Because concentrated sulfuric acid belongs to a strong corrosive medium, it is important to ensure transportation safety.
The existing railway tank trucks for transporting the concentrated sulfuric acid comprise G11 type tank trucks with a loading level of 60t, G11S type tank trucks with a loading level of 70t and GS70 type tank trucks with a loading level of 70t, and all adopt middle beam structures comprising tank bodies, underframe, walking platforms, heating sleeves and the like, so that the transportation requirements of the concentrated sulfuric acid can be basically met.
However, this structure has several problems:

3. The wall thickness of the tank body of the existing vehicle is 10mm, the use requirement of the whole life cycle cannot be met, and some vehicles need to be repaired or even replaced after 3 or 4 factory repair periods are used;
4. The weld joint of the tank body is not subjected to flaw detection, and the event that the weld joint corrodes and penetrates to cause leakage of medium in the tank occurs in practical application.

(3) Each butt joint of the tank body is subjected to nondestructive testing, so that the quality of a welding line of the tank body is improved, and leakage of medium in the tank from the welding line is avoided.
(4) The safety guardrails are arranged on the two sides of the manhole and the liquid suction device, the connecting plate is additionally arranged at the joint of the tank body and the upper saddle, plug welding is additionally arranged at the saddle connecting plate, and the safety of preventing medium leakage in the tank is improved by a series of measures under the accident state of the vehicle.
(5) The heating sleeve bracket adopts channel steel, so that the stability is better, the bottom of the heating sleeve is provided with the guard plate, and the appearance quality of the heating sleeve after assembly is improved.
