Referring to fig. 7, the front side of the base 62 is rotatably connected to the bottom of the support 1, specifically, the front side of the base 62 has two parallel connection lugs 621 spaced apart from each other, the lower portion 13 of the support 1 is located between the two connection lugs 621, each connection lug 621 is provided with a shaft hole passing through left and right, and a rotation shaft passes through the second mounting hole 131 of the lower portion 13 of the support 1 and the shaft holes of the two connection lugs 621 at the same time, so that the base 62 is rotatably connected to the support 1. The rear side of the base 62 is supported on a hook piece 122 fixedly connected with the support 1, specifically, the middle portion 12 of the rear side of the lower surface of the base 62 is sunk inwards to form a notch 622, the upper end of the hook piece 122 is fixed on the middle portion 12 of the support 1 through a screw, the lower end of the hook piece 122 extends downwards out of the middle portion 12 of the support 1, and the lower end of the hook piece 122 is hooked on the notch 622 formed on the lower surface of the base 62. A first compression spring 64 is arranged between the base 62 and the support 1, specifically, the lower surface of the middle part 12 of the support 1 is opposite to the upper surface of the base 62 with a space therebetween, the middle part 12 of the base 62 is provided with a compression spring positioning hole 623, and the lower end of the first compression spring 64 is positioned in the compression spring positioning hole 623, and the upper end is abutted against the lower surface of the middle part 12 of the base 62. The first compression spring 64 has the following specifications: the diameter of the spring wire is 0.8mm, the outer diameter of the spring is 9mm, the free height is 28mm, the actual total number of turns of the spring is 16, and the carbon spring wire is selected as the material. The two first safety bars 63 are respectively connected to the left and right sides of the base 62, and the lower side of each first safety bar 63 has a flat and horizontal first limiting surface for contacting with the tobacco bale. The front end of the first bumper 63 is fixed to the base 62, and the rear end of the first bumper 63 extends backward to a position directly above the to-be-pushed position of the tobacco package, so that when the tobacco package is blocked at the to-be-pushed position, the tobacco package can upwards prop against the first limiting surface at the lower side of the first bumper 63. The two first safety bars 63 are spaced apart and parallel, and the spacing between the two first safety bars 63 allows the bale pushing bar 2 to move unimpeded. In this way, when the two vertically stacked cigarettes lifted to the to-be-pushed position by the stacking device cannot be timely pushed to the heat-sealing channels at the two ends due to the fact that the pushing block 3 in the pushing device cannot normally act, if the stacking device continues to convey the subsequent cigarettes to the to-be-pushed position, the cigarettes staying at the to-be-pushed position can lift the limiting part, at the moment, the first position detector 61 detects that the limiting part lifts up and sends out a corresponding signal to remind an operator of timely stopping and overhauling, and therefore position running and deformation caused by the fact that the pushing rod 2 is blocked by the cigarettes are effectively avoided. Since the interval between the two first safety bars 63 allows the bag pushing bar 2 to move without obstruction, and the yielding through hole 221 aligns with the first detector, the overall structure of the bag pushing device is more compact, and smooth reciprocating movement of the bag pushing bar 2 can be ensured.
Further, the bag pushing device further comprises a second safety mechanism. The second safety mechanism comprises a supporting seat 71 fixed on the front side surface of the support 1, a second safety rod 72 movably connected with the supporting seat 71 and elastically abutted against the supporting seat, and a second position detector 74 mounted on the supporting seat 71 and used for detecting the position change of the second safety rod 72, and the lower side of the second safety rod 72 is provided with a second flat limiting surface used for contacting with a cigarette packet. Referring to fig. 8, the support base 71 is L-shaped, and has a vertical plate 711 and a horizontal plate 712, a screw passes through the first mounting hole 121 of the middle portion 12 of the support base 1 and is connected to the vertical plate 711 of the support base 71, so as to fix the support base 71 and the support base 1 together, the horizontal plate 712 has two circular holes 7121 penetrating up and down, the upper side of the second safety rod 72 has two cylinders 721, two second compression springs 73 are respectively sleeved outside the two second cylinders 721, the two cylinders 721 are respectively inserted into the two circular holes 7121 from bottom to top, and nuts are respectively fastened at the upper ends of the two cylinders 721, so that the second safety rod 72 is movably connected to the support base 71, and the upper and lower ends of the two second compression springs 73 are respectively abutted against the horizontal plate 712 of the support base 71 and the second safety rod 72, so that the second safety rod 72 is elastically abutted against the support base 71. The second position detector 74 may be a proximity switch. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that when a packet of cigarettes is jammed in the heat-sealed channels at both ends, the packet will lift the second bumper 72 (as described in the background section), and at this time, the second position detector 74 detects that the second bumper 72 lifts and sends a corresponding signal to remind the operator to stop and repair in time, so as to effectively avoid further damage to the pushing device and avoid the deformed packet from being mixed into the subsequent station.

the cigarette pushing device further comprises a first safety mechanism, wherein the first safety mechanism comprises a limiting part movably connected to the bottom of the support and used for being in contact with the upper surface of a cigarette packet to be pushed, and a first position detector which is fixed on the rear side of the support and used for detecting whether the limiting part has position change or not; the middle part of the bag pushing rod is provided with a yielding through hole which penetrates through the bag pushing rod from front to back, the yielding through hole is aligned with the first position detector, and the yielding through hole can be used for the first position detector to pass through; the limiting part comprises a base and two first safety levers, the front side of the base is rotationally connected with the bottom of the support, the rear side of the base is supported on a hook sheet fixedly connected with the support, a first pressure spring is arranged between the base and the support, the two first safety levers are respectively connected to the left side and the right side of the base, the lower side of each first safety lever is provided with a first flat limiting surface which is used for contacting with a cigarette packet, the front end of each first safety lever is fixed on the base, the rear end of each first safety lever extends backwards to a position right above a to-be-pushed position of the cigarette packet, when the cigarette packet is blocked at the to-be-pushed position, the cigarette packet upwards abuts against the first limiting surface at the lower side of the first safety lever, when the cigarette packet pushing block in the pushing device cannot normally act to cause the stacked two upper and lower stacked cigarette packets to be pushed to the position, when the stacked cigarette packets cannot be timely pushed to the two end channels, the stacked cigarette packet is pushed to the position, if the stacked cigarette packet is pushed to the position, the cigarette packet is continuously stopped, and a stop signal is sent to the position of the corresponding position of the cigarette packet to be detected;
