本发明公开了一种铸铁件用耐高温防护漆配方,包括水、聚氨酯、甲基异丁基甲酮、丙酸钠、丙酸钠、二氧化硅、正钛酸丁酯、丙烯酸树脂成膜剂、丙烯酸树脂份、聚醚聚酯改性有机硅氧烷、木质素磺酸盐、月桂酰基谷氨酸。本发明制成的防护漆,能够有效的保护铸件,干燥快,耐高温性能强,环保健康。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种铸铁件用耐高温防护漆配方,属于防锈漆技术领域。
背景技术
铸件是用各种铸造方法获得的金属成型物件,铸件应用历史悠久。古代人们用铸件作和一些生活用具。近代,铸件主要用作机器零部件的毛坯,有些精密铸件,也可直接用作机器的零部件。铸件在机械产品中占有很大的比重,如拖拉机中,铸件重量约占整机重量的50~70%,农业机械中占40~70%,机床、内燃机等中达70~90%。各类铸件中,以机械用的铸件品种最多,形状最复杂,用量也最大,约占铸件总产量的60%。
铸件在使用过程中会面临各种严苛环境,尤其是会面临高温环境,而铸件想要长时间使用,不但需要铸件本身品质过硬,还需要有好的防护漆保护铸件。
发明内容
为克服上述不足,本发明目的提供一种铸铁件用耐高温防护漆配方。
本发明的方案如下:一种铸铁件用耐高温防护漆配方,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:水90~120份、聚氨酯10~30份、甲基异丁基甲酮2~4份、丙酸钠0.2~0.4份、二氧化硅2~6份、正钛酸丁酯0.4~0.8份、丙烯酸树脂成膜剂0.4~0.8份、丙烯酸树脂30~60份、聚醚聚酯改性有机硅氧烷0.3~0.5份、木质素磺酸盐0.4~0.6份、月桂酰基谷氨酸3~4.5 份。
优选的,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:水90份、聚氨酯10份、甲基异丁基甲酮2份、丙酸钠0.2份、二氧化硅2份、正钛酸丁酯0.4份、丙烯酸树脂成膜剂0.4份、丙烯酸树脂30份、聚醚聚酯改性有机硅氧烷0.3份、重烷基苯磺酸盐、月桂酰基谷氨酸3 份。
优选的,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:水120份、聚氨酯30份、甲基异丁基甲酮4份、丙酸钠0.4份、二氧化硅6份、正钛酸丁酯0.8份、丙烯酸树脂成膜剂0.8份、丙烯酸树脂60份、聚醚聚酯改性有机硅氧烷0.5份、木质素磺酸盐0.6份、月桂酰基谷氨酸4.5 份。

一种铸铁件用耐高温防护漆配方,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:水120份、聚氨酯30份、甲基异丁基甲酮4份、丙酸钠0.4份、二氧化硅6份、正钛酸丁酯0.8份、丙烯酸树脂成膜剂0.8份、丙烯酸树脂60份、聚醚聚酯改性有机硅氧烷0.5份、木质素磺酸盐0.6份、月桂酰基谷氨酸4.5 份。

一种铸铁件用耐高温防护漆配方,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:水110份、聚氨酯15份、甲基异丁基甲酮3份、丙酸钠0.3份、二氧化硅4份、正钛酸丁酯0.5份、丙烯酸树脂成膜剂0.5份、丙烯酸树脂45份、聚醚聚酯改性有机硅氧烷0.4份、木质素磺酸盐0.5份、月桂酰基谷氨酸3.5 份。

1.一种铸铁件用耐高温防护漆配方,其特征在于,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:水90~120份、聚氨酯10~30份、甲基异丁基甲酮2~4份、丙酸钠0.2~0.4份、二氧化硅2~6份、正钛酸丁酯0.4~0.8份、丙烯酸树脂成膜剂0.4~0.8份、丙烯酸树脂30~60份、聚醚聚酯改性有机硅氧烷0.3~0.5份、木质素磺酸盐0.4~0.6份、月桂酰基谷氨酸3~4.5 份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种铸铁件用耐高温防护漆配方,其特征在于,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:水90份、聚氨酯10份、甲基异丁基甲酮2份、丙酸钠0.2份、二氧化硅2份、正钛酸丁酯0.4份、丙烯酸树脂成膜剂0.4份、丙烯酸树脂30份、聚醚聚酯改性有机硅氧烷0.3份、重烷基苯磺酸盐、月桂酰基谷氨酸3 份。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种铸铁件用耐高温防护漆配方,其特征在于,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:水120份、聚氨酯30份、甲基异丁基甲酮4份、丙酸钠0.4份、二氧化硅6份、正钛酸丁酯0.8份、丙烯酸树脂成膜剂0.8份、、丙烯酸树脂60份、聚醚聚酯改性有机硅氧烷0.5份、木质素磺酸盐0.6份、月桂酰基谷氨酸4.5 份。
