本发明公开了一种轻薄箱包壳及箱包，箱包壳包括发泡板材芯，所述发泡板材芯内部镶嵌有蜂窝芯骨架，所述发泡板材芯外层固定连接有轻质金属保护层，所述轻质金属保护层外层设有第一防水层，所述第一防水层外侧壁通过胶粘层固定连接有发泡板材层，所述发泡板材层内部镶嵌有强化纤维束层，所述发泡板材层外部固定连接有皮革保护层，所述皮革保护层外部设有第二防水层。箱包则是由上述箱包壳制作破而成。本发明很好的解决了现有技术中箱包板材较厚，导致箱包板材制作的箱包锅中影响正常使用的缺点。具有较强的可推广性。

技术领域
本发明涉及箱包技术领域，尤其涉及一种轻薄箱包壳及箱包。
背景技术
随着人们生活和消费水平的不断提高，各种各样的箱包已经成为人们身边不可或缺的饰品。人们要求箱包产品不仅在实用性上有所加强，装饰性已成为主要拓展。根据消费者品位的改变，箱包的材质更加多样化，真皮、PU、涤纶、帆布、棉麻等质地箱包引领时尚潮流。箱包作为人们必不可少的一种生活用品。目前人们仍在不停的开发和实验各种材料来制作箱包，轻质、强度高、美观的箱包是目前新型箱包改革的重点。轻质的箱包可以使人们出门旅行更方便、更舒适，可以改善人们的生活，减少旅途的疲惫感，可以方便携带更多的物品，增加旅途的便利。
然而，真正可以用来制造轻质箱包壳体的材料并不多见。塑料是强度比较高的材料，成型性也相当好，人们通常选择大量的热塑性材料来制造箱包，如EVA，ABS，PC等。
EVA材料柔性好，但刚性不足，而且EVA材料有特殊气味，影响使用者的身形健康；ABS价格较贵，且在抗冲击能力方面具有局限性，在受到大于其抗张冲击时易破碎；PC工程塑料流动性能差，注塑过程较困难。发泡材料也是一种轻质箱包壳体选择，但是定型强度差，应用也得到限制。
现有技术中为了保证箱包的强度，通常选用较厚的制作箱包的壳体制作箱包，导致箱包过重，人们根本无法携带足够的旅行用品箱包变回超重，影响正常的旅途使用。为此提出一种轻薄箱包壳及箱包。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中箱包板材较厚，导致箱包板材制作的箱包锅中影响正常使用的缺点，而提出的一种轻薄箱包壳及箱包。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用了如下技术方案：
设计一种轻薄箱包壳，包括发泡板材芯，所述发泡板材芯内部镶嵌有蜂窝芯骨架，所述发泡板材芯外层固定连接有轻质金属保护层，所述轻质金属保护层外层设有第一防水层，所述第一防水层外侧壁通过胶粘层固定连接有发泡板材层，所述发泡板材层内部镶嵌有强化纤维束层，所述发泡板材层外部固定连接有皮革保护层，所述皮革保护层外部设有第二防水层。
优选的，所述第一防水层为电镀防水层。
优选的，所述第二防水层为防水薄膜。
优选的，所述蜂窝芯骨架为芳纶纸蜂窝芯。
优选的，所述强化纤维束层包括第一纤维束和第二纤维束，所述第一纤维束上方设有第二纤维束，且所述第二纤维束与所述第一纤维束垂直分布。
优选的，所述强化纤维束层包括第一纤维束和第二纤维束，所述第一纤维束上方设有第二纤维束，且所述第二纤维束与所述第一纤维束垂直交错分布。
通过在发泡板材层内部设置强化纤维束层，能够使箱包壳的整体的任性得到进一步的提升，其耐冲击能力也得到进一步的提高。
优选的，所述发泡板材芯和所述发泡板材层均采用PVC发泡板材。
PVC发泡板又称为雪弗板和安迪板，所以也称为泡沫聚氯乙烯板。具有防水、阻燃、耐酸碱、防蛀、质轻、保温、隔音、减震的特性。作为箱包壳的基础和主要板材，其主要性能能够使箱包壳的整体性能达到较高水平。
本发明还提供一种箱包，由上述的轻薄箱包壳制成。
本发明提出的一种轻薄箱包壳及箱包，有益效果在于：
1.通过在发泡板材层内部设置强化纤维束层，能够使箱包壳的整体的任性得到进一步的提升，其耐冲击能力也得到进一步的提高。
2.本发明中的发泡板材采用PVC发泡板具有防水、阻燃、耐酸碱、防蛀、质轻、保温、隔音、减震的特性。作为箱包壳的基础和主要板材，其主要性能能够使箱包壳的整体性能达到较高水平。
3.本发明中在发泡板材芯内部设置蜂窝芯骨架，能够克服发泡板材的定型强度差的确定，同时在发泡板材芯外部设置轻质金属保护层，能够对发泡板材芯起到保护的作用，同时提高了箱包壳和箱包整体的定性程度和抗冲击能力。

本实施例的轻质金属保护层3采用钛合金。
其中，第一防水层4为电镀防水层。
其中，第二防水层8为防水薄膜。

本实施例的轻质金属保护层3采用钛合金和铝合金的合金板材。
