、六偏磷酸钠粉、煅烧土、滑石粉、松香溶液、表面活性剂、水,混合均匀,作为混合物B;最后将混合物A与混合物B混合均匀,包装,即可。
将上述实施例中的胶粘剂涂于包装纸箱上进行机械强度测定,采用市售的纸板胶作为对照。试验结果如表1所示。

将上述制得的纸箱置于温度为50℃,湿度为80%的恒温恒湿箱中,保持2周;取出后,选择白天在日照下直射,持续2周,再次重复上述试验项目,结果如表2所示。

1.一种纸板箱胶粘剂的制备方法,所述的胶粘剂中包括有按重量计的如下组分:玉米淀粉5~10份、E-42环氧树脂2~5份、硅丙乳液1~3份、乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯2~3份、羟乙基纤维素钠2~4份、聚乙烯醇5~8份、白乳胶5~10份、六偏磷酸钠粉2~4份、煅烧土1~3份、滑石粉1~3份、松香溶液1~3份、表面活性剂1份、水1~2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纸板箱胶粘剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的表面活性剂是卵磷脂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的荧光路面漆用的添加剂,其特征在于:所述的制备方法包括如下步骤:取玉米淀粉、E-42环氧树脂、硅丙乳液、乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯、羟乙基纤维素钠、聚乙烯醇,混合均匀,作为混合物A;取白乳胶、六偏磷酸钠粉、煅烧土、滑石粉、松香溶液、表面活性剂、水,混合均匀,作为混合物B;最后将混合物A与混合物B混合均匀,包装,即可。
